2 ULB አምላኬ ሆይ፣ በቀን ወደ አንተ እጮኻለሁ፣ አንተ ግን አልመለሰህልኝም በሌሊት እንኳ አላረፍሁም፡፡ BSB BSB: I cry out by day, O my God, but You do not answer, and by night, but I have no rest.
3 ULB አንተ ቅዱስ ነህ በእስራኤል ምስጋና ውስጥ እንደ ንጉሥ ትቀመጣለህ፡፡ BSB BSB: Yet You are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel.
4 ULB አባቶቻችን በአንተ ተማመኑ፣ በአንተ ተማመኑ አንተም ታደግሃቸው፡፡ BSB BSB: In You our fathers trusted; they trusted and You delivered them.
5 ULB ወደ አንተ ጮኹ፤ እነርሱም ዳኑ በአንተ ተማመኑ፤ እነርሱም አላፈሩም፡፡ BSB BSB: They cried out to You and were set free; they trusted in You and were not disappointed.
6 ULB እኔ ግን ትል እንጂ፣ ሰው አይደለሁም ለሰዎች ማላገጫ፣ በሕዝብም ዘንድ የተናቅሁ ነኝ፡፡ BSB BSB: But I am a worm and not a man, scorned by men and despised by the people.
7 ULB የሚያዩኝ ሁሉ ይሣለቁብኛል ራሳቸውንም እየነቀነቁ ያፌዙብኛል፡፡ BSB BSB: All who see me mock me; they sneer and shake their heads:
8 ULB «በያህዌ ተማምኖአል፤ ያህዌ ያድነው፤ በእርሱ ደስ ተሰኝቶበታልና እስቲ ይታደገው» ይላሉ፡፡ BSB BSB: “He trusts in the LORD, let the LORD deliver him; let the LORD rescue him, since He delights in him.”
9 ULB አንተ ከእናቴ ማሕፀን አወጣኸኝ በእናቴም ጡት ሳለሁ በአንተ እንድታመን አደረግኸኝ፡፡ BSB BSB: Yet You brought me forth from the womb; You made me secure at my mother’s breast.
10 ULB ከማሕፀን ጀምሮ በአንተ ተጣልሁ በእናቴ ማሕፀን ከነበርኩበት ጊዜ ጀምሮ አንተ አምላኬ ነህ! BSB BSB: From birth I was cast upon You; from my mother’s womb You have been my God.
11 ULB መከራ እየተቃረበ ነው የሚረዳኝም የለምና ከእኔ አትራቅ፡፡ BSB BSB: Be not far from me, for trouble is near and there is no one to help.
12 ULB ብዙ ኮርማዎች ከበቡኝ ኃይለኛ የባሳን ኮርማዎች ዙሪያዬን ቆመዋል፡፡ BSB BSB: Many bulls surround me; strong bulls of Bashan encircle me.
13 ULB እንደሚያገሣና እንደሚቦጫጭቅ አንበሳ አፋቸውን ከፈቱብኝ፡፡ BSB BSB: They open their jaws against me like lions that roar and maul.
14 ULB እንደ ውሃ ፈሰሰሁ አጥንቶቼም ሁሉ ከመጋጠሚያቸው ወለቁ ልቤ እንደ ሰም ሆነ በውስጤም ቀጠለ፡፡ BSB BSB: I am poured out like water, and all my bones are disjointed. My heart is like wax; it melts away within me.
15 ULB ጉልበቴ እንደ ሸክላ ደረቀ ምላሴም ከላንቃዬ ጋር ተጣበቀ፡፡ እንደ ሞተ ሰው ትቢያ ላይ አደረግኸኝ፡፡ BSB BSB: My strength is dried up like a potsherd, and my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth. You lay me in the dust of death.
16 ULB ውሾች ከበቡኝ የክፉዎች ስብስብ በዙሪያዬ ሰፈሩ፤ እጆቼንና እግሮቼን ቸነከሩ BSB BSB: For dogs surround me; a band of evil men encircles me; they have pierced my hands and feet.
