O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is;
3. 2BSBSo I have seen You in the sanctuary and beheld Your power and glory.KJVKJV: To see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.
4. 3BSBBecause Your loving devotion is better than life, my lips will glorify You.KJVKJV: Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee.
5. 4BSBSo I will bless You as long as I live; in Your name I will lift my hands.KJVKJV: Thus will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name.
6. 5BSBMy soul is satisfied as with the richest of foods; with joyful lips my mouth will praise You.KJVKJV: My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips:

8. 7BSBFor You are my help; I will sing for joy in the shadow of Your wings.KJVKJV: Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice.
9. 8BSBMy soul clings to You; Your right hand upholds me.KJVKJV: My soul followeth hard after thee: thy right hand upholdeth me.
10. 9BSBBut those who seek my life to destroy it will go into the depths of the earth.KJVKJV: But those that seek my soul, to destroy it, shall go into the lower parts of the earth.
