1. 1ULBኢየሱስ ለደቀ መዛሙርቱ እንዲህ አላቸው፤ "ወደ ኅጢአት የሚያመሩ ነገሮች መምጣታቸው የማይቀር ነው። ነገር ግን ለኅጢአት ምክንያት ለሚሆነው ሰው ወዮለት።BSBBSB: Jesus said to His disciples, “It is inevitable that stumbling blocks will come, but woe to the one through whom they come!
2. 2ULBበእምነት ደካማ ከሆኑት ከእነዚህ ከታናናሾቹ አንዱን ከማስናከል ይልቅ ትልቅ ድንጋይ በአንገቱ ታስሮ ወደ ባሕር ቢጣል ይሻለዋል።BSBBSB: It would be better for him to have a millstone hung around his neck and to be thrown into the sea than to cause one of these little ones to stumble.
3. 3ULBለራሳችሁ ተጠንቀቁ። ወንድምህ ቢበድልህ ገሥጸው፤ ተመልሶ ከተጸጸተ ይቅር በለው፤ በቀንም ሰባት ጊዜ እንኳ ቢበድልህና ሰባት ጊዜ ተመላልሶ፤BSBBSB: Watch yourselves. If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.
4. 4ULB'ስለ ሠራሁት ኅጢአት ተጸጸትሁ' እያለ ወደ አንተ ቢመለስ ይቅር ልትለው ይገባል።"BSBBSB: Even if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times returns to say, ‘I repent,’ you must forgive him.”
5. 5ULBሐዋርያት ጌታን፣ "እምነት ጨምርልን" አሉት።BSBBSB: The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!”
6. 6ULBጌታም እንዲህ ብሎ መለሰላቸው፣ "የሰናፍጭን ዘር ያህል እምነት ቢኖራችሁ፤ ይህን የሾላ ዛፍ፣ 'ከመሬት ተነቅለህ ወደ ባሕር ተተከል' ብትሉት ይታዘዝላችኋል።BSBBSB: And the Lord answered, “If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you.
7. 7ULB"በዕርሻ ወይም በበጎች እረኝነት የተሰማራ አገልጋይ ካላችሁ፣ አገልጋዩ ከሥራ ደክሞ ሲመለስ፣ ወዲያውኑ "ና ተቀመጥና እራትህን ብላ የሚለው ከእናንተ ማን ነው?"BSBBSB: Which of you whose servant comes in from plowing or shepherding in the field will say to him, ‘Come at once and sit down to eat’?
8. 8ULB"እራቴን አዘጋጅልኝ፤ እስክበላና እስክጠጣም ወገብህን ታጥቀህ ቆመህ አስተናግደኝ፤ ከዚያ በኋላ አንተ ደግሞ ትበላለህ ትጠጣለህም አይለውምን?"BSBBSB: Instead, won’t he tell him, ‘Prepare my meal and dress yourself to serve me while I eat and drink, and afterward you may eat and drink’?
9. 9ULBታዲያ አገልጋዩ የታዘዘውን ስለ ፈጸመ ጌታው ያመሰግነዋልን?BSBBSB: Does he thank the servant because he did what he was told?
10. 10ULBእንዲሁም እናንተም የታዘዛችሁትን ሁሉ ከፈጸማችሁ በኋላ የማንጠቅም አገልጋዮች ነን፤ 'የፈጸምነውም የታዘዝንውን ግዳጃችንን ብቻ ነው' ማለት አለባችሁ።"BSBBSB: So you also, when you have done everything commanded of you, should say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.’”
11. 11ULBኢየሱስና ደቀ መዛሙርቱ ወደ ኢየሩሳሌም ሲሄዱ ሳለ፣ ሰማርያንና ገሊላን በሚያዋስነው መንገድ ያልፉ ነበር።BSBBSB: While Jesus was on His way to Jerusalem, He was passing between Samaria and Galilee.
12. 12ULBኢየሱስም ወደ አንዲት መንደር በገባ ጊዜ ዐሥር ለምጻሞች አገኙት። እነርሱም ከእርሱ ርቀው ቆሙናBSBBSB: As He entered one of the villages, He was met by ten lepers. They stood at a distance

