3 Brenton For thy mercy is before mine eyes: and I am well pleased with thy truth. BSB BSB: For Your loving devotion is before my eyes, and I have walked in Your truth.
4 Brenton I have not sat with the council of vanity, and will in nowise enter in with transgressors. BSB BSB: I do not sit with deceitful men, nor keep company with hypocrites.
5 Brenton I have hated the assembly of wicked doers; and will not sit with ungodly men . BSB BSB: I hate the mob of evildoers, and refuse to sit with the wicked.
6 Brenton I will wash my hands in innocency, and compass thine altar, O Lord: BSB BSB: I wash my hands in innocence that I may go about Your altar, O LORD,
7 Brenton to hear the voice of praise, and to declare all thy wonderful works. BSB BSB: to raise my voice in thanksgiving and declare all Your wonderful works.
8 Brenton O Lord, I have loved the beauty of thy house, and the place of the tabernacle of thy glory. BSB BSB: O LORD, I love the house where You dwell, the place where Your glory resides.
9 Brenton Destroy not my soul together with the ungodly, nor my life with bloody men: BSB BSB: Do not take my soul away with sinners, or my life with men of bloodshed,
10 Brenton in whose hands are iniquities, and their right hand is filled with bribes. BSB BSB: in whose hands are wicked schemes, whose right hands are full of bribes.
11 Brenton But I have walked in my innocence: redeem me, and have mercy upon me. BSB BSB: But I will walk with integrity; redeem me and be merciful to me.
12 Brenton My foot stands in an even place: in the congregations will I bless thee, O Lord. BSB BSB: My feet stand on level ground; in the congregations I will bless the LORD.
