3 ULB ছয় বছর তুমি নিজের জমিতে বীজ বপন করবে, ছয় বছর নিজের আঙ্গুরফল পাড়বে ও তার ফল সংগ্রহ করবে। BSB BSB: For six years you may sow your field and prune your vineyard and gather its crops.
4 ULB কিন্তু সপ্তম বছরে জমির বিশ্রামের জন্য বিশ্রামকাল, সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশ্যে বিশ্রামকাল হবে; তুমি নিজের জমিতে বীজ বপন কোরো না ও নিজের আঙ্গুরফল পেড়ো না; BSB BSB: But in the seventh year there shall be a Sabbath of complete rest for the land—a Sabbath to the LORD. You are not to sow your field or prune your vineyard.
5 ULB তুমি জমির নিজে থেকে উৎপন্ন শস্য কাটবে না ও না পাড়া আঙ্গুরফল ফল সংগ্রহ করবে না; ওটা জমির বিশ্রামের জন্য বছর হবে। BSB BSB: You are not to reap the aftergrowth of your harvest or gather the grapes of your untended vines. The land must have a year of complete rest.
6 ULB আর জমির বিশ্রাম তোমাদের খাবারের জন্য হবে; জমির সব জিনিসই তোমার, তোমার দাসের ও দাসীর, তোমার বেতনভোগী ভৃত্যের ও তোমার সহবাসী বিদেশীর BSB BSB: Whatever the land yields during the Sabbath year shall be food for you—for yourself, your manservant and maidservant, the hired hand or foreigner who stays with you,
7 ULB এবং তোমার পশুর ও তোমার দেশের বনপশুর খাবারের জন্য হবে। BSB BSB: and for your livestock and the wild animals in your land. All its growth may serve as food.
8 ULB আর তুমি নিজের জন্য সাত বিশ্রামবছর, সাত গুণ সাত বছর, গণনা করবে; তাতে তোমার গণিত সেই সাত গুণ সাত বিশ্রামবছরে ঊনপঞ্চাশ বছর হবে। BSB BSB: And you shall count off seven Sabbaths of years—seven times seven years—so that the seven Sabbaths of years amount to forty-nine years.
9 ULB তখন সপ্তম মাসের দশম দিনে তুমি জয়ধ্বনির তূরী বাজাবে; প্রায়শ্চিত্তদিনে তোমাদের সব দেশে তূরী বাজাবে। BSB BSB: Then you are to sound the horn far and wide on the tenth day of the seventh month, the Day of Atonement. You shall sound it throughout your land.
10 ULB আর তোমরা পঞ্চাশতম বছরকে পবিত্র করবে এবং সব দেশে সেখানকার সব অধিবাসীর কাছে মুক্তি ঘোষণা করবে; ওটি তোমাদের জন্য যোবেল তূরীধ্বনির মহোৎসব হবে এবং তোমরা প্রত্যেকে নিজের নিজের অধিকারে ফিরে যাবে ও প্রত্যেকে নিজের নিজের বংশের কাছে ফিরে যাবে। BSB BSB: So you are to consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim liberty in the land for all its inhabitants. It shall be your Jubilee, when each of you is to return to his property and to his clan.
11 ULB তোমাদের জন্য পঞ্চাশত্তম বছর যোবেল হবে; তোমরা বীজ বুনো না, নিজে থেকে উৎপন্ন শস্য কেটো না এবং ঝোড়ে না পড়া আঙ্গুরফলর ফল সংগ্রহ কোরো না। BSB BSB: The fiftieth year will be a Jubilee for you; you are not to sow the land or reap its aftergrowth or harvest the untended vines.
12 ULB কারণ ওটাই যোবেল, ওটা তোমাদের পক্ষে পবিত্র হবে; তোমরা জমিতে উৎপন্ন শস্য গুলো খেতে পারবে। BSB BSB: For it is a Jubilee; it shall be holy to you. You may eat only the crops taken directly from the field.
13 ULB ঐ যোবেল বছরে তোমরা প্রতিদিন নিজের নিজের অধিকারে ফিরে যাবে। BSB BSB: In this Year of Jubilee, each of you shall return to his own property.
14 ULB তুমি যদি প্রতিবেশীর কাছে কোনো কিছু বিক্রয় কর, কিংবা নিজের প্রতিবেশীর হাত থেকে কেনো; তবে তোমরা পরস্পর অন্যায় কোরো না। BSB BSB: If you make a sale to your neighbor or a purchase from him, you must not take advantage of each other.
15 ULB তুমি যোবেলের পরের বছর-সংখ্যানুসারে প্রতিবেশীর কাছ থেকে কিনবে এবং ফল উৎপত্তির বছর-সংখ্যা অনুসারে তোমার কাছে সে বিক্রি করবে। BSB BSB: You are to buy from your neighbor according to the number of years since the last Jubilee; he is to sell to you according to the number of harvest years remaining.
