1. 1CMNCBT耶穌講了一個比喻來教導門徒要常常禱告，不要灰心。BSBBSB: Then Jesus told them a parable about their need to pray at all times and not lose heart:
2. 2CMNCBT祂說：「某城有一位既不敬畏上帝也不尊重人的審判官。BSBBSB: “In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor respected men.
3. 3CMNCBT那城裡有一位寡婦常常來哀求這位審判官，說，『求你為我伸冤，懲辦我的對頭。』BSBBSB: And there was a widow in that town who kept appealing to him, ‘Give me justice against my adversary.’
4. 4CMNCBT審判官總是充耳不聞，但後來心裡想，『我雖然不敬畏上帝，也不尊重人，BSBBSB: For a while he refused, but later he said to himself, ‘Though I neither fear God nor respect men,
5. 5CMNCBT可是這寡婦一直來煩我，還是替她伸冤好了，免得她再來煩我！』」BSBBSB: yet because this widow keeps pestering me, I will give her justice. Otherwise, she will wear me out with her perpetual requests.’”
6. 6CMNCBT主接著說：「你們聽，這不義的審判官尚且這麼說，BSBBSB: And the Lord said, “Listen to the words of the unjust judge.
7. 7CMNCBT難道上帝聽到祂揀選的人晝夜呼求，不為他們伸冤嗎？難道祂會一直耽延嗎？BSBBSB: Will not God bring about justice for His elect who cry out to Him day and night? Will He delay in helping them?
8. 8CMNCBT我告訴你們，祂必很快為他們伸冤。不過人子來的時候，在世上找得到有信心的人嗎？」BSBBSB: I tell you, He will promptly carry out justice on their behalf. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on earth?”
9. 9CMNCBT耶穌對那些自以為義、藐視別人的人講了一個比喻：BSBBSB: To some who trusted in their own righteousness and viewed others with contempt, He also told this parable:
10. 10CMNCBT「有兩個人到聖殿裡禱告，一個是法利賽人，一個是稅吏。BSBBSB: “Two men went up to the temple to pray. One was a Pharisee and the other a tax collector.
11. 11CMNCBT法利賽人站在那裡自言自語地禱告說，『上帝啊！我感謝你，因為我不像別人那樣勒索、不義、通姦，也不像這稅吏。BSBBSB: The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed, ‘God, I thank You that I am not like other men—swindlers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector.
12. 12CMNCBT我每週禁食兩次，奉獻全部收入的十分之一。』BSBBSB: I fast twice a week and pay tithes of all that I acquire.’
13. 13CMNCBT「但那稅吏卻遠遠地站著，連舉目望天都不敢，而是捶著胸說，『上帝啊，求你憐憫我這個罪人！』BSBBSB: But the tax collector stood at a distance, unwilling even to lift up his eyes to heaven. Instead, he beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner!’
14. 14CMNCBT「我告訴你們，二人回家後，被上帝算為義人的是稅吏而不是法利賽人，因為自高的人必遭貶抑，謙卑的人必得尊榮。」BSBBSB: I tell you, this man, rather than the Pharisee, went home justified. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, but the one who humbles himself will be exalted.”
15. 15CMNCBT人們把嬰孩帶來要讓耶穌為他們按手，門徒看見，就責備這些人。BSBBSB: Now people were even bringing their babies to Jesus for Him to place His hands on them. And when the disciples saw this, they rebuked those who brought them.
16. 16CMNCBT耶穌卻招呼他們過來，說：「讓小孩子到我這裡來，不要阻止他們，因為上帝的國屬於這樣的人。BSBBSB: But Jesus called the children to Him and said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them! For the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.
17. 17CMNCBT我實在告訴你們，人若不像小孩子一樣接受上帝的國，絕不能進去。」BSBBSB: Truly I tell you, anyone who does not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”
18. 18CMNCBT一位官長問耶穌：「良善的老師，我該做什麼才能承受永生？」BSBBSB: Then a certain ruler asked Him, “Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
19. 19CMNCBT耶穌說：「你為什麼稱我是良善的？只有上帝是良善的。BSBBSB: “Why do you call Me good?” Jesus replied. “No one is good except God alone.
20. 20CMNCBT你知道『不可通姦，不可殺人，不可偷盜，不可作偽證，要孝敬父母』這些誡命」。BSBBSB: You know the commandments: ‘Do not commit adultery, do not murder, do not steal, do not bear false witness, honor your father and mother.’”
