And there was a widow in that town who kept appealing to him, ‘Give me justice against my adversary.’

E mɛkɛn, tetɛp nadi byen. Deenek nyɛ eezɛke tɔ lyemɛ náá: “Yɛ ko bɛ náá, mɛ ààkaab Zɛɛb ɔ, baadi náá, mam ààbis bot ɔ,

6
BKW
Bhii tak Ghɛŋ eezɛbaabil náá: «Gwakeka dáa mbee tetɛp tak nalii ɛ́.
BSB
BSB:
And the Lord said,
“Listen to the words of the unjust judge.

BSB
BSB:
Will not God bring about justice for His elect who cry out to Him day and night? Will He delay in helping them?
8
BKW
Mɛ lɛɛ bin ɛ tsɛɛtsɛ náá: Nyɛ waalel ɛkwyee bin kaab dum nɛ ghamen. Tin, esok Sɛɛŋɛlɛ Mɔn Mot aazyɛ ɛ́, nyɛ waazɛbela bot ɛ di dum koŋ nɛ Zɛɛb ɔ kɔ bɔs'ak ee?»
BSB

I tell you, He will promptly carry out justice on their behalf. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on earth?”
9

Yezu eebaazɛlɛɛ kana kɔ ɛsu ɛ bot ɛ di bun náá, bɛ ɛ́ bot ɛ epiki, da bɛ ɛ́ kadyamal ɛ́ bɔn nyɛɛg bɔɔ ɔ. Nyɛ eezɛke nɛ nɔɔ náá:
BSB

To some who trusted in their own righteousness and viewed others with contempt, He also told this parable:
10
BKW
«Bot ɛbá naazɛbyet pɛ kok Ndjaa-ebuwa kɛdjaala; ngɔt nadi ɛ́ Falizyɛ, dhiiti kadi ɛ́ nɔŋel epata e lapo.

BSB
BSB:
The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed, ‘God, I thank You that I am not like other men—swindlers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector.
12
BKW
Mam tsi edee ɛ́, esok ebá tɔ yenga wat. Mɛ nɛ djɛ wɔ endiyal kam bam.”
BSB
BSB:
I fast twice a week and pay tithes of all that I acquire.’

BSB
BSB:
But the tax collector stood at a distance, unwilling even to lift up his eyes to heaven. Instead, he beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner!’
14
BKW
Yezu ɛ́ boozɛke náá: «Nɔŋel epata e lapo naka sik ɛ́, Zɛɛb eezɛpel mesyem mɛ, ààbɛ Falizyɛ. Étɛp tak ɛ́ di náá, mot ɛ ghɛɛ nyel ɔ, Zɛɛb ɛ waasiil nyɛ. Mot ɛ siila ɔ, Zɛɛb ɛ́ bin nyɛ.»
BSB
BSB:
I tell you, this man, rather than the Pharisee, went home justified. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but the one who humbles himself will be exalted.”
15
BKW
Bot naazyɛ nɛ bɔɔ tɔlɔɔ bɔɔ pɛ dáa Yezu étɛp nyɛ neekɛl mɛmbɔ kɔ lɔɔ. Tyee bɛdjekel nakabee deenek ɛ, bɛ naazɛbhɛm bɛ.

Now people were even bringing their babies to Jesus for Him to place His hands on them. And when the disciples saw this, they rebuked those who brought them.
16

Tin, Yezu eezɛke náá, bɔɔ tɔlɔɔ tiila pɛ nyɛ nadi ɛ́: «Betka bɔɔ dhyeeb bɛ zyɛ pɛ daa lam. Sa bi ààlu bɛ, etɛɛ náá, Ɛyoŋ ɛ Zɛɛb ɛ́ yii bot ɛ di dáa bɔɔ dhyeeb ɔ.
BSB
BSB:
But Jesus called the children to Him and said,
“Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them! For the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.
17
BKW
Tsɛɛtsɛ nɛ tsɛɛtsɛ, mɛ lɛɛ bin ɛ náá: Mot ɛ di ààmyaal Ɛyoŋ ɛ Zɛɛb dáa mɔɔ dhyeeb ɔ, nyɛ aanàkwaani tɔ tak.»
BSB
BSB:
Truly I tell you, anyone who does not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”
18
BKW
Dhiiti kukuma eYuda ngɔt zokazɛdji Yezu náá: «Mbɛɛ lyoel, mɛ goka nɛ ɛsa dáa étɛp mɛ neebela tsik na kɔm-kɔm?»

BSB:
Then a certain ruler asked Him, “Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
19

BSB

You know the commandments: ‘Do not commit adultery, do not murder, do not steal, do not bear false witness, honor your father and mother.’”
21

BSB:
Indeed, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”
26
BKW
Bot ɛ nadi gwak nyɛ moo tin é ke pak'ɔɔ náá: «Yɛ bɛ deenek ɔ, ɛzɛ aabela tsik?»