16 ULB তুমি বছরের বেশী অনুসারে মূল্যবেশী করবে ও বছরের কম অনুসারে মূল্য কম করবে; কারণ সে তোমার কাছে ফল উৎপত্তির সময়ে সংখ্যা অনুসারে বিক্রি করে। BSB BSB: You shall increase the price in proportion to a greater number of years, or decrease it in proportion to a lesser number of years; for he is selling you a given number of harvests.
17 ULB তোমরা তোমাদের প্রতিবেশীর প্রতি অন্যায় কোরো না, কিন্তু নিজের ঈশ্বরকে ভয় কোরো, কারণ আমি সদাপ্রভু তোমাদের ঈশ্বর। BSB BSB: Do not take advantage of each other, but fear your God; for I am the LORD your God.
18 ULB আর তোমরা আমার ব্যবস্থা অনুসারে আচরণ করবে, আমার শাসন সব মানবে ও তা পালন করবে; তাতে দেশে নির্ভয়ে বাস করবে। BSB BSB: You are to keep My statutes and carefully observe My judgments, so that you may dwell securely in the land.
19 ULB আর জমি নিজে ফল উৎপন্ন করবে, তাতে তোমরা তৃপ্তি পর্যন্ত খাবে ও দেশে নির্ভয়ে বাস করবে। BSB BSB: Then the land will yield its fruit, so that you can eat your fill and dwell in safety in the land.
20 ULB আর যদি তোমরা বল, দেখ, আমরা সপ্তম বছরে কি খাব? দেখ, আমরা ত জমিতে বপন করব না ও উৎপন্ন ফল সংগ্রহ করব না; BSB BSB: Now you may wonder, ‘What will we eat in the seventh year if we do not sow or gather our produce?’
21 ULB তবে আমি ষষ্ট বছরে তোমাদেরকে আশীর্বাদ করব; তাতে তিন বছরের জন্য শস্য উৎপন্ন হবে। BSB BSB: But I will send My blessing upon you in the sixth year, so that the land will yield a crop sufficient for three years.
22 ULB পরে অষ্টম বছরে তোমরা বপন করবে ও নবম বছর পর্যন্ত পুরানো শস্য খাবে; যতক্ষণ ফল না হয়, ততক্ষণ পুরানো শস্য খাবে। BSB BSB: While you are sowing in the eighth year, you will be eating from the previous harvest, until the ninth year’s harvest comes in.
23 ULB আর জমি চিরদিনের জন্য বিক্রী হবে না, কারণ জমি আমারই; তোমরা ত আমার সঙ্গে বিদেশী ও প্রবাসী। BSB BSB: The land must not be sold permanently, because it is Mine, and you are but foreigners and residents with Me.
24 ULB আর তোমরা নিজেদের অধিকার করা দেশের সব জমি মুক্ত করতে দিও। BSB BSB: Thus for every piece of property you possess, you must provide for the redemption of the land.
25 ULB তোমার ভাই যদি গরিব হয়ে নিজের অধিকারের কিছু বিক্রি করে, তবে তার মুক্তিকর্ত্তার কাছে আত্মীয় এসে নিজের ভাইয়ের বিক্রি করা জমি মুক্ত করে নেবে। BSB BSB: If your brother becomes impoverished and sells some of his property, his nearest of kin may come and redeem what his brother has sold.
26 ULB যার মুক্তিকর্ত্তা নেই, সে যদি ধনবান্ হয়ে নিজে তা মুক্ত করতে সমর্থ হয়, BSB BSB: Or if a man has no one to redeem it for him, but he prospers and acquires enough to redeem his land,
27 ULB তবে সে তার বিক্রির বছরে গণনা করে সেই অনুসারে অতিরিক্ত মূল্য ক্রেতাকে ফিরিয়ে দেবে; এভাবে সে নিজের অধিকারে ফিরে যাবে। BSB BSB: he shall calculate the years since its sale, repay the balance to the man to whom he sold it, and return to his property.
28 ULB কিন্তু যদি সে তা ফিরিয়ে নিতে অসমর্থ হয়, তবে সেই বিক্রীত অধিকার যোবেল বছর পর্যন্ত ক্রেতার হাতে থাকবে; যোবেলে তা মুক্ত হবে এবং সে নিজের অধিকারে ফিরে যাবে। BSB BSB: But if he cannot obtain enough to repay him, what he sold will remain in possession of the buyer until the Year of Jubilee. In the Jubilee, however, it is to be released, so that he may return to his property.
29 ULB আর যদি কেউ প্রাচীরে ঘেরা নগরের মাঝখানে বাসগৃহ বিক্রয় করে, তবে সে বিক্রয়-বছরের শেষ পর্যন্ত তা মুক্ত করতে পারবে, পূর্ণ এক বছরের মধ্যে তা মুক্ত করবার অধিকারী থাকবে। BSB BSB: If a man sells a house in a walled city, he retains his right of redemption until a full year after its sale; during that year it may be redeemed.