15. 15ULBከእነርሱ አንዱ ከለምጹ መፈወሱን ባየ ጊዜ፣ ጮክ ብሎ እግዚአብሔርን እያከበረ ተመለሰ።BSBBSB: When one of them saw that he was healed, he came back, praising God in a loud voice.
16. 16ULBበኢየሱስ እግር ሥር በግንባሩ ተደፍቶ አመሰገነው። እርሱም የሰማርያ ሰው ነበር።BSBBSB: He fell facedown at Jesus’ feet in thanksgiving to Him—and he was a Samaritan.
17. 17ULBኢየሱስ መልሶ እንዲህ አለ፣ "ዐሥሩም ለምጻሞች ተፈውሰው አልነበረምን? ታዲያ ዘጠኙ የት አሉ?BSBBSB: “Were not all ten cleansed?” Jesus asked. “Where then are the other nine?
18. 18ULBከዚህ ከባዕድ ሰው በቀር እግዚአብርሔን ለማመስገን ተመልሶ የመጣ ሌላ የለምን?"BSBBSB: Was no one found except this foreigner to return and give glory to God?”
19. 19ULBኢየሱስ ሰውየውን፣ "ተነሥና ሂድ እምነትህ አድኖሃል" አለው።BSBBSB: Then Jesus said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well!”
20. 20ULBፈሪሳውያን ኢየሱስን፣ "የእግዚአብሔር መንግሥት መቼ ትመጣለች?" ብለው ለጠየቁት ጥያቄ እንዲህ ብሎ መለሰላቸው፤ "የእግዚአብሔር መንግሥት የምትታይ አይደለችም።" ወይም'እነሆ፣ እዚህ ናት'BSBBSB: When asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The kingdom of God will not come with observable signs.
21. 21ULBወይም 'እነሆ፣እዚያ ናት' የምትባል አይደለችም። ምክንያቱም የእግዚአብሔር መንግሥት በመካከላችሁ ናት።"BSBBSB: Nor will people say, ‘Look, here it is,’ or ‘There it is.’ For you see, the kingdom of God is in your midst.”
22. 22ULBኢየሱስ ለደቀ መዛሙርቱ እንዲህ አላቸው፤" ከሰው ልጅ ቀኖች አንዱን ለማየት የምትናፍቁበት ቀን ይመጣል። ነገር ግን አታዩትም።BSBBSB: Then He said to the disciples, “The time is coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, but you will not see it.
23. 23ULBሰዎች፣ 'እነሆ፣ ክርስቶስ እዚህ ነው! ወይም እዚያ ነው!' ይሉአችኋል። ነገር ግን እነርሱን ሰምታችሁ አትፈልጉ፤ አትከተሉአቸውም።BSBBSB: People will tell you, ‘Look, there He is!’ or ‘Look, here He is!’ Do not go out or chase after them.
24. 24ULBመብረቅ በሰማይ ላይ ሲበርቅ ከዳር እስከ ዳር እንደሚያበራ፣ የሰው ልጅም በሚመጣበት ቀን እንዲሁ ይሆናል።BSBBSB: For just as the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other, so will be the Son of Man in His day.
25. 25ULBነገር ግን ይህ ከመሆኑ በፊት የሰው ልጅ ብዙ መከራ ሊቀበል ይገባል። በዚህ ዘመን ሰዎችም ሊናቅና ሊነቀፍ ግድ ነው።BSBBSB: But first He must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.
26. 26ULBበኖኅ ዘመን እንደሆነው፣ በሰው ልጅ ዘመንም እንዲሁ ይሆናል።BSBBSB: Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man:
27. 27ULBኖኅ ወደ መርከብ እስከገባበት ቀን ድረስ ሰዎች ሲበሉና ሲጠጡ፣ ሲያገቡና ሲጋቡና ነበር። ነገር ግን በዚያን ጊዜ የጥፋት ውሃ መጥቶ ሁሉንም አጠፋቸው።BSBBSB: People were eating and drinking, marrying and being given in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.
28. 28ULBእንደዚሁም በሎጥ ዘመን ሰዎች ይበሉ፣ ይጠጡ፣ ይሸጡ ይገዙ፣ አትክልት ይተክሉና ቤትም ይሠሩ እንደ ነበረ ይሆናል።BSBBSB: It was the same in the days of Lot: People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building.
29. 29ULBሎጥ ከሰዶም በወጣበት ቀን ግን እሳትና ዲን ከሰማይ ዘንቦ ሁሉንም አጠፋ።BSBBSB: But on the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.
30. 30ULBየሰው ልጅ በሚገለጥበት ቀንም እንዲሁ ይሆናል።BSBBSB: It will be just like that on the day the Son of Man is revealed.
31. 31ULBበዚያ ቀን በቤቱ ጣሪያ ላይ ያለ ሰው በቤቱ ውስጥ ያለውን ዕቃ ለመውሰድ አይውረድ። በዕርሻም ቦታ ያለ ሰው ወደ ቤቱ አይመለስ።BSBBSB: On that day, let no one on the housetop come down to retrieve his possessions. Likewise, let no one in the field return for anything he has left behind.

33. 33ULBነገር ግን ሕይወቱን ለጌታ አሳልፎ የሚሰጥ ሁሉ ያድናታል።BSBBSB: Whoever tries to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life will preserve it.
34. 34ULBይህን እላችሏለሁ፣ "በዚያች ሌሊት ሁለት ሰዎች በአንድ ዐልጋ ላይ ይተኛሉ።BSBBSB: I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed: one will be taken and the other left.
35. 35ULBከእነርሱም አንዱ ይወሰዳል፤ ሌላው ይቀራል። እንዲሁም ሁለት ሴቶች በአንድ ቦታ አብረው ይፈጫሉ፤BSBBSB: Two women will be grinding grain together: one will be taken and the other left.”

37. 37ULBደቀ መዛሙርቱም ኢየሱስን፦ 'ጌታ ሆይ፤ ወዴት?' ብለው ጠየቁት። እርሱም፦ "በድን ባለበት አሞራዎች ይሰበባሉ።" ሲል መለሰላቸው።BSBBSB: “Where, Lord?” they asked. Jesus answered, “Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.”
