1. 1ULBያህዌ ሆይ፣ ጠላቶቼ ምንኛ በዙ! በእኔ ላይ የተነሡ ብዙዎች ናቸው፡፡BSBBSB: A Psalm of David, when he fled from his son Absalom. O LORD, how my foes have increased! How many rise up against me!
2. 2ULBብዙ ሰዎች፣ «እግዚአብሔር አያድነውም» እያሉ ስለ እኔ ይናገራሉ፡፡BSBBSB: Many say of me, “God will not deliver him.” Selah
3. 3ULBአንተ ግን ያህዌ ሆይ፣ ዙሪያዬን እንደ ጋሻ ትከልለኛለህ፣ ክብሬንና ራሴንም ከፍ የምታደርግ አንተ ነህ፡፡BSBBSB: But You, O LORD, are a shield around me, my glory, and the One who lifts my head.
4. 4ULBድምፄን ወደ ያህዌ አነሣለሁ እርሱም ከተቀደሰው ተራራው ይመልስልኛል፡፡ ሴላBSBBSB: To the LORD I cry aloud, and He answers me from His holy mountain. Selah
5. 5ULBበሰላም እተኛለሁ፤ እንቀላፋለሁ ያህዌ ስለ ጠበቀኝ ከእንቅልፌ ተነሣሁ፡፡BSBBSB: I lie down and sleep; I wake again, for the LORD sustains me.
6. 6ULBበየአቅጣጫው ከተነሡብኝ ሰዎች ብዛት አልፈራም፡፡BSBBSB: I will not fear the myriads set against me on every side.
7. 7ULBያህዌ ሆይ ተነሥ፤ አምላኬ ሆይ አድነኝ! አንተ የጠላቶቼን መንጋጋ መታህ የክፉዎችን ጥርስ ሰበርህ፡፡BSBBSB: Arise, O LORD! Save me, O my God! Strike all my enemies on the jaw; break the teeth of the wicked.
8. 8ULBመዳን ከያህዌ ነው በረከትህ በሕዝብህ ላይ ይሁን፡፡BSBBSB: Salvation belongs to the LORD; may Your blessing be on Your people. Selah
