1. 1ULBያህዌ ሙሴን እንዲህ አለው፣BSBBSB: Then the LORD said to Moses,
2. 2ULB”ሁለት የብር መለከቶች አብጁ፡፡ በብር ቀጥቅጠህ አብጃቸው፡፡ መለከቶቹን ማህበረሰቡን በጋራ ለመጥራትና ከመንደሮቸው እንዲንቀሳቀሱ ጥሪ ለማሰማት ተጠቀምባቸው፡፡BSBBSB: “Make two trumpets of hammered silver to be used for calling the congregation and for having the camps set out.
3. 3ULBካህናቱ ማህበረሰቡን በመገናኛው ድንኳን ደጃፍ በፊትህ ለመሰብሰብ መለኮቶቹን ይንፉ፡፡BSBBSB: When both are sounded, the whole congregation is to assemble before you at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting.
4. 4ULBካህናቱ አንድ መለከት ብቻ ከነፉ፣ የእስራኤል ነገድ መሪዎች ይሰበስቡ፡፡BSBBSB: But if only one is sounded, then the leaders, the heads of the clans of Israel, are to gather before you.
5. 5ULBከፍ ባለ ድምጽ ስትነፉ፣ በስተምስራቅ የሰፈሩት ጉዟቸውን ይጀምሩ፡፡BSBBSB: When you sound short blasts, the camps that lie on the east side are to set out.
6. 6ULBለሁለተኛ ጊዜ ከፍ ባለ ድምጽ ስትነፋ በደቡብ በኩል የሰፈሩት ጉዟቸውን ይጀምሩ፡፡ ለጉዟቸው ከፍ ያለ የመለከት ድምጽ ያሰሙ፡፡BSBBSB: When you sound the short blasts a second time, the camps that lie on the south side are to set out. The blasts are to signal them to set out.
7. 7ULBማህበረሰቡ በአንድነት ሲበሰበሰብ፣ መለከቶች ይነፉ ነገር ግን ድምጹ ከፍ አይበል፡፡BSBBSB: To convene the assembly, you are to sound long blasts, not short ones.
8. 8ULBየካህኑ የአዘሮን ልጆች፣ መለኮቶቹን ይንፉ፡፡ በትውልዶቻችሁ ሁሉ ዘንድ ይህ ለእናንተ ሁልጊዜም ስርዓት ይሆናል፡፡BSBBSB: The sons of Aaron, the priests, are to sound the trumpets. This shall be a permanent statute for you and the generations to come.
9. 9ULBበሚወሯችሁ ተቃዋሚዎቻች ላይ በምድራች ለጦርነት ስትወጡ፣ ለማንቂያ የመለከት ድምጽ ታሰማላችሁ፡፡ እኔ፣ አምላካችሁ ያህዌ፣ አስባችኋለሁ ደግሞም ከጠላቶቻችሁ አድናችኋለሁ፡፡BSBBSB: When you enter into battle in your land against an adversary who attacks you, sound short blasts on the trumpets, and you will be remembered before the LORD your God and saved from your enemies.
10. 10ULBእንደዚሁም፣ በመደበኛ ባዕላቶቻችሁም ሆነ በወራቶች መጀመሪያ ላይ በክብረ በዓል ወቅት ለሚቃጠል መስዋዕቶቻችሁ ክብርና በህብረት መስዋዕቶቻችሁ መስዋዕቶች ላይ መለኮቶችን መንፋት አለባች፡፡ እነዚህ እናንተ የእኔ የአምላካችሁ ለመሆናችሁ መታሰቢያ ሆነው ያገለግላሉ፡፡ እኔ አምላካችሁ ያህዌ ነኝ፡፡”BSBBSB: And on your joyous occasions, your appointed feasts, and the beginning of each month, you are to blow the trumpets over your burnt offerings and peace offerings to serve as a reminder for you before your God. I am the LORD your God.”
11. 11ULBበሁለተኛው አመት፣ በሁለተኛው ወር፣ በወሩ ሀያኛ ቀን ደመናው ከቃል ኪዳኑ ምስክር ማደሪያ ላይ ተነሳ፡፡BSBBSB: On the twentieth day of the second month of the second year, the cloud was lifted from above the tabernacle of the Testimony,
12. 12ULBየእስራኤል ሰዎች ከሲና ምድረበዳ ተነስተው ጉዟቸውን ቀጠሉ፡፡ ደመናው በፋራን ምድረ በዳ ውስጥ ቆመ፡፡BSBBSB: and the Israelites set out from the Wilderness of Sinai, traveling from place to place until the cloud settled in the Wilderness of Paran.
