1 ULB ሁለተኛውም ዕጣ ለስምዖን ልጆች ነገድ በየወገኖቻቸው ወጣ። ርስታቸውም በይሁዳ ልጆች ርስት መካከል ነበረ። BSB BSB: The second lot came out for the clans of the tribe of Simeon: Their inheritance lay within the territory of Judah
2 ULB እነርዚህም ርስታቸው ሆኑላቸው፤ ቤርሳቤህም ሤባ፥ሞላዳ፥ BSB BSB: and included Beersheba (or Sheba), Moladah,
3 ULB ሐጸርሹዕል፥ ባለ፥ዔጼም፥ BSB BSB: Hazar-shual, Balah, Ezem,
4 ULB ኤልቶላድ፥ በቱል፥ ሔርማ፥ ጺቅላግ፥ BSB BSB: Eltolad, Bethul, Hormah,
5 ULB ቤትማርካቦት፥ ሐጸርሱሳ፥ BSB BSB: Ziklag, Beth-marcaboth, Hazar-susah,
6 ULB ቤተ ለባኦት፥ ሻሩሔን፤ አሥራ ሦስት ከተሞችና መንደሮቻቸው። BSB BSB: Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen—thirteen cities, along with their villages.
7 ULB ዓይን፥ ሪሞን፥ ዔቴር፥ ዓሻን፤ አራት ከተሞችና መንደሮቻቸው፤ BSB BSB: Ain, Rimmon, Ether, and Ashan—four cities, along with their villages,
8 ULB እስከ ባዕላት ብኤርና እስከ ደቡቡ ራማት ድረስ በእነዚህ ከተሞችና ዙሪያ ያሉ መንደሮች ሁሉ። የስምዖን ልጆች ነገድ ርስት በየወገኖቻቸው ይህ ነበረ። BSB BSB: and all the villages surrounding these cities as far as Baalath-beer (Ramah of the Negev). This was the inheritance of the clans of the tribe of Simeon.
9 ULB ከይሁዳ ልጆች ክፍል የስምዖን ልጆች ርስት ሆነ። የይሁዳም ልጆች ዕድል ፈንታ ስለ በዛባቸው የስምዖን ልጆች በርስታቸ መካከል ወረሱ። BSB BSB: The inheritance of the Simeonites was taken from the territory of Judah, because the share for Judah’s descendants was too large for them. So the Simeonites received an inheritance within Judah’s portion.
10 ULB ሦስተኛውም ዕጣ ለዛብሎን ልጆች በየወገኖቻቸው ወጣ። የርስታቸውም ድንበር ወደ ሣሪድ ደረሰ። BSB BSB: The third lot came up for the clans of the tribe of Zebulun: The border of their inheritance stretched as far as Sarid.
11 ULB ድንበራቸውም በምዕራብ በኩል ወደ መርዓላ ወጣ፥ እስከ ደባሼትም ደረሰ፤ በዮቅንዓም ፊት ለፊት ወዳለው ወንዝ ደረሰ። BSB BSB: It went up westward to Maralah, reached Dabbesheth, and met the brook east of Jokneam.
12 ULB ከሣሪድም ወደ ፀሐይ መውጫ ወደ ምሥራቅ ወደ ኪስሎት ታቦር ዳርቻ ዞረ። ወደ ዳብራትም ወጣ፥ ወደ ያፊዓም ደረሰ። BSB BSB: From Sarid it turned eastward along the border of Chisloth-tabor and went on to Daberath and up to Japhia.
13 ULB ከዚያም በምሥራቅ በኩል ወደ ጋትሔፍርና ወደ ዒታቃጺን አለፈ፥ ወደ ሪምንና ወደ ኒዓ ወጣ። BSB BSB: From there it crossed eastward to Gath-hepher and to Eth-kazin; it extended to Rimmon and curved around toward Neah.
14 ULB ድንበሩም በሰሜን በኩል ወደ ሐናቶን ዞረ፥ መውጫውም በይፍታሕኤል ሸለቆ ነበረ። BSB BSB: Then the border circled around the north side of Neah to Hannathon and ended at the Valley of Iphtah-el.
15 ULB ቀጣት፥ ነህላል፥ ሺምሮን፥ ይዳላ፥ ቤተ ልሔም፤ አሥራ ሁለት ከተሞችና መንደሮቻቸው። BSB BSB: It also included Kattath, Nahalal, Shimron, Idalah, and Bethlehem. There were twelve cities, along with their villages.
16 ULB የዛብሎን ልጆች ርስት በየወገኖቻቸው እነዚህ ከተሞችና መንደሮቻቸው ናቸው። BSB BSB: This was the inheritance of the clans of the tribe of Zebulun, including these cities and their villages.