30 ULB কিন্তু যদি সম্পূর্ণ এক বছর সময়ের মধ্যে তা মুক্ত না হয়, তবে প্রাচীরে ঘেরা নগরের মধ্যে সেই গৃহ পুরুষপরম্পরায় ক্রয়কর্ত্তার চিরস্থায়ী অধিকার হবে; তা যোবেলে মুক্ত হবে না। BSB BSB: If it is not redeemed by the end of a full year, then the house in the walled city is permanently transferred to its buyer and his descendants. It is not to be released in the Jubilee.
31 ULB কিন্তু প্রাচীরছাড়া গ্রামে অবস্থিত গৃহ দেশের জমির মধ্যে গণনা হবে; তা মুক্ত করা যেতে পারে এবং যোবেলে তা মুক্ত হবে। BSB BSB: But houses in villages with no walls around them are to be considered as open fields. They may be redeemed, and they shall be released in the Jubilee.
32 ULB কিন্তু লেবীয়দের নগর সব, তাদের অধিকরে নগরের গৃহ সব মুক্ত করবার অধিকার লেবীয়দের সব সময়ই থাকবে। BSB BSB: As for the cities of the Levites, the Levites always have the right to redeem their houses in the cities they possess.
33 ULB যদি লেবীয়দের কেউ মুক্ত করে, তবে সেই বিক্রীত গৃহ এবং তার অধিকারের নগর যোবেলে মুক্ত হবে; কারণ ইস্রায়েল-সন্তানদের মধ্যে লেবীয়দের নগরের গৃহ সব তাদের অধিকার। BSB BSB: So whatever belongs to the Levites may be redeemed—a house sold in a city they possess—and must be released in the Jubilee, because the houses in the cities of the Levites are their possession among the Israelites.
34 ULB আর তাদের নগরের চরাণিভূমি বিক্রীত হবে না; কারণ তাই তাদের চিরস্থায়ী অধিকার। BSB BSB: But the open pastureland around their cities may not be sold, for this is their permanent possession.
35 ULB আর তোমার ভাই যদি গরিব হয় ও তোমার কাছে শূন্যহাত হয়, তবে তুমি তার উপকার করবে; সে বিদেশী ও প্রবাসীর মত তোমার সঙ্গে জীবন ধারণ করবে। BSB BSB: Now if your countryman becomes destitute and cannot support himself among you, then you are to help him as you would a foreigner or stranger, so that he can continue to live among you.
36 ULB তুমি তা থেকে সুদ কিংবা বৃদ্ধি নেবে না, কিন্তু নিজের ঈশ্বরকে ভয় করবে, তোমার ভাইকে তোমার সঙ্গে জীবন ধারণ করতে দেবে। BSB BSB: Do not take any interest or profit from him, but fear your God, that your countryman may live among you.
37 ULB তুমি সুদের জন্য তাকে টাকা দেবে না ও বৃদ্ধির জন্য তাকে অন্ন দেবে না। BSB BSB: You must not lend him your silver at interest or sell him your food for profit.
38 ULB আমি সদাপ্রভু তোমাদের সেই ঈশ্বর, যিনি তোমাদেরকে কনান দেশ দেবার জন্য ও তোমাদের ঈশ্বর হবার জন্য তোমাদেরকে মিশর দেশ থেকে বের করে এনেছেন। BSB BSB: I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt to give you the land of Canaan and to be your God.
39 ULB আর তোমার ভাই যদি গরিব হয়ে তোমার কাছে নিজেকে বিক্রয় করে, তবে তুমি তাকে দাসের মত কাজ কোরো না। BSB BSB: If a countryman among you becomes destitute and sells himself to you, then you must not force him into slave labor.
40 ULB সে বেতনজীবী মজুরের মত কিংবা প্রবাসীর মত তোমার সঙ্গে থাকবে, যোবেল বছর পর্যন্ত তোমার দাস্যকর্ম্ম করবে। BSB BSB: Let him stay with you as a hired worker or temporary resident; he is to work for you until the Year of Jubilee.
41 ULB পরে সে নিজের সন্তানদের সঙ্গে তোমার কাছ থেকে মুক্ত হয়ে নিজের বংশের কাছে ফিরে যাবে ও নিজের পৈতৃক অধিকারে ফিরে যাবে। BSB BSB: Then he and his children are to be released, and he may return to his clan and to the property of his fathers.
42 ULB কারণ তারা আমারই দাস, যাদেরকে আমি মিশর দেশ থেকে বের করে এনেছি; তাদের দাসের মত বিক্রী করা হবে না। BSB BSB: Because the Israelites are My servants, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt, they are not to be sold as slaves.
