1 ULB ያህዌን አመስግኑ የያህዌን ስም ወድሱ፤ እናንት የያህዌ አገልጋዮች አመስግኑት፡፡ BSB BSB: Hallelujah! Praise the name of the LORD. Give praise, O servants of the LORD,
2 ULB በያህዌ ቤት በአምላካችንም ቤት አደባባይ የምትቆሙ አመስግኑት፡፡ BSB BSB: who stand in the house of the LORD, in the courts of the house of our God.
3 ULB መልካም ነውና ያህዌን አመስግኑ ደስ የሚያሰኝ ነውና ለስሙ ዘምሩ፡፡ BSB BSB: Hallelujah, for the LORD is good; sing praises to His name, for it is lovely.
4 ULB ያህዌ ያዕቆብን ለራሱ፣ እስራኤልም ርስቱ እንዲሆን መርጦአልና፡፡ BSB BSB: For the LORD has chosen Jacob as His own, Israel as His treasured possession.
5 ULB ያህዌ ታላቅ መሆኑን፣ ጌታችንም ከአማልክት በላይ መሆን ዐውቃለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: For I know that the LORD is great; our Lord is above all gods.
6 ULB በሰማይም ሆነ በምድር በባሕርና በጥልቅ ውቅያኖስ ያህዌ የወደደውን ያደርጋል፡፡ BSB BSB: The LORD does all that pleases Him in the heavens and on the earth, in the seas and in all their depths.
7 ULB እርሱ ደመናትን ከሩቅ ቦታ ያመጣል ከዝናብ ጋር መብረቅ እንዲኖር ያደርጋል፡፡ ነፋሳትንም ከማከማቻው ያወጣል፡፡ BSB BSB: He causes the clouds to rise from the ends of the earth. He generates the lightning with the rain and brings forth the wind from His storehouses.
8 ULB ከሰው ጀምሮ እስከ እንስሳ የግብፃውያንን በኩር ገደለ፡፡ BSB BSB: He struck down the firstborn of Egypt, of both man and beast.
9 ULB ግብፅ ሆይ፣ በፈርዖንና በአገልጋዮቹ ሁሉ ላይ፣ በመካከልሽም ምልክቶችንና ድንቆችን አደረገ፡፡ BSB BSB: He sent signs and wonders into your midst, O Egypt, against Pharaoh and all his servants.
10 ULB ብዙ ሕዝቦች መታ ኃያላን ነገሥታት ገደለ፡፡ BSB BSB: He struck down many nations and slaughtered mighty kings:
11 ULB የአሞራውያን ንጉሥ ሴዎንን የባሰን ንጉሥ ዐግን የከነዓንን ነገሥታት ሁሉ ገደለ፡፡ BSB BSB: Sihon king of the Amorites, Og king of Bashan, and all the kings of Canaan.
12 ULB ምድራቸውንም ለሕዝቡ ለእስራኤል ርስት አድርጐ ሰጠ፡፡ BSB BSB: He gave their land as an inheritance, as a heritage to His people Israel.
13 ULB ያህዌ ሆይ፣ ስምህ ዘላለማዊ ነው መታሰቢያህም ከትውልድ እስከ ትውልድ ይኖራል፡፡ BSB BSB: Your name, O LORD, endures forever, Your renown, O LORD, through all generations.
14 ULB ያህዌ ለሕዝቡ ይፈርዳልና ለአገልጋዮቹም ይራራልና፡፡ BSB BSB: For the LORD will vindicate His people and will have compassion on His servants.
15 ULB የአሕዛብ ጣዖቶች ከብርና ከወርቅ በሰው እጅ የተሠሩ ናቸው BSB BSB: The idols of the nations are silver and gold, made by the hands of men.
16 ULB አፍ አላቸው አይናገሩም ዐይን አላቸው አያዩም፡፡ BSB BSB: They have mouths, but cannot speak; they have eyes, but cannot see;
17 ULB ጆሮ አላቸው አይሰሙም፤ በአፋቸውም እስትንፋስ የለም፡፡ BSB BSB: they have ears, but cannot hear; nor is there breath in their mouths.
18 ULB የሚሠሩዋቸውና የሚታመኑባቸው ሁሉ እንደ እነርሱ ይሁኑ፡፡ BSB BSB: Those who make them become like them, as do all who trust in them.
19 ULB የእስራኤል ልጆች ሆይ፣ ያህዌን ባርኩ የአሮን ልጆች ሆይ፣ ያህዌን ባርኩ፡፡ BSB BSB: O house of Israel, bless the LORD; O house of Aaron, bless the LORD;
20 ULB የሌዊ ልጆች ሆይ፣ ያህዌን ባርኩ ያህዌን የምትፈሩ ሆይ፣ ያህዌን ባርኩ፡፡ BSB BSB: O house of Levi, bless the LORD; you who fear the LORD, bless the LORD!
21 ULB በኢየሩሳሌም የሚኖር ያህዌ ከጽዮን ይባረክ ያህዌን አመስግኑ፡፡ BSB BSB: Blessed be the LORD from Zion—He who dwells in Jerusalem. Hallelujah!
