1 ULB የልመናዬን ድምፅ ስለ ሰማ ያህዌን ወደድሁት፡፡ BSB BSB: I love the LORD, for He has heard my voice—my appeal for mercy.
2 ULB እርሱ ሰምቶኛልና በሕይወት ዘመኔ ሁሉ ወደ እርሱ እጣራለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: Because He has inclined His ear to me, I will call on Him as long as I live.
3 ULB የሞት ወጥመድ ያዘኝ የሲኦልም ጣር አገኘኝ ጭንቅና ሐዘን በረታብኝ፡፡ BSB BSB: The ropes of death entangled me; the anguish of Sheol overcame me; I was confronted by trouble and sorrow.
4 ULB እኔም የያህዌን ስም ጠራሁ «ያህዌ ሆይ፣ እባክህ ነፍሴን አድናት፡፡» BSB BSB: Then I called on the name of the LORD: “O LORD, deliver my soul!”
5 ULB ያህዌ ቸርና መሐሪ ነው፡፡ አምላካችን ርኅሩኅ ነው፡፡ BSB BSB: The LORD is gracious and righteous; our God is full of compassion.
6 ULB አምላካችን ገሮችን ይጠብቃል እኔም በተቸገርኩ ጊዜ አድኖኛል፡፡ BSB BSB: The LORD preserves the simplehearted; I was helpless, and He saved me.
7 ULB ያህዌ መልካም ነገር አድርጐልኛልና ከእንግዲህ ነፍሴ ወደ እረፍት ቦታ ትመለሳለች፡፡ BSB BSB: Return to your rest, O my soul, for the LORD has been good to you.
8 ULB አንተ ነፍሴን ከሞት፣ ዐይኔን ከእንባ እግሮቼን ከመሰናክል አድነሃልና፡፡ BSB BSB: For You have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling.
9 ULB እኔም በሕያዋን ምድር ያህዌን አገለግላለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living.
10 ULB «እጅግ ተጨንቄአለሁ» ባልሁ ጊዜ እንኳ በእርሱ ማመኔን አልተውሁም፡፡ BSB BSB: I believed, therefore I said, “I am greatly afflicted.”
11 ULB ግራ በተጋባሁ ጊዜ፣ «ሰው ሁሉ ሐሰተኛ ነው» አልሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: In my alarm I said, “All men are liars!”
12 ULB ስላደረገልኝ መልካም ነገር ሁሉ ለያህዌ ምን ልክፈለው? BSB BSB: How can I repay the LORD for all His goodness to me?
13 ULB የመዳንን ጽዋ አነሣለሁ የያህዌንም ስም እጠራለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: I will lift the cup of salvation and call on the name of the LORD.
14 ULB በሕዝቡ ሁሉ ፊት ስእለቴን ለያህዌ እፈጽማለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: I will fulfill my vows to the LORD in the presence of all His people.
15 ULB የቅዱሳኑ ሞት በያህዌ ፊት የከበረ ነው፡፡ BSB BSB: Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints.
16 ULB ያህዌ ሆይ፣ እኔ በእውነት ባርያህ ነኝ፣ የሴት ባርያህም ልጅ ነኝ፡፡ ከእስራቴም ፈታኸኝ፡፡ BSB BSB: Truly, O LORD, I am Your servant; I am Your servant, the son of Your maidservant; You have broken my bonds.
17 ULB ለአንተ የምስጋና መሥዋዕት አቀርባለሁ የያህዌንም ስም እጠራለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: I will offer to You a sacrifice of thanksgiving and call on the name of the LORD.
18 ULB በሕዝቡ ሁሉ ፊት ስእለቴን ለያህዌ እፈጽማለሁ BSB BSB: I will fulfill my vows to the LORD in the presence of all His people,
19 ULB ኢየሩሳሌም ሆይ፣ በመካከልሽ በያህዌ ቤት አደባባይ ይህን አደርጋለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: in the courts of the LORD’s house, in your midst, O Jerusalem. Hallelujah!
