1 GLT وَهَؤُلَاءِ هُمْ بَنُو دَاوُدَ ٱلَّذِينَ وُلِدُوا لَهُ فِي حَبْرُونَ: ٱلْبِكْرُ أَمْنُونُ مِنْ أَخِينُوعَمَ ٱلْيَزْرَعِيلِيَّةِ. ٱلثَّانِي دَانِيئِيلُ مِنْ أَبِيجَايِلَ ٱلْكَرْمَلِيَّةِ. BSB BSB: These were the sons of David who were born to him in Hebron: The firstborn was Amnon by Ahinoam of Jezreel; the second was Daniel by Abigail of Carmel;
2 GLT ٱلثَّالِثُ أَبْشَالُومُ ٱبْنُ مَعْكَةَ بِنْتِ تَلْمَايَ مَلِكِ جَشُورَ. ٱلرَّابِعُ أَدُونِيَّا ٱبْنُ حَجِّيثَ. BSB BSB: the third was Absalom the son of Maacah daughter of King Talmai of Geshur; the fourth was Adonijah the son of Haggith;
3 GLT ٱلْخَامِسُ شَفَطْيَا مِنْ أَبِيطَالَ. ٱلسَّادِسُ يَثَرْعَامُ مِنْ عَجْلَةَ ٱمْرَأَتِهِ. BSB BSB: the fifth was Shephatiah by Abital; and the sixth was Ithream by his wife Eglah.
4 GLT وُلِدَ لَهُ سِتَّةٌ فِي حَبْرُونَ. وَمَلَكَ هُنَاكَ سَبْعَ سِنِينٍ وَسِتَّةَ أَشْهُرٍ، ثُمَّ مَلَكَ ثَلَاثًا وَثَلَاثِينَ سَنَةً فِي أُورُشَلِيمَ. BSB BSB: These six sons were born to David in Hebron, where he reigned seven years and six months. And David reigned in Jerusalem thirty-three years,
5 GLT وَهَؤُلَاءِ وُلِدُوا لَهُ فِي أُورُشَلِيمَ: شِمْعَى وَشُوبَابُ وَنَاثَانُ وَسُلَيْمَانُ. أَرْبَعَةٌ مِنْ بَثْشُوعَ بِنْتِ عَمِّيئِيلَ. BSB BSB: and these sons were born to him in Jerusalem: Shimea, Shobab, Nathan, and Solomon. These four were born to him by Bathsheba daughter of Ammiel.
6 GLT وَيِبْحَارُ وَأَلِيشَامَعُ وَأَلِيفَالَطُ BSB BSB: David’s other sons were Ibhar, Elishua, Eliphelet,
7 GLT وَنُوجَهُ وَنَافَجُ وَيَافِيعُ BSB BSB: Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia,
8 GLT وَأَلِيشَمَعُ وَأَلِيَادَاعُ وَأَلِيفَلَطُ. تِسْعَةٌ. BSB BSB: Elishama, Eliada, and Eliphelet—nine in all.
9 GLT ٱلْكُلُّ بَنُو دَاوُدَ مَا عَدَا بَنِي ٱلسَّرَارِيِّ. وَثَامَارُ هِيَ أُخْتُهُمْ. BSB BSB: These were all the sons of David, besides the sons by his concubines. And Tamar was their sister.
10 GLT وَٱبْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ رَحُبْعَامُ، وَٱبْنُهُ أَبِيَّا، وَٱبْنُهُ آسَا، وَٱبْنُهُ يَهُوشَافَاطُ، BSB BSB: Solomon’s son was Rehoboam: Abijah was his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,
12 GLT وَٱبْنُهُ أَمَصْيَا، وَٱبْنُهُ عَزَرْيَا، وَٱبْنُهُ يُوثَامُ، BSB BSB: Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,
13 GLT وَٱبْنُهُ آحَازُ، وَٱبْنُهُ حَزَقِيَّا، وَٱبْنُهُ مَنَسَّى، BSB BSB: Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son,
14 GLT وَٱبْنُهُ آمُونُ، وَٱبْنُهُ يُوشِيَّا. BSB BSB: Amon his son, and Josiah his son.
15 GLT وَبَنُو يُوشِيَّا: ٱلْبِكْرُ يُوحَانَانُ، ٱلثَّانِي يَهُويَاقِيمُ، ٱلثَّالِثُ صِدْقِيَّا، ٱلرَّابِعُ شَلُّومُ. BSB BSB: The sons of Josiah: Johanan was the firstborn, Jehoiakim the second, Zedekiah the third, and Shallum the fourth.
16 GLT وَٱبْنَا يَهُويَاقِيمَ: يَكُنْيَا ٱبْنُهُ وَصِدْقِيَّا ٱبْنُهُ. BSB BSB: The successors of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, and Zedekiah.
17 GLT وَٱبْنَا يَكُنْيَا: أَسِّيرُ وَشَأَلْتِيئِيلُ ٱبْنُهُ BSB BSB: The descendants of Jeconiah the captive: Shealtiel his son,
18 GLT وَمَلْكِيرَامُ وَفَدَايَا وَشِنْأَصَّرُ وَيَقَمْيَا وَهُوشَامَاعُ وَنَدَبْيَا. BSB BSB: Malchiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar, Jekamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.
19 GLT وَٱبْنَا فَدَايَا: زَرُبَّابِلُ وَشِمْعِي. وَبَنُو زَرُبَّابِلَ: مَشُلَّامُ وَحَنَنْيَا وَشَلُومِيَةُ أُخْتُهُمْ، BSB BSB: The sons of Pedaiah: Zerubbabel and Shimei. The children of Zerubbabel: Meshullam and Hananiah, their sister Shelomith,
20 GLT وَحَشُوبَةُ وَأُوهَلُ وَبَرَخْيَا وَحَسَدْيَا وَيُوشَبُ حَسَدَ. خَمْسَةٌ. BSB BSB: and five others: Hashubah, Ohel, Berechiah, Hasadiah, and Jushab-hesed.
21 GLT وَبَنُو حَنَنْيَا: فَلَطْيَا وَيِشْعِيَا، وَبَنُو رَفَايَا، وَبَنُو أُرْنَانَ، وَبَنُو عُوبَدْيَا، وَبَنُو شَكَنْيَا. BSB BSB: The descendants of Hananiah: Pelatiah, Jeshaiah, and the sons of Rephaiah, of Arnan, of Obadiah, and of Shecaniah.
22 GLT وَبَنُو شَكَنْيَا: شِمْعِيَا وَبَنُو شِمْعِيَا: حَطُّوشُ وَيَجْآلُ وَبَارِيحُ وَنَعَرْيَا وَشَافَاطُ. سِتَّةٌ. BSB BSB: The six descendants of Shecaniah were Shemaiah and his sons: Hattush, Igal, Bariah, Neariah, and Shaphat.
23 GLT وَبَنُو نَعَرْيَا: ٱلْيُوعِينِيُّ وَحَزَقِيَّا وَعَزْرِيقَامُ. ثَلَاثَةٌ. BSB BSB: The sons of Neariah: Elioenai, Hizkiah, and Azrikam—three in all.
24 GLT وَبَنُو ٱلْيُوعِينِيِّ: هُودَايَاهُو وَأَلْيَاشِيبُ وَفَلَايَا وَعَقُّوبُ وَيُوحَانَانُ وَدَلَايَا وَعَنَانِي. سَبْعَةٌ. BSB BSB: The sons of Elioenai: Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah, and Anani—seven in all.