13. 13ULBየመጀመሪያ ጉዟቸው፣ በሙሴ በኩል የተሰጣቸውን የያህዌን ትዕዛዝ ተከትለው አደረጉ፡፡BSBBSB: They set out this first time according to the LORD’s command through Moses.
14. 14ULBበይሁዳ ትውልዶች ዓርማ ስር ያለው ሰፋሪዎች በመጀመሪያ ተንቀሳቀሱ፡፡ የይሁዳን ሠራዊት የሚመራው የአሚናዳብ ልጅ ነአሶን ነበር፡፡BSBBSB: First, the divisions of the camp of Judah set out under their standard, with Nahshon son of Amminadab in command.
15. 15ULBየይሳኮርን ትውልዶች ሰራዊት የሚመራው የሶገር ልጅ ናትናኤል ነበር፡፡BSBBSB: Nethanel son of Zuar was over the division of the tribe of Issachar,
16. 16ULBየዛብሎንን ትውልዶች ሰራዊት የሚመራው የኬሎን ልጅ ኤልያብ ነበር፡፡BSBBSB: and Eliab son of Helon was over the division of the tribe of Zebulun.
17. 17ULBየማደሪያ ድንኳኑን የተሸከሙት የጌድሶን እና የሜራሪ ትውልዶች፣ ማደሪያ ድንኳኑን ነቅለው ጉዟቸውን ጀመሩ፡፡BSBBSB: Then the tabernacle was taken down, and the Gershonites and the Merarites set out, transporting it.
18. 18ULBቀጥሎ፣ በሮቤል ሰፈር ሰራዊት ዓርማ ስር የነበሩት ጉዟቸውን ቀጠሉ፡፡ የሮቤልን ሰራዊት የሚመራው የሶዲዮር ልጅ ኤሊሱር ነበር፡፡BSBBSB: Then the divisions of the camp of Reuben set out under their standard, with Elizur son of Shedeur in command.
19. 19ULBየስምዖንን ትውልዶች ሰራዊት የሚመራዊ የሱሪስዓይ ልጅ ስለሚኤል ነበር፡፡BSBBSB: Shelumiel son of Zurishaddai was over the division of the tribe of Simeon,
20. 20ULBየጋድን ትውልዶች ሰራዊት የሚመራው የራጉኤል ልጅ ኤሊሳፍ ነበር፡፡BSBBSB: and Eliasaph son of Deuel was over the division of the tribe of Gad.
21. 21ULBቀዓታውያን ተነሱ፡፡ እነርሱ የቅድስተ ቅዱሳኑን ቅዱስ ዕቃዎች ተሸከሙ፡፡ ቀዓታውያን ቀጣዩ ሰፈር ከመድረሳቸው አስቀድሞ ሌሎች ማደሪያ ድንኳን ይተክላሉ፡፡BSBBSB: Then the Kohathites set out, transporting the holy objects; the tabernacle was to be set up before their arrival.
22. 22ULBየኤፍሬምን ሰራዊት የሚመራው የዓሚሁድ ልጅ ኤሊሳማ ነበር፡፡BSBBSB: Next, the divisions of the camp of Ephraim set out under their standard, with Elishama son of Ammihud in command.
23. 23ULBየምናሴን ትውልዶች ሰራዊት የሚመራው የፍዳሱር ልጅ ገማልኤል ነበር፡፡BSBBSB: Gamaliel son of Pedahzur was over the division of the tribe of Manasseh,
24. 24ULBየብንያምን ትውልዶች ሠራዊት የሚመራው የጋዴዮን ልጅ አቢዳን ነበር፡፡BSBBSB: and Abidan son of Gideoni was over the division of the tribe of Benjamin.
25. 25ULBበዳን ትውልዶች ዓርማ ስር የሰፈሩት ሠራዊቶች በመጨረሻ ይወጣሉ፡፡ የዳንን ሰራዊት የሚመራው የአሚሳዳይ ልጅ አኪዔዘር ነበር፡፡BSBBSB: Finally, the divisions of the camp of Dan set out under their standard, serving as the rear guard for all units, with Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai in command.
