7 ULB বরং, তারা যখন দেখলেন অচ্ছিন্নত্বক ইহুদিদের মধ্যে আমাকে যেমন বিশ্বাস করে সুসমাচার প্রচারের দায়িত্ব দেওয়া হয়েছে তেমনি ছিন্নত্বক ইহুদিদের মধ্যে পিতরকে দেওয়া হয়েছে। BSB BSB: On the contrary, they saw that I had been entrusted to preach the gospel to the uncircumcised, just as Peter had been to the circumcised.
8 ULB কারণ ছিন্নত্বকদের কাছে প্রেরিতত্ত্বের জন্য ঈশ্বর পিতরের কাজ সম্পন্ন করলেন, তেমনি তিনি অইহূদিদের জন্য আমার মাধ্যমে কাজ সম্পন্ন করলেন। BSB BSB: For the One who was at work in Peter’s apostleship to the circumcised was also at work in my apostleship to the Gentiles.
9 ULB যখন তাঁরা বুঝতে পারল যে সেই অনুগ্রহ আমাকে দেওয়া হয়েছে, তখন যাকোব, কৈফা এবং যোহন যাঁরা নেতারূপে চিহ্নিত, আমাকেও বার্ণবাকে সহভাগীতার ডান হাত দিলেন, যেন আমরা অইহূদিদের কাছে যাই, আর তাঁরা ছিন্নত্বকদের কাছে যান; BSB BSB: And recognizing the grace that I had been given, James, Cephas, and John—those reputed to be pillars—gave me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, so that we should go to the Gentiles, and they to the circumcised. 10 ULB তারা কেবল চাইলেন যেন আমরা দরিদ্রদের স্মরণ করি; আর সেটাই করতে আমিও আগ্রহী ছিলাম; BSB BSB: They only asked us to remember the poor, the very thing I was eager to do.
11 ULB এবং কৈফা যখন আন্তিয়খিয়ায় আসলেন, তখন আমি মুখের উপরেই তাঁর প্রতিরোধ করলাম, কারণ তিনি দোষী হয়েছিলেন। BSB BSB: When Cephas came to Antioch, however, I opposed him to his face, because he stood condemned.

But when they arrived, he began to draw back and separate himself, for fear of those in the circumcision group.
13 ULB আর কৈফার ভণ্ডামির সাথে অন্য সব ইহূদি বিস্বাসিরাও যুক্ত হল, এমনকি, বার্ণাবাও তাঁদের ভণ্ডামিতে আকর্ষিত হলেন। BSB BSB: The other Jews joined him in his hypocrisy, so that by their hypocrisy even Barnabas was led astray.

BSB BSB: When I saw that they were not walking in line with the truth of the gospel, I said to Cephas in front of them all, “If you, who are a Jew, live like a Gentile and not like a Jew, how can you compel the Gentiles to live like Jews?”

So we, too, have believed in Christ Jesus, that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified.
17 ULB কিন্তু আমরা খ্রীষ্টে ধার্মিক বলে গণ্য হবার চেষ্টা করতে গিয়ে আমরাও যদি পাপী বলে প্রমাণ হয়ে থাকি, তবে তার জন্য খ্রীষ্ট কি পাপের দাস? একেবারেই না! BSB BSB: But if, while we seek to be justified in Christ, we ourselves are found to be sinners, does that make Christ a minister of sin? Certainly not!
18 ULB কারণ আমি যে নিয়ম ভেঙে ফেলেছি, তাই যদি আবার পুনরায় গেঁথে তুলি, তবে নিজেকেই অপরাধী বলে দাঁড় করাই। BSB BSB: If I rebuild what I have already torn down, I prove myself to be a lawbreaker.
19 ULB আমি তো নিয়মের মাধ্যমে নিয়মের উদ্দেশ্যে মরেছি, যেন ঈশ্বরের উদ্দেশ্যে জীবিত হই। BSB BSB: For through the law I died to the law so that I might live to God.

The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.
21 ULB আমি ঈশ্বরের অনুগ্রহ অস্বীকার করি না; কারণ নিয়মের মাধ্যমে যদি ধার্মিকতা হয়, তাহলে খ্রীষ্ট অকারণে মারা গেলেন। BSB BSB: I do not set aside the grace of God. For if righteousness comes through the law, then Christ died for nothing.
