1 ULB እግዚአብሔር ሆይ፣ ዝም አትበል አትተወን ችላ አትበል፡፡ BSB BSB: A song. A Psalm of Asaph. O God, be not silent; be not speechless; be not still, O God.
2 ULB ጠላቶችህ እንዴት እንደ ተነሣሡ ባላንጣዎችህም እንዴት ራሳቸውን ቀና ቀና እንዳደረጉ ተመልከት፡፡ BSB BSB: See how Your enemies rage, how Your foes have reared their heads.
3 ULB በሕዝብህ ላይ ያደባሉ፣ አንተ በምትጠብቃቸውም ላይ ያሣራሉ፡፡ BSB BSB: With cunning they scheme against Your people and conspire against those You cherish,
4 ULB ‹የእስራኤል ስም ከእንግዲህ እንዳይታሰብ፣ ኑና ሕዝብ እንዳይሆኑ እንደምስሳቸው» አሉ፡፡ BSB BSB: saying, “Come, let us erase them as a nation; may the name of Israel be remembered no more.”
5 ULB በአንድ ሐሳብ ተስማምተው ተማከሩ አንተም ላይ ተማማሉ፡፡ BSB BSB: For with one mind they plot together; they form an alliance against You—
6 ULB የኤዶምና የእስማኤላውያን፣ የሞዓብና የአጋራውያን ድንኳኖች፣ BSB BSB: the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, of Moab and the Hagrites,
7 ULB ጌባል አሞንና አማሌቅ፣ ፍልስጥኤምም ከጢሮስ ሕዝብ ጋር አብረው ዶለቱ፡፡ BSB BSB: of Gebal, Ammon, and Amalek, of Philistia with the people of Tyre.
8 ULB አሦርም ከእነርሱ ጋር ተባበረ የሎጥም ልጆች ረዳት ሆነ፡፡ ሴላ BSB BSB: Even Assyria has joined them, lending strength to the sons of Lot. Selah
9 ULB ምድያም ላይ እንዳደረግኸው አድርግባቸው በቂሶን ወንዝ በሲሣራና በኢያቢስ ላይ ያደረስኸው ይድረስባቸው፡፡ BSB BSB: Do to them as You did to Midian, as to Sisera and Jabin at the River Kishon,
10 ULB እነርሱ በዐይንዶር ጠፉ እንደ ምድር ትቢያ ሆኑ፡፡ BSB BSB: who perished at Endor and became like dung on the ground.
11 ULB እንደ ሔሬብና እንደ ዜብ፣ መሳፍንቶቻቸውንም እንደ ዛብሄልና እንደ ስልማና አድርጋቸው፤ BSB BSB: Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb, and all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna,
12 ULB እነርሱም፣ «የእግዚአብሔርን ግጦሽ ቦታ እንውሰድ» አሉ፡፡ BSB BSB: who said, “Let us possess for ourselves the pastures of God.”
13 ULB አምላኬ ሆይ፣ በዐውሎ ነፋስ እንደሚወሰድ ትቢያ፣ ነፋስ ፊት እንዳለ ገለባ አድርጋቸው፡፡ BSB BSB: Make them like tumbleweed, O my God, like chaff before the wind.
14 ULB እሳት ደንን እንደሚያቃጥል ተራራውን እንደሚያዳርስ እሳት ነበልባል BSB BSB: As fire consumes a forest, as a flame sets the mountains ablaze,
15 ULB እንዲሁ በማዕበልህ አሳዳቸው በሞገድህም አስደንግጣቸው፡፡ BSB BSB: so pursue them with Your tempest, and terrify them with Your storm.
16 ULB አምላኬ ያህዌ ሆይ፣ ስምህን ይሹ ዘንድ፣ ፊታቸውን በእፍረት ሙላ፤ BSB BSB: Cover their faces with shame, that they may seek Your name, O LORD.
17 ULB ለዘላለም ይፈሩ ይታወኩም፤ በውርደትም ይጥፉ፡፡ BSB BSB: May they be ever ashamed and terrified; may they perish in disgrace.
18 ULB ስምህ ያህዌ የሆነው አንተ ብቻ በምድር ላይ ልዑል እንደ ሆንህ ይወቁ፡፡ BSB BSB: May they know that You alone, whose name is the LORD, are Most High over all the earth.