26. 26ULBየአቤርን ትውልዶች ሰራዊት የሚመራው የኤክራን ልጅ ፋግኤል ነበር፡፡BSBBSB: Pagiel son of Ocran was over the division of the tribe of Asher,
27. 27ULBየንፍታሌምን ትውልዶች ሰራዊት የሚመራው የዔናን ልጅ አኪሬ ነበር፡፡BSBBSB: and Ahira son of Enan was over the division of the tribe of Naphtali.
28. 28ULBየእስራኤል ሰዎች ሰራዊቶች ጉዟቸውን ያደረጉት በዚህ መልክ ነው፡፡BSBBSB: This was the order of march for the Israelite divisions as they set out.
29. 29ULBሙሴ ከምድያማዊው የራጉኤል ልጅ ከአባብ ጋር ተነጋገረ፡፡ ራጉኤል የሙሴ ሚስት አባት ነበር፡፡ ሙሴ ከአባብ ጋር ተነጋገረ እንዲህም አለ፣ “ያህዌ እሰጣችኋለሁ ወዳለን ስፍራ እየተጓዝን ነው፡፡ ያህዌ እንዲህ ብሎን ነበር፣ ‘እኔ ለእናንተ የተናገርኩትን እርሷኑ ስፍራ እሰጣችኋለሁ፡፡’ አንተ ከእኛ ጋር አብረኸን ና እኛም መልካም እናደርግልሃለን፡፡ ያህዌ ለእስራኤል መልካም ለማድረግ ቃል ገብቷል፡፡”BSBBSB: Then Moses said to Hobab, the son of Moses’ father-in-law Reuel the Midianite, “We are setting out for the place of which the LORD said: ‘I will give it to you.’ Come with us, and we will treat you well, for the LORD has promised good things to Israel.”
30. 30ULBአባብ ግን ሙሴን እንዲህ አለው፣ “እኔ ከአንተ ጋር አልሄድም፡፡ እኔ ወደ ገዛ ምድሬና ወደ ራሴ ህዝብ እሄዳለሁ፡፡”BSBBSB: “I will not go,” Hobab replied. “Instead, I am going back to my own land and my own people.”
31. 31ULBከዚያም ሙሴ እንዲህ ሲል መለሰ፣ “እባክህን ከእኛ አትለይ፡፡ በበረሃ እንዴት መስፈር እንደሚቻል ታውቃለህ፡፡ ስንሰፍር ልትመለከተን ይገባል፡፡BSBBSB: “Please do not leave us,” Moses said, “since you know where we should camp in the wilderness, and you can serve as our eyes.
32. 32ULBከእኛ ጋር ብትሄድ፣ ያህዌ ለእኛ የሚያደርግልንን በጎነት ያንኑ እኛም ለአንተ እናደርግልሃለን፡፡”BSBBSB: If you come with us, we will share with you whatever good things the LORD gives us.”
33. 33ULBከያህዌ ተራራ ተነስተው ለሶስት ቀናት ተጓዙ፡፡ የያህዌ የቃልዳኑ ታቦት የሚያርፍበትን ስፍራ እንዲያገኙ ለመፈለግ ለሶስት ቀናት በፊታቸው ተጓዘ፡፡BSBBSB: So they set out on a three-day journey from the mountain of the LORD, with the ark of the covenant of the LORD traveling ahead of them for those three days to seek a resting place for them.
34. 34ULBሲጓዙ የያህዌ ደመና በቀን ብርሃን በላያቸው ነበር፡፡BSBBSB: And the cloud of the LORD was over them by day when they set out from the camp.
35. 35ULBታቦቱ በተነሳበት ጊዜ ሁሉ፣ ሙሴ እንዲህ ይላል፣ “ያህዌ ሆይ፣ ተነስ፡፡ ጠላቶችህን በትን፡፡ የሚጠሉህ ከአንተ እንዲሸሹ አድርግ፡፡”BSBBSB: Whenever the ark set out, Moses would say, “Rise up, O LORD! May Your enemies be scattered; may those who hate You flee before You.”
36. 36ULBታቦቱ በቆመ ጊዜ ሁሉ፣ ሙሴ “ያህዌ ሆይ፣ ብዙ አስር ሺህ ወደሚሆኑት እስራኤላውያን ተመለስ” ይል ነበር፡፡BSBBSB: And when it came to rest, he would say: “Return, O LORD, to the countless thousands of Israel.”