43 ULB তুমি তার উপরে কঠিন কর্ত্তৃত্ব কোরো না, কিন্তু নিজের ঈশ্বরকে ভয় কোরো। BSB BSB: You are not to rule over them harshly, but you shall fear your God.
45 ULB আর তোমাদের মধ্য প্রবাসী বিদেশীদের সন্তানদের থেকে এবং তোমাদের দেশে তাদের উৎপন্ন তাদের যে যে বংশ তোমাদের সঙ্গে আছে, তাদের থেকেও ক্রয় কোরো; তারা তোমাদের অধিকার হবে। BSB BSB: You may also purchase them from the foreigners residing among you or their clans living among you who are born in your land. These may become your property.
46 ULB আর তোমরা নিজের নিজের ভাবী সন্তানদের অধিকারের জন্য দায়ভাগ দ্বারা তাদেরকে দিতে পার এবং নিত্য নিজেদের দাস্যকর্ম তাদেরকে দিয়ে করাতে পার; কিন্তু তোমাদের ভাই ইস্রায়েল-সন্তানদের মধ্যে তোমরা কেউ কারও কঠিন কর্ত্তৃত্ব করবে না। BSB BSB: You may leave them to your sons after you to inherit as property; you can make them slaves for life. But as for your brothers, the Israelites, no man may rule harshly over his brother.
47 ULB আর যদি তোমাদের মধ্যে কোন বিদেশী কিংবা প্রবাসী ধনবান হয় এবং তার কাছাকাছি তোমার ভাই গরিব হয়ে যদি তোমার কাছাকাছি প্রবাসী, বিদেশী কিংবা বিদেশীয় গোত্রের কোনো লোকের কাছে নিজেকে বিক্রয় করে, BSB BSB: If a foreigner residing among you prospers, but your countryman dwelling near him becomes destitute and sells himself to the foreigner or to a member of his clan,
48 ULB তবে সে বিক্রীত হবার পরে মুক্ত হতে পারবে; তার আত্মীয়ের মধ্যে কেউ তাকে মুক্ত করতে পারবে; BSB BSB: he retains the right of redemption after he has sold himself. One of his brothers may redeem him:
49 ULB তার কাকা কিংবা কাকার ছেলে তাকে মুক্ত করবে, কিংবা তার বংশের কাছের কোন আত্মীয় তাকে মুক্ত করবে; কিংবা যদি সে ধনবান্ হয়ে উঠে, তবে নিজেকে মুক্ত করবে। BSB BSB: either his uncle or cousin or any close relative from his clan may redeem him. Or if he prospers, he may redeem himself.
50 ULB তাতে তার বিক্রয় বছর থেকে যোবেল বছর পর্যন্ত ক্রেতার সঙ্গে হিসাব হলে বছরের সংখ্যা অনুসারে তার মূল্য হবে; ওর কাছে তার থাকবার সময় বেতনজীবী দিনের মত হবে। BSB BSB: He and his purchaser will then count the time from the year he sold himself up to the Year of Jubilee. The price of his sale will be determined by the number of years, based on the daily wages of a hired hand.
51 ULB যদি অনেক বছর বাকি থাকে, তবে সেই অনুসারে সে ক্রয়-মূল্য থেকে নিজের মুক্তির মূল্য ফিরিয়ে দেবে। BSB BSB: If many years remain, he must pay for his redemption in proportion to his purchase price.
52 ULB যদি যোবেল বৎসরের অল্প বৎসর বাকি থাকে, তবে সে তার সঙ্গে হিসাব করে সেই কয়েক বছর অনুসারে নিজের মুক্তির মূল্য ফিরিয়ে দেবে। BSB BSB: If only a few years remain until the Year of Jubilee, he is to calculate and pay his redemption according to his remaining years.
53 ULB বছরের পর বছর ভাড়া করা মজুরের মত সে তার সঙ্গে থাকবে; তোমার সাক্ষাৎে সে তার উপরে কঠিন কর্ত্তৃত্ব করবে না। BSB BSB: He shall be treated like a man hired from year to year, but a foreign owner must not rule over him harshly in your sight.
54 ULB আর যদি সে ঐ সব বছরে মুক্ত না হয়, তবে যোবেল বছরে নিজের সন্তানদের সঙ্গে মুক্ত হয়ে যাবে। BSB BSB: Even if he is not redeemed in any of these ways, he and his children shall be released in the Year of Jubilee.
55 ULB কারণ ইস্রায়েল-সন্তানরা আমারই দাস; তারা আমার দাস, যাদেরকে আমি মিশর দেশ থেকে বের করে এনেছি; আমি সদাপ্রভু তোমাদের ঈশ্বর। BSB BSB: For the Israelites are My servants. They are My servants, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt. I am the LORD your God.
