1. 1CMNFEB“不要将善事做在人的面前，叫别人看见，否则就得不到天父的赏赐。BSBBSB: “Be careful not to perform your righteous acts before men to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven.
2. 2CMNFEB所以若你施舍穷人，不要像那些伪君子一样，在会堂和街头到处张扬，博取众人的称赞。实话告诉你们，他们已经得到了他们的赏赐。BSBBSB: So when you give to the needy, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by men. Truly I tell you, they already have their full reward.
3. 3CMNFEB你施舍的时候，不要叫你的左手知道右手所做的。BSBBSB: But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,
4. 4CMNFEB你的施舍应隐秘进行。因圣父在隐秘中观察，必将赏赐于你。BSBBSB: so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
5. 5CMNFEB当你们祈祷，不可如伪君子一般：他们只喜欢站在会堂和路口祈祷，只为让人看见。说实话，他们已经得到了他们的赏赐。BSBBSB: And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. Truly I tell you, they already have their full reward.

11. 11CMNFEB今天请赐予我们需要的食物；BSBBSB: Give us this day our daily bread.
12. 12CMNFEB赦免我们的罪恶，一如我们饶恕了那些曾对我们犯下罪行之人；BSBBSB: And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13. The ending of the Lord’s Prayer
    13CMNFEB请阻止我们深陷诱惑，拯救我们脱离邪恶。BSBBSB: And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.’
14. 14CMNFEB如果你们饶恕他人对你犯下的罪，天父自会饶恕你们的罪。BSBBSB: For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
15. 15CMNFEB如果你们不饶恕他人对你犯下的罪，天父也不会饶恕你们。BSBBSB: But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive yours.
16. 16CMNFEB当你们禁食，不可如伪君子般愁眉苦脸，他们只是装作难受的模样，向别人显示其正在禁食。实话告诉你们，他们已经得到了他们的赏赐。BSBBSB: When you fast, do not be somber like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces to show men they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they already have their full reward.
17. 17CMNFEB当你禁食，要梳洗得当，BSBBSB: But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face,
18. 18CMNFEB不要叫外人看到你在禁食，因圣父在隐秘中正在观察你，必将与你予以赏赐。BSBBSB: so that your fasting will not be obvious to men, but only to your Father, who is unseen. And your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
19. 19CMNFEB不可在这世界上堆积财富，因地上有虫蛀，有锈蚀，还有贼闯入偷窃。BSBBSB: Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal.
20. 20CMNFEB你应在天堂积聚财富，那里没有虫蛀锈蚀，没有盗贼偷窃。BSBBSB: But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.
21. 21CMNFEB因为你最看重什么，就表明你是谁。BSBBSB: For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
22. 22CMNFEB你的眼，就是点亮身体的灯。若眼睛健康，整个身体就会亮起来。BSBBSB: The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light.
23. 23CMNFEB若眼睛邪恶，你的身体就会身处黑暗。如果你心中的‘光’成为黑暗，那才是真正的黑暗！BSBBSB: But if your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!
24. 24CMNFEB一个人不能侍奉两主；你必会爱其中一人，恨另一人，或忠于其中一人，鄙视另一人；你无法同时服务于上帝和金钱。BSBBSB: No one can serve two masters: Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.
25. 25CMNFEB所以我要说的是，不必担心生命，忧虑衣食住行。难道生命不比食物重要？身体不比衣服更重要？BSBBSB: Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?
26. 26CMNFEB看天空中的鸟：它们不播种、不收割、不存粮食，但天父仍喂养它们。难道你们不比它们更宝贵吗？BSBBSB: Look at the birds of the air: They do not sow or reap or gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
27. 27CMNFEB你们谁又能通过忧虑，让寿命延长一分钟？BSBBSB: Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?
28. 28CMNFEB何必为衣着忧虑？看看田野中那些美丽的鲜花，看看它们成长的方式：不必辛苦劳作，不必忙于纺织。BSBBSB: And why do you worry about clothes? Consider how the lilies of the field grow: They do not labor or spin.
29. 29CMNFEB但我想说的是，即使是所罗门最荣耀时刻的穿着，也比不上任何一朵野花。BSBBSB: Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his glory was adorned like one of these.
30. 30CMNFEB田野的草今天还在，明天就会被扔进炉火中，如果上帝这样装扮田野，你们这些缺乏信任的人，上帝又怎会为你们做更多？BSBBSB: If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?
31. 31CMNFEB所以不要忧虑，不要想着：‘我们该吃什么？喝什么？穿什么？’BSBBSB: Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’
32. 32CMNFEB这些只是异教徒的追求，你们的天父知道你们需要的一切。BSBBSB: For the Gentiles strive after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.
33. 33CMNFEB先求他的国度，求他正确的生活方式，一切都会赐给你。BSBBSB: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you.
34. 34CMNFEB所以不要为明天忧虑，因为明天自有明天的担忧。每天邪恶的事情已经够多了。”BSBBSB: Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Today has enough trouble of its own.