17 ULB ዐጥንቶቼን ሁሉ አንድ አንድ መቁጠር እችላለሁ እነርሱም አፍጥጠው ይመለከቱኛል፡፡ BSB BSB: I can count all my bones; they stare and gloat over me.
18 ULB ልብሶቼን ተከፋፈሉ በእጄ ጠባቤም ዕጣ ተጣጣሉ፡፡ BSB BSB: They divide my garments among them and cast lots for my clothing.
19 ULB ያህዌ ሆይ፣ ከእኔ አትራቅ ብርታቴ ሆይ፣ እባክህ እኔን ለመርዳት ፍጠን! BSB BSB: But You, O LORD, be not far off; O my Strength, come quickly to help me.
20 ULB ነፍሴን ከሰይፍ ታደጋት ውድ ሕይወቴንም ከክፉ ውሾች አድናት፡፡ BSB BSB: Deliver my soul from the sword, my precious life from the power of wild dogs.
21 ULB ከአንበሳ አፍ አድነኝ፣ ከተዋጊ ጐሽ ቀንዶችም ታደገኝ፡፡ BSB BSB: Save me from the mouth of the lion; at the horns of the wild oxen You have answered me!
22 ULB ስምህን ለወንድሞቼ እናገራለሁ፤ በጉባኤም መካከል አመሰግንሃለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: I will proclaim Your name to my brothers; I will praise You in the assembly.
23 ULB እናንት ያህዌን የምትፈሩ አመስግኑት፡፡ እናንት የያዕቆብ ዘሮች ሁሉ አክብሩት! እናንት የእስራኤል ልጆች ሁሉ እርሱን ፍሩት! BSB BSB: You who fear the LORD, praise Him! All descendants of Jacob, honor Him! All offspring of Israel, revere Him!
25 ULB ስለ ሠራኸው መልካም ሥራ፣ ብዙ ሕዝብ በተሰበሰበበት ስፍራ አመሰግንሃለሁ፤ በሚፈሩህ ሰዎችም ፊት ስእለቴን እፈጽማለሁ፡፡ BSB BSB: My praise for You resounds in the great assembly; I will fulfill my vows before those who fear You.
26 ULB ችግረኞች ይበላሉ፤ ይጠግባሉም ያህዌን የሚፈልጉም ያመሰግኑታል፡፡ ልባችሁ ለዘላለም ሕያው ይሁን፡፡ BSB BSB: The poor will eat and be satisfied; those who seek the LORD will praise Him. May your hearts live forever!
27 ULB የምድር ሕዝቦች ሁሉ ያስታውሳሉ ወደ ያህዌም ይመለሳሉ፤ የምድር ወገኖች ሁሉ በፊትህ ወድቀው ይሰግዳሉ፡፡ BSB BSB: All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD. All the families of the nations will bow down before Him.
28 ULB መንግሥት የያህዌ ነውና ሕዝቦችንም የሚገዛ እርሱ ነው፡፡ BSB BSB: For dominion belongs to the LORD and He rules over the nations.
29 ULB የምድር ከበርቴዎች ሁሉ ይበላሉ፤ እርሱንም ያመልካሉ በሕይወት ማቆየት የማይችሉ ወደ አፈር ተመላሽ የሆኑ ሰዎች ሁሉ በፊቱ ይንበረከካሉ፡፡ BSB BSB: All the rich of the earth will feast and worship; all who go down to the dust will kneel before Him—even those unable to preserve their lives.
30 ULB የሚመጣው ትውልድ ያገለግለዋል ለቀጣዩ ትውልድም ስለ ጌታ ይነግረዋል BSB BSB: Posterity will serve Him; they will declare the Lord to a new generation.
31 ULB የጽድቅ ሥራውን በማወጅ ገና ላልተወለደ ሕዝብ ጽድቁን፣ እርሱ ያደረገውንም ይነግራሉ፡፡ BSB BSB: They will come and proclaim His righteousness to a people yet unborn—all that He has done.