17 ULB አራተኛውም ዕጣ ለይሳኮር ልጆች በየወገኖቻቸው ወጣ። BSB BSB: The fourth lot came out for the clans of the tribe of Issachar:
18 ULB ድንበራቸውም ወደ ኢይዝራኤል፥ወደ ከስሎት፥ወደ ሱነም፥ BSB BSB: Their territory included Jezreel, Chesulloth, Shunem,
19 ULB ወደ ሐፍራይም፥ ወደ ሺአን፥ ወደ አናሐራት፥ BSB BSB: Hapharaim, Shion, Anaharath,
20 ULB ወደ ረቢት፥ ወደ ቂሶን፥ ወደ አቤጽ፥ BSB BSB: Rabbith, Kishion, Ebez,
21 ULB ሬሜት፥ ወደ ዓይንጋቢም፥ ወደ ዓይንሐዳ፥ ወደ ቤት ጳጼጽ ደረሰ፤ ድንበሩም ወደ ብቦርና ወደ ሻሕጽይማ፥ ወደ ቤት ሳሚስ ደረሰ። BSB BSB: Remeth, En-gannim, En-haddah, and Beth-pazzez.
22 ULB የድንበራቸውም መውጫ ዮርዳኖስ ነበረ፤ አሥራ ስድስት ከተሞችና መንደሮቻቸው። BSB BSB: The border reached Tabor, Shahazumah, and Beth-shemesh, and ended at the Jordan. There were sixteen cities, along with their villages.
23 ULB የይሳኮር ልጆች ነገድ ርስት በየወገኖቻቸው እነዚህ ከተሞችና መንደሮቻቸው ናቸው። BSB BSB: This was the inheritance of the clans of the tribe of Issachar, including these cities and their villages.
24 ULB አምስተኛውም ዕጣ ለአሴር ልጆች ነገድ በየወገኖቻቸው ወጣ። BSB BSB: The fifth lot came out for the clans of the tribe of Asher:
25 ULB ድንበራቸውም ሔልቃት፥ ሐሊ፥ ቤጤን፥ አዚፍ፥ አላሜሌክ፥ ዓምዓድ፥ ሚሽአል ነበረ፤ BSB BSB: Their territory included Helkath, Hali, Beten, Achshaph,
26 ULB በምዕራብ በኩል ወደ ቀርሜሎስና ወደ ሺሖርሊብናት ደረሰ። BSB BSB: Allammelech, Amad, and Mishal. On the west the border touched Carmel and Shihor-libnath,
27 ULB ወደ ፀሐይም መውጫ ወደ ቤት ዳጎን ዞረ፥ወደ ዛብሎንም ወደ ይፍታሕኤል ሸለቆ፥ በሰሜን በኩል ወደ ቤት ዓሜቅና ወደ ንዒኤልም ደረሰ፤ በስተ ግራ ቡልም ወደ ካቡል ወጣ። BSB BSB: then turned eastward toward Beth-dagon, touched Zebulun and the Valley of Iphtah-el, and went north to Beth-emek and Neiel, passing Cabul on the left.
28 ULB ከዚያም ወደ ዔብሮን፥ ወደ ረአብ፥ ወደ ሐሞን፥ ወደ ቃና እስከ ታላቁ ሲኖናም ደረሰ። BSB BSB: It went on to Ebron, Rehob, Hammon, and Kanah, as far as Greater Sidon.
29 ULB ድንበርም ወደ ራማ፥ ወደ ተመሸገውም ከተማ ወደ ጢሮስ ዞረ፤ ድንበሩም ወደ ሖሳ ዞረ፤ መውጫውም በአክዚብ በኩል ወደ ባሕሩ ነበረ፤ BSB BSB: The border then turned back toward Ramah as far as the fortified city of Tyre, turned toward Hosah, and came out at the Sea in the region of Achzib,
30 ULB ዑማ፥ አፌቅ፥ ረአብ ደግሞ ነበሩ። እነዚህም ሀያ ሁለት ከተሞችና መንደሮቻቸው። BSB BSB: Ummah, Aphek, and Rehob. There were twenty-two cities, along with their villages.
31 ULB የአሴር ልጆች ነገድ ርስት በየወገኖቻቸው ከተሞችና መንደሮቻቸው ናቸው። BSB BSB: This was the inheritance of the clans of the tribe of Asher, including these cities and their villages.
32 ULB ስድስተኛውም ዕጣ ለንፍታሌም ልጆች በየወገኖቻቸው ወጣ። BSB BSB: The sixth lot came out for the clans of the tribe of Naphtali:
33 ULB ድንበራቸውም ከሔሌፍ፥ ከጸዕነኒም ዛፍ፥ ከአዳሚኔቄብ፥ ከየብኒኤል እስከ ለቁም ድረስ ነበረ፤ መውጫውም በዮርዳኖስ ነበረ። BSB BSB: Their border started at Heleph and the great tree of Zaanannim, passing Adami-nekeb and Jabneel as far as Lakkum and ending at the Jordan.