21. 21CMNCBT那人說：「我從小就遵行這些誡命。」BSBBSB: “All these I have kept from my youth,” he said.
22. 22CMNCBT耶穌聽了就對他說：「你還差一件事，就是去變賣你所有的產業，分給窮人，你必有財寶存在天上，然後你還要來跟從我。」BSBBSB: On hearing this, Jesus told him, “You still lack one thing: Sell everything you own and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow Me.”
23. 23CMNCBT那人聽了，很憂愁，因為他非常富有。BSBBSB: But when the ruler heard this, he became very sad, because he was extremely wealthy.
24. 24CMNCBT耶穌見狀就說：「有錢人進上帝的國真難啊！BSBBSB: Seeing the man’s sadness, Jesus said, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God!
25. 25CMNCBT駱駝穿過針眼比有錢人進上帝的國還容易呢！」BSBBSB: Indeed, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”
26. 26CMNCBT聽見的人就問：「這樣，誰能得救呢？」BSBBSB: Those who heard this asked, “Who then can be saved?”
27. 27CMNCBT耶穌回答說：「對人而言不可能的事，對上帝而言都可能。」BSBBSB: But Jesus said, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.”
28. 28CMNCBT彼得說：「你看！我們已經撇下所有來跟從你了。」BSBBSB: “Look,” said Peter, “we have left all we had to follow You.”
29. 29CMNCBT耶穌說：「我實在告訴你們，任何人為了上帝的國而撇下房屋、妻子、弟兄、父母或兒女，BSBBSB: “Truly I tell you,” Jesus replied, “no one who has left home or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God
30. 30CMNCBT今世必得多倍的獎賞，來世必得永生。」BSBBSB: will fail to receive many times more in this age—and in the age to come, eternal life.”
31. 31CMNCBT耶穌把十二使徒帶到一邊，對他們說：「看啊，我們現在前往耶路撒冷，先知書上有關人子的所有記載都要應驗。BSBBSB: Then Jesus took the Twelve aside and said to them, “Look, we are going up to Jerusalem, and everything the prophets have written about the Son of Man will be fulfilled.
32. 32CMNCBT祂將被交在外族人的手裡，被他們嘲弄、虐待、吐唾沫、BSBBSB: He will be delivered over to the Gentiles and will be mocked and insulted and spit upon.
33. 33CMNCBT鞭打和殺害，但第三天祂必復活。」BSBBSB: They will flog Him and kill Him, and on the third day He will rise again.”
34. 34CMNCBT使徒卻一點也不明白，因為這番話的含意對他們是隱藏的，他們聽不懂祂說的。BSBBSB: But the disciples did not understand any of these things. The meaning was hidden from them, and they did not comprehend what He was saying.
35. 35CMNCBT耶穌快到耶利哥的時候，有一個瞎眼的人坐在路旁乞討。BSBBSB: As Jesus drew near to Jericho, a blind man was sitting beside the road, begging.
36. 36CMNCBT他聽見許多人經過，就問是怎麼回事。BSBBSB: When he heard the crowd going by, he asked what was happening.
37. 37CMNCBT有人告訴他是拿撒勒人耶穌路過，BSBBSB: “Jesus of Nazareth is passing by,” they told him.
38. 38CMNCBT他就高聲呼喊：「大衛的後裔耶穌啊，可憐我吧！」BSBBSB: So he called out, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!”
39. 39CMNCBT走在前面的人責備他，讓他安靜，但他反而叫得更大聲：「大衛的後裔啊，可憐我吧！」BSBBSB: Those who led the way admonished him to be silent, but he cried out all the louder, “Son of David, have mercy on me!”
40. 40CMNCBT耶穌停下腳步，命人把他帶過來，然後問他：BSBBSB: Jesus stopped and directed that the man be brought to Him. When he had come near, Jesus asked him,
41. 41CMNCBT「你要我為你做什麼？」 他說：「主啊！我想看見。」BSBBSB: “What do you want Me to do for you?” “Lord,” he said, “let me see again.”
42. 42CMNCBT耶穌對他說：「你看見吧！你的信心救了你。」BSBBSB: “Receive your sight!” Jesus replied. “Your faith has healed you.”
43. 43CMNCBT他立刻得見光明，並跟從了耶穌，一路讚美上帝。所有目睹這事的人也都讚美上帝。BSBBSB: Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus, glorifying God. And all the people, when they saw it, gave praise to God.
