1. 1CMNCBT以下是主耶和華讓我看見的異象：看啊，祂造了一大群蝗蟲。那時，王室的作物已經收割，第二季作物剛開始發苗。BSBBSB: This is what the Lord GOD showed me: He was preparing swarms of locusts just after the king’s harvest, as the late spring crop was coming up.
2. 2CMNCBT蝗蟲吃盡地上的青苗時，我說：「主耶和華啊，求你赦免！雅各那麼弱小，他怎麼受得了呢？」BSBBSB: And when the locusts had eaten every green plant in the land, I said, “Lord GOD, please forgive! How will Jacob survive, since he is so small?”
3. 3CMNCBT於是，耶和華心生憐憫，說：「我不降這災了。」BSBBSB: So the LORD relented from this plan. “It will not happen,” He said.
4. 4CMNCBT以下是主耶和華讓我看見的異象：看啊，主耶和華降下審判的大火。大火燒乾了深淵，正在吞噬土地。BSBBSB: This is what the Lord GOD showed me: The Lord GOD was calling for judgment by fire. It consumed the great deep and devoured the land.
5. 5CMNCBT那時，我說：「主耶和華啊，求你停止吧！雅各那麼弱小，他怎麼受得了呢？」BSBBSB: Then I said, “Lord GOD, please stop! How will Jacob survive, since he is so small?”

13. 13CMNCBT不可再在伯特利說預言，這裡是王的聖所，是國廟。」BSBBSB: But never prophesy at Bethel again, because it is the sanctuary of the king and the temple of the kingdom.”
14. 14CMNCBT阿摩司答道：「我本不是先知，也不是先知的門徒。我只是一個牧人，也看護桑樹。BSBBSB: “I was not a prophet,” Amos replied, “nor was I the son of a prophet; rather, I was a herdsman and a tender of sycamore-fig trees.
15. 15CMNCBT但耶和華不再讓我看守羊群，祂對我說，『去！向我的以色列子民說預言。』BSBBSB: But the LORD took me from following the flock and said to me, ‘Go, prophesy to My people Israel.’
16. 16CMNCBT現在你要聽耶和華對你說的話。你說，『不要說攻擊以色列的預言，不要傳講攻擊以撒子孫的信息。』BSBBSB: Now, therefore, hear the word of the LORD. You say: ‘Do not prophesy against Israel; do not preach against the house of Isaac.’
17. 17CMNCBT所以耶和華說，『你的妻子必在這城裡淪為妓女，你的兒女必喪身刀下，你的田地必被人丈量、瓜分，你自己必死在異鄉。以色列人必被擄去，遠離家鄉。』」BSBBSB: Therefore this is what the LORD says: ‘Your wife will become a prostitute in the city, and your sons and daughters will fall by the sword. Your land will be divided by a measuring line, and you yourself will die on pagan soil. And Israel will surely go into exile, away from their homeland.’”