34 ULB ድንበሩም ወደ ምዕራብ ወደ አዝኖት ታቦር ዞረ፥ ከዚያም ወደ ሑቆቅ ወጣ፤ከዚያም በደቡም በኩል ወደ ዛብሎን፥ በምዕራብ በኩል ወደ አሴር፥ በዮርዳስም ወንዝ በፀሐይ መውጫ ወደ ይሁዳ ደረሰ። BSB BSB: Then the border turned westward to Aznoth-tabor and ran from there to Hukkok, touching Zebulun on the south side, Asher on the west, and Judah at the Jordan on the east.
35 ULB የተመሸጉትም ከትሞች እነዚህ፦ ነበሩ ጺዲም፥ ጼር፥ ሐማት፥ ረቃት፥ ኬኔሬት፥ BSB BSB: The fortified cities were Ziddim, Zer, Hammath, Rakkath, Chinnereth,
36 ULB አዳማ፥ ራማ፥ አሶር፥ BSB BSB: Adamah, Ramah, Hazor,
37 ULB ቃዴስ፥ኤድራይ፥ ዓይንሐጽር፥ ይርአን፥ BSB BSB: Kedesh, Edrei, En-hazor,
38 ULB ሚግዳልኤል፥ ሖሬም፥ ቤት ዓናት፥ ቤት ሳሚስ፤ አሥራ ዘጠኝ ከተሞችና መንደሮቻቸው ያልተቆጠሩ። BSB BSB: Iron, Migdal-el, Horem, Beth-anath, and Beth-shemesh. There were nineteen cities, along with their villages.
39 ULB የንፍታሌም ልጆች ነገድ ርስት በየወገኖቻቸው እነዚህ ከተሞችና መንደሮቻቸው ናቸው። BSB BSB: This was the inheritance of the clans of the tribe of Naphtali, including these cities and their villages.
40 ULB ሰባተኛውም ዕጣ ለዳን ልጆች ነገድ በየወገኖቻቸው ወጣ። BSB BSB: The seventh lot came out for the clans of the tribe of Dan:
41 ULB የርስታቸውም ዳርቻ ይህ ነበረ፤ ጾርዓ፥ ኤሽታኦል፥ ዒርሼሜሽ፥ BSB BSB: The territory of their inheritance included Zorah, Eshtaol, Ir-shemesh,
42 ULB ሸዕለቢን፥ ኤሎን፥ ይትላ፥ ኤሎን፥ BSB BSB: Shaalabbin, Aijalon, Ithlah,
43 ULB ተምና፥አቃሮን፥ BSB BSB: Elon, Timnah, Ekron,
44 ULB ኢልተቄ። ገባቶን።ባዕላት፥ ይሁድ፥ BSB BSB: Eltekeh, Gibbethon, Baalath,
45 ULB ብኔንርቅ፥ ጋትሪሞ፥ BSB BSB: Jehud, Bene-berak, Gath-rimmon,
46 ULB ሜያርቆን፥ በኢዮጴ ፊት ለፊት ካለው ዳርቻ ጋር ራቆን። BSB BSB: Me-jarkon, and Rakkon, including the territory across from Joppa.
47 ULB የዳንም ልጆች ዳርቻ አልበቃቸውም፥ የዳንም ልጆች ከሌሼም ጋር ሊዋጉ ወጡ፥ ያዙአትም፥ በሰይፍም ስለመቱአት፥ ወረሱአትም፥ ተቀመጡባትም። ስምዋንም በአባቶታቸው በዳን ስም ዳን ብለው ጠርአት። BSB BSB: (Later, when the territory of the Danites was lost to them, they went up and fought against Leshem, captured it, and put it to the sword. So they took possession of Leshem, settled there, and renamed it after their father Dan.)

49 ULB ምድሩንም ሁሉ በየድንበሩ ርስት እንዲሆን ከፍለው ከጨረሱ በኋላ፥ የእስራኤል ልጆች ለነዌ ልጅ ለኢያሱ በመካከላቸው ርስት ሰጡት። BSB BSB: When they had finished distributing the land into its territories, the Israelites gave Joshua son of Nun an inheritance among them,
50 ULB በኤፍሬም ተራራማ አገር ያለችውን ተምናሴራ የምትባለውን የፈለጋትን ከተማ እንደ እግዚአብሔር ትእዛዝ ሰጡት። ከተማውንም እንደ ገና ሠርቶ ተቀመጠበት። BSB BSB: as the LORD had commanded. They gave him the city of Timnath-serah in the hill country of Ephraim, as he requested. He rebuilt the city and settled in it.
51 ULB ካህኑ አልዓዛር፥ የነዌም ልጅ ኢያሱ፥ የእስራኤልም ነገዶችና የአባቶች አለቆች በእግዚአብሔር ፊት በሴሎ በመገናኛው ድንኳን ደጃፍ አጠገብ በዕጣ የተካፈሉት ርስት ይህ ነው። የምርሪቱንም ማከፋፈል ሥራ ጨረሱ። BSB BSB: These are the inheritances that Eleazar the priest, Joshua son of Nun, and the heads of the families distributed by lot to the tribes of Israel at Shiloh before the LORD at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. So they finished dividing up the land.
