1. 1CEBOCBAko si Amos nag-ingon, Nakita ko ang Ginoo nga nagtindog sa may halaran, ug miingon siya, “Lambosi ang tumoy sa mga haligi sa templo aron malumpag ang atop ug mahulogan ang mga tawo. Ang mahibiling buhi patyon ko sa gira. Walay bisan usa kanila nga makalikay o makaikyas.BSBBSB: I saw the Lord standing beside the altar, and He said: “Strike the tops of the pillars so that the thresholds shake. Topple them on the heads of all the people, and I will kill the rest with the sword. None of those who flee will get away; none of the fugitives will escape.
2. 2CEBOCBBisag magkalot sila sa ilalom sa yuta paingon sa dapit sa mga patay, kuhaon ko sila didto. Bisag mosaka pa sila sa kalangitan, birahon ko sila paubos.BSBBSB: Though they dig down to Sheol, from there My hand will take them; and though they climb up to heaven, from there I will pull them down.
3. 3CEBOCBBisag motago pa sila sa kinatumyan sa Bukid sa Carmel, pangitaon ko sila didto ug dakpon. Bisag motago pa sila sa ilalom sa dagat, sugoon ko ang bitin didto sa pagpaak kanila.BSBBSB: Though they hide themselves atop Carmel, there I will track them and seize them; and though they hide from Me at the bottom of the sea, there I will command the serpent to bite them.
4. 4CEBOCBBisag bihagon pa sila sa ilang mga kaaway, ipapatay ko gihapon sila. “Kay desidido gayod ako nga laglagon sila ug dili tabangan.”BSBBSB: Though they are driven by their enemies into captivity, there I will command the sword to slay them. I will fix My eyes upon them for harm and not for good.”
5. 5CEBOCBKon tandogon sa Ginoong Dios nga Makagagahom ang yuta, matay-og kini ug ang tanang mga lumulupyo niini magsubo. Ang pagtay-og niini sama sa pag-awas ug paghubas sa Suba sa Nilo sa Ehipto.BSBBSB: The Lord GOD of Hosts, He who touches the earth and it melts, and all its dwellers mourn—all the land rises like the Nile, then sinks like the river of Egypt—
6. 6CEBOCBAng Dios ang naghimo sa iyang kaugalingong puloy-anan sa langit. Ug siya ang naghimo sa kawanangan sa ibabaw sa yuta. Siya ang nagtigom sa tubig sa dagat ngadto sa mga panganod ug ginabubo niya kini ingon nga ulan diha sa yuta. Ang iyang ngalan mao ang Ginoo.BSBBSB: He builds His upper rooms in the heavens and founds His vault upon the earth. He summons the waters of the sea and pours them over the face of the earth. The LORD is His name.
7. 7CEBOCBMiingon ang Ginoo, “Sama ra sa mga taga-Etiopia ang pagtan-aw ko kaninyo nga mga Israelinhon.” Tinuod nga gipagawas ko kamo gikan sa Ehipto, apan gipagawas ko usab ang mga Filistihanon sa Caftor, ug ang mga Aramehanon gipagawas ko sa Kir.BSBBSB: “Are you not like the Cushites to Me, O children of Israel?” declares the LORD. “Did I not bring Israel up from the land of Egypt, the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Arameans from Kir?
8. 8CEBOCB“Ako, ang Ginoong Dios, naniid sa inyong daotan nga gingharian, ug wagtangon ko kamo sa kalibotan. Apan dili ko laglagon sa hingpit ang mga kaliwat ni Jacob,” miingon ang Ginoo niini.BSBBSB: Surely the eyes of the Lord GOD are on the sinful kingdom, and I will destroy it from the face of the earth. Yet I will not utterly destroy the house of Jacob,” declares the LORD.
9. 9CEBOCB“Tan-awa! Magmando ako; ayagon ko kamo nga katawhan sa Israel uban sa tanang nasod. Ug sama sa pag-ayag ug trigo, wala gayoy bato nga mahulog sa yuta. Ilain ko ang mga daotan kaninyo,BSBBSB: “For surely I will give the command, and I will shake the house of Israel among all the nations as grain is sifted in a sieve; but not a pebble will reach the ground.
10. 10CEBOCBug mamatay silang tanan sa gira. Kini sila mao kadtong nag-ingon nga wala kunoy daotang mahitabo kanila.BSBBSB: All the sinners among My people will die by the sword—all those who say, ‘Disaster will never draw near or confront us.’”
11. 11CEBOCB“Nianang adlawa tukoron ko pag-usab ang gingharian ni David nga sa pagkakaron daw usa ka payag nga nalumpag. Ayohon ko ang mga bahin niini nga naguba. Tukoron ko kini pag-usab ug ibalik ko kini sama kaniadto,BSBBSB: “In that day I will restore the fallen tent of David. I will repair its gaps, restore its ruins, and rebuild it as in the days of old,
12. 12CEBOCBaron masakop sa mga Israelinhon ang nabilin nga yuta sa Edom ug ang uban pang mga nasod nga akong gipanag-iya. Gisulti kini sa Ginoo, ug buhaton gayod niya kini.”BSBBSB: that they may possess the remnant of Edom and all the nations that bear My name,” declares the LORD, who will do this.
13. 13CEBOCBMiingon pa gayod ang Ginoo mahitungod sa mga Israelinhon, “Moabot ang adlaw nga mahimong abunda ang ilang mga abot. Dili pa gani sila makahuman ug ani, panahon na usab sa pagdaro. Ug dili pa gani nila mahurot ug himo ug bino ang ilang abot nga ubas, panahon na usab sa pagtanom ug ubas. Tungod kay labihan kadaghan sa mga ubas sa mga bukid ug sa mga bungtod, daw sa mag-agas ang bag-ong bino gikan niini.BSBBSB: “Behold, the days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when the plowman will overtake the reaper and the treader of grapes, the sower of seed. The mountains will drip with sweet wine, with which all the hills will flow.
14. 14CEBOCBPabalikon ko sa ilang yuta ang akong mga katawhan nga mga Israelinhon nga gipangbihag. “Tukoron nila pag-usab ug puy-an ang naguba nila nga mga siyudad. Magtanom sila ug mga ubas ug moinom sa bino niini. Magtanom sila sa ilang mga tanaman ug mokaon sa mga bunga niini.BSBBSB: I will restore My people Israel from captivity; they will rebuild and inhabit the ruined cities. They will plant vineyards and drink their wine; they will make gardens and eat their fruit.
15. 15CEBOCBIpahimutang ko sila sa ilang kaugalingong yuta, ug dili ko na sila papahawaon pag-usab sa yuta nga gihatag ko kanila.” Mao kini ang giingon sa Ginoo nga inyong Dios.BSBBSB: I will firmly plant them in their own land, never again to be uprooted from the land that I have given them,” says the LORD your God.
