1 GLT عَظِيمٌ هُوَ ٱلرَّبُّ وَحَمِيدٌ جِدًّا فِي مَدِينَةِ إِلَهِنَا، جَبَلِ قُدْسِهِ. BSB BSB: A song. A Psalm of the sons of Korah. Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, His holy mountain.
2 GLT جَمِيلُ ٱلِٱرْتِفَاعِ، فَرَحُ كُلِّ ٱلْأَرْضِ، جَبَلُ صِهْيَوْنَ. فَرَحُ أَقَاصِي ٱلشِّمَالِ، مَدِينَةُ ٱلْمَلِكِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ. BSB BSB: Beautiful in loftiness, the joy of all the earth, like the peaks of Zaphon is Mount Zion, the city of the great King.
3 GLT ٱللهُ فِي قُصُورِهَا يُعْرَفُ مَلْجَأً. BSB BSB: God is in her citadels; He has shown Himself to be a fortress.
4 GLT لِأَنَّهُ هُوَذَا ٱلْمُلُوكُ ٱجْتَمَعُوا. مَضَوْا جَمِيعًا. BSB BSB: For behold, the kings assembled; they all advanced together.
5 GLT لَمَّا رَأَوْا بُهِتُوا، ٱرْتَاعُوا، فَرُّوا. BSB BSB: They saw and were astounded; they fled in terror.
6 GLT أَخَذَتْهُمُ ٱلرِّعْدَةُ هُنَاكَ، وَٱلْمَخَاضُ كَوَالِدَةٍ. BSB BSB: Trembling seized them there, anguish like a woman in labor.
7 GLT بِرِيحٍ شَرْقِيَّةٍ تَكْسِرُ سُفُنَ تَرْشِيشَ. BSB BSB: With a wind from the east You wrecked the ships of Tarshish.
8 GLT كَمَا سَمِعْنَا هَكَذَا رَأَيْنَا فِي مَدِينَةِ رَبِّ ٱلْجُنُودِ، فِي مَدِينَةِ إِلَهِنَا. ٱللهُ يُثَبِّتُهَا إِلَى ٱلْأَبَدِ. سِلَاهْ. BSB BSB: As we have heard, so we have seen in the city of the LORD of Hosts, in the city of our God: God will establish her forever. Selah
9 GLT ذَكَرْنَا يَا ٱللهُ رَحْمَتَكَ فِي وَسَطِ هَيْكَلِكَ. BSB BSB: Within Your temple, O God, we contemplate Your loving devotion.
10 GLT نَظِيرُ ٱسْمِكَ يَا ٱللهُ تَسْبِيحُكَ إِلَى أَقَاصِي ٱلْأَرْضِ. يَمِينُكَ مَلآنَةٌ بِرًّا. BSB BSB: Your name, O God, like Your praise, reaches to the ends of the earth; Your right hand is full of righteousness.
11 GLT يَفْرَحُ جَبَلُ صِهْيَوْنَ، تَبْتَهِجُ بَنَاتُ يَهُوذَا مِنْ أَجْلِ أَحْكَامِكَ. BSB BSB: Mount Zion is glad, the daughters of Judah rejoice, on account of Your judgments.
12 GLT طُوفُوا بِصِهْيَوْنَ، وَدُورُوا حَوْلَهَا. عُدُّوا أَبْرَاجَهَا. BSB BSB: March around Zion, encircle her, count her towers,
13 GLT ضَعُوا قُلُوبَكُمْ عَلَى مَتَارِسِهَا. تَأَمَّلُوا قُصُورَهَا لِكَيْ تُحَدِّثُوا بِهَا جِيلًا آخَرَ. BSB BSB: consider her ramparts, tour her citadels, that you may tell the next generation.
14 GLT لِأَنَّ ٱللهَ هَذَا هُوَ إِلَهُنَا إِلَى ٱلدَّهْرِ وَٱلْأَبَدِ. هُوَ يَهْدِينَا حَتَّى إِلَى ٱلْمَوْتِ. BSB BSB: For this God is our God forever and ever; He will be our guide even till death.
