1. 1ULBያህዌን አመስግኑ ነፍሴ ሆይ፣ ያህዌን ባርኪ፡፡BSBBSB: Hallelujah! Praise the LORD, O my soul.
2. 2ULBበሕይወት በምኖርበት ዘመን ሁሉ ለያህዌ እዘምራለሁ፡፡BSBBSB: I will praise the LORD all my life; I will sing praises to my God while I have my being.
3. 3ULBበገዦች አትተማመኑ ማዳን በማይችል የሰው ልጅም አትመኩ፡፡BSBBSB: Put not your trust in princes, in mortal man, who cannot save.
4. 4ULBየሰው እስትንፋስ ሲያቆም ወደ መሬት ይመለሳል፡፡ ያን ጊዜ ዕቅዱ እንዳልነበረ ይሆናል፡፡BSBBSB: When his spirit departs, he returns to the ground; on that very day his plans perish.
5. 5ULBረዳቱ የያዕቆብ አምላክ ተስፋውም ያህዌ የሆነለት ሰው የተባረከ ነው፡፡BSBBSB: Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD his God,
6. 6ULBሰማይና ምድርን፣ ባሕርንና በውስጡ ያሉትንም የፈጠረ ያህዌBSBBSB: the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them. He remains faithful forever.
7. 7ULBለተጨቆኑት የሚፈርድ፣ ለተራቡ ምግብን የሚሰጥ እርሱ ነው፡፡ ያህዌ እስረኞችን ነጻ ያወጣል፡፡BSBBSB: He executes justice for the oppressed and gives food to the hungry. The LORD sets the prisoners free,
8. 8ULBያህዌ የዕውራን ዐይን ይከፍታል፡፡ ያህዌ የተዋረዱን ከፍ ያደርጋል፡፡ ያህዌ ጻድቃንን ይወዳል፡፡BSBBSB: the LORD opens the eyes of the blind, the LORD lifts those who are weighed down, the LORD loves the righteous.
9. 9ULBያህዌ መጻተኞን በምድር ይጠብቃል ደኸ አደጐችንና መበለቶችን ይደግፋል፡፡ የክፉዎችን መንገድ ግን ያጠፋል፡፡BSBBSB: The LORD protects foreigners; He sustains the fatherless and the widow, but the ways of the wicked He frustrates.
10. 10ULBያህዌ ለዘላለም ይነግሣል ጽዮን ሆይ፣ አምላክሽ ለትውልድ ሁሉ ንጉሥ ነው፡፡ ያህዌ ይመስገን፡፡BSBBSB: The LORD reigns forever, your God, O Zion, for all generations. Hallelujah!
