1 GLT إِلَيْكَ يَا رَبُّ أَرْفَعُ نَفْسِي. BSB BSB: Of David. To You, O LORD, I lift up my soul;
2 GLT يَا إِلَهِي عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ، فَلَا تَدَعْنِي أَخْزَى. لَا تَشْمَتْ بِي أَعْدَائِي. BSB BSB: in You, my God, I trust. Do not let me be put to shame; do not let my enemies exult over me.
3 GLT أَيْضًا كُلُّ مُنْتَظِرِيكَ لَا يَخْزَوْا. لِيَخْزَ ٱلْغَادِرُونَ بِلَا سَبَبٍ. BSB BSB: Surely none who wait for You will be put to shame; but those who engage in treachery without cause will be disgraced.
4 GLT طُرُقَكَ يَا رَبُّ عَرِّفْنِي. سُبُلَكَ عَلِّمْنِي. BSB BSB: Show me Your ways, O LORD; teach me Your paths.
5 GLT دَرِّبْنِي فِي حَقِّكَ وَعَلِّمْنِي، لِأَنَّكَ أَنْتَ إِلَهُ خَلَاصِي. إِيَّاكَ ٱنْتَظَرْتُ ٱلْيَوْمَ كُلَّهُ. BSB BSB: Guide me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; all day long I wait for You.
6 GLT ٱذْكُرْ مَرَاحِمَكَ يَا رَبُّ وَإِحْسَانَاتِكَ، لِأَنَّهَا مُنْذُ ٱلْأَزَلِ هِيَ. BSB BSB: Remember, O LORD, Your compassion and loving devotion, for they are from age to age.
7 GLT لَا تَذْكُرْ خَطَايَا صِبَايَ وَلَا مَعَاصِيَّ. كَرَحْمَتِكَ ٱذْكُرْنِي أَنْتَ مِنْ أَجْلِ جُودِكَ يَا رَبُّ. BSB BSB: Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my rebellious acts; remember me according to Your loving devotion, because of Your goodness, O LORD.
8 GLT اَلرَّبُّ صَالِحٌ وَمُسْتَقِيمٌ، لِذَلِكَ يُعَلِّمُ ٱلْخُطَاةَ ٱلطَّرِيقَ. BSB BSB: Good and upright is the LORD; therefore He shows sinners the way.
9 GLT يُدَرِّبُ ٱلْوُدَعَاءَ فِي ٱلْحَقِّ، وَيُعَلِّمُ ٱلْوُدَعَاءَ طُرُقَهُ. BSB BSB: He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them His way.
10 GLT كُلُّ سُبُلِ ٱلرَّبِّ رَحْمَةٌ وَحَقٌّ لِحَافِظِي عَهْدِهِ وَشَهَادَاتِهِ. BSB BSB: All the LORD’s ways are loving and faithful to those who keep His covenant and His decrees.
11 GLT مِنْ أَجْلِ ٱسْمِكَ يَا رَبُّ ٱغْفِرْ إِثْمِي لِأَنَّهُ عَظِيمٌ. BSB BSB: For the sake of Your name, O LORD, forgive my iniquity, for it is great.
12 GLT مَنْ هُوَ ٱلْإِنْسَانُ ٱلْخَائِفُ ٱلرَّبَّ؟ يُعَلِّمُهُ طَرِيقًا يَخْتَارُهُ. BSB BSB: Who is the man who fears the LORD? He will instruct him in the path chosen for him.
13 GLT نَفْسُهُ فِي ٱلْخَيْرِ تَبِيتُ، وَنَسْلُهُ يَرِثُ ٱلْأَرْضَ. BSB BSB: His soul will dwell in prosperity, and his descendants will inherit the land.
14 GLT سِرُّ ٱلرَّبِّ لِخَائِفِيهِ، وَعَهْدُهُ لِتَعْلِيمِهِمْ. BSB BSB: The LORD confides in those who fear Him, and reveals His covenant to them.
15 GLT عَيْنَايَ دَائِمًا إِلَى ٱلرَّبِّ، لِأَنَّهُ هُوَ يُخْرِجُ رِجْلَيَّ مِنَ ٱلشَّبَكَةِ. BSB BSB: My eyes are always on the LORD, for He will free my feet from the mesh.
16 GLT اِلْتَفِتْ إِلَيَّ وَٱرْحَمْنِي، لِأَنِّي وَحْدٌ وَمِسْكِينٌ أَنَا. BSB BSB: Turn to me and be gracious, for I am lonely and afflicted.
17 GLT اُفْرُجْ ضِيقَاتِ قَلْبِي. مِنْ شَدَائِدِي أَخْرِجْنِي. BSB BSB: The troubles of my heart increase; free me from my distress.
18 GLT ٱنْظُرْ إِلَى ذُلِّي وَتَعَبِي، وَٱغْفِرْ جَمِيعَ خَطَايَايَ. BSB BSB: Consider my affliction and trouble, and take away all my sins.
19 GLT ٱنْظُرْ إِلَى أَعْدَائِي لِأَنَّهُمْ قَدْ كَثُرُوا، وَبُغْضًا ظُلْمًا أَبْغَضُونِي. BSB BSB: Consider my enemies, for they are many, and they hate me with vicious hatred.
20 GLT ٱحْفَظْ نَفْسِي وَأَنْقِذْنِي. لَا أُخْزَى لِأَنِّي عَلَيْكَ تَوَكَّلْتُ. BSB BSB: Guard my soul and deliver me; let me not be put to shame, for I take refuge in You.
21 GLT يَحْفَظُنِي ٱلْكَمَالُ وَٱلِٱسْتِقَامَةُ، لِأَنِّي ٱنْتَظَرْتُكَ. BSB BSB: May integrity and uprightness preserve me, because I wait for You.
22 GLT يَا ٱللهُ، ٱفْدِ إِسْرَائِيلَ مِنْ كُلِّ ضِيقَاتِهِ. BSB BSB: Redeem Israel, O God, from all its distress.
