1. 1CMNSWCB“以色列年幼的时候，我爱他， 从埃及召出我的儿子。BSBBSB: When Israel was a child, I loved him, and out of Egypt I called My son.
2. 2CMNSWCB有人呼唤他们，他们却离开那些呼唤他们的人。 他们向诸巴力献祭， 又向雕刻的偶像烧香。BSBBSB: But the more I called Israel, the farther they departed from Me. They sacrificed to the Baals and burned incense to carved images.
3. 3CMNSWCB然而，是我教以法莲行走。 我拉着他们的膀臂， 他们却不知道是我医治了他们。BSBBSB: It was I who taught Ephraim to walk, taking them by the arms, but they never realized that it was I who healed them.
4. 4CMNSWCB我用人的绳索、慈爱的带子牵引他们； 我待他们，如同把轭从他们颈项上举起的人； 我俯身喂养他。BSBBSB: I led them with cords of kindness, with ropes of love; I lifted the yoke from their necks and bent down to feed them.
5. 5CMNSWCB“他们必不归回埃及地； 亚述人却要作他们的王， 因为他们不肯悔改。BSBBSB: Will they not return to the land of Egypt and be ruled by Assyria because they refused to repent?
6. 6CMNSWCB刀剑必临到他们的城邑， 毁坏他们城门的门闩， 终结他们的计谋。BSBBSB: A sword will flash through their cities; it will destroy the bars of their gates and consume them in their own plans.
7. 7CMNSWCB我的子民执意背离我。 虽然他们呼求至高者， 祂却决不高举他们。BSBBSB: My people are bent on turning from Me. Though they call to the Most High, He will by no means exalt them.
8. 8CMNSWCB“以法莲啊，我怎能舍弃你？ 以色列啊，我怎能把你交出去？ 我怎能使你像押玛？ 我怎能使你像洗扁？ 我的心在我里面翻转， 我的怜悯被激发。BSBBSB: How could I give you up, O Ephraim? How could I surrender you, O Israel? How could I make you like Admah? How could I treat you like Zeboiim? My heart is turned within Me; My compassion is stirred!
9. 9CMNSWCB我必不发尽我的烈怒； 我必不再毁灭以法莲， 因为我是上帝，并非人——是在你们中间的圣者。 我必不带着忿怒而来。BSBBSB: I will not execute the full fury of My anger; I will not destroy Ephraim again. For I am God and not man—the Holy One among you—and I will not come in wrath.
10. 10CMNSWCB他们必跟随耶和华， 祂必像狮子吼叫； 祂一吼叫，儿女就必从西方战兢而来。BSBBSB: They will walk after the LORD; He will roar like a lion. When He roars, His children will come trembling from the west.
11. 11CMNSWCB他们必像鸟从埃及战兢而来， 又像鸽子从亚述地战兢而来； 我必使他们安居在自己的房屋里，”耶和华说。BSBBSB: They will come trembling like birds from Egypt and like doves from the land of Assyria. Then I will settle them in their homes, declares the LORD.
12. 12CMNSWCB以法莲用虚谎围绕我， 以色列家用诡诈围绕我。 犹大仍偏离上帝， 对圣者不忠。BSBBSB: Ephraim surrounds Me with lies, the house of Israel with deceit; but Judah still walks with God and is faithful to the Holy One.
