1. 1CMNCBT以色列啊， 不要歡喜快樂， 不要像外族人那樣歡喜快樂！ 因為你對你的上帝不忠不貞， 喜愛在各麥場上接受嫖資。BSBBSB: Do not rejoice, O Israel, with exultation like the nations, for you have played the harlot against your God; you have made love for hire on every threshing floor.
2. 2CMNCBT麥場上的穀物和榨酒池的酒將不夠養活你們， 新酒也必斷絕。BSBBSB: The threshing floor and winepress will not feed them, and the new wine will fail them.
3. 3CMNCBT你們將不能再住在耶和華的土地上。 以法蓮要返回埃及， 在亞述吃不潔之物。BSBBSB: They will not remain in the land of the LORD; Ephraim will return to Egypt and eat unclean food in Assyria.
4. 4CMNCBT你們將不能再獻奠祭給耶和華， 你們的祭牲也不蒙悅納。 這些祭物如居喪之人的食物， 吃的人都被玷污。 你們的食物只能供自己吃， 不能帶進耶和華的殿。BSBBSB: They will not pour out wine offerings to the LORD, and their sacrifices will not please Him, but will be to them like the bread of mourners; all who eat will be defiled. For their bread will be for themselves; it will not enter the house of the LORD.

9. 9CMNCBT你們敗壞至極， 恰如從前在基比亞的日子。 耶和華必記住你們的罪惡， 追討你們的罪債。BSBBSB: They have deeply corrupted themselves as in the days of Gibeah; He will remember their guilt; He will punish their sins.
10. 10CMNCBT耶和華說： 「昔日我看見以色列時， 像在荒野看見葡萄； 看見你們的祖先時， 像在無花果樹上看見初熟的果子。 但他們卻祭拜巴力·毗珥， 把自己獻給可恥的偶像， 變得像他們所愛的偶像一樣可憎。BSBBSB: I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness. I saw your fathers as the firstfruits of the fig tree in its first season. But they went to Baal-peor, and consecrated themselves to Shame; so they became as detestable as the thing they loved.
11. 11CMNCBT以法蓮人的榮耀要如鳥飛逝， 你們將不能受孕， 不能懷胎， 也不能生育。BSBBSB: Ephraim’s glory will fly away like a bird, with no birth, no pregnancy, and no conception.
12. 12CMNCBT你們縱然把孩子養大， 我也要奪去他們的性命，一個也不留。 我撇棄你們的時候， 你們就有禍了！BSBBSB: Even if they raise their children, I will bereave them of each one. Yes, woe be to them when I turn away from them!
13. 13CMNCBT我看見以法蓮栽種在草原上，美如泰爾， 以法蓮卻要把兒女交給屠殺者。」BSBBSB: I have seen Ephraim, like Tyre, planted in a meadow. But Ephraim will bring out his children for slaughter.
14. 14CMNCBT耶和華啊，求你給他們—— 你要給他們什麼呢？ 求你使他們子宮流產，乳房乾癟。BSBBSB: Give them, O LORD—what will You give? Give them wombs that miscarry and breasts that dry up!
15. 15CMNCBT耶和華說： 「因他們在吉甲的一切惡行， 我已憎惡他們。 因他們的惡行， 我要將他們逐出我的家， 不再愛他們， 他們的首領都是悖逆之人。BSBBSB: All their evil appears at Gilgal, for there I hated them. I will drive them from My house for the wickedness of their deeds. I will no longer love them; all their leaders are rebellious.
16. 16CMNCBT以法蓮要被擊打， 他們的根將枯乾， 再也不能結果。 就算他們能生兒育女， 我也要殺死他們心愛的孩子。」BSBBSB: Ephraim is struck down; their root is withered; they cannot bear fruit. Even if they bear children, I will slay the darlings of their wombs.
17. 17CMNCBT我的上帝必棄絕他們， 因為他們不聽從祂。 他們必在列國中流離飄泊。BSBBSB: My God will reject them because they have not obeyed Him; and they shall be wanderers among the nations.
