1. 1CMNSWCB以法莲说话时，人都战兢。 他在以色列中高抬自己， 但他因巴力而有罪，就死了。BSBBSB: When Ephraim spoke, there was trembling; he was exalted in Israel. But he incurred guilt through Baal, and he died.
2. 2CMNSWCB现在他们越发犯罪， 用自己的银子为自己铸造偶像， 就是照自己的聪明制造的偶像， 全都是工匠的作品。 人论到它们说：“他们献人祭，又亲吻牛犊。”BSBBSB: Now they sin more and more and make for themselves cast images, idols skillfully made from their silver, all of them the work of craftsmen. People say of them, “They offer human sacrifice and kiss the calves!”
3. 3CMNSWCB因此，他们必像晨雾， 像早早消散的露水， 像禾场上被旋风刮走的糠秕， 又像从烟囱冒出的烟。BSBBSB: Therefore they will be like the morning mist, like the early dew that vanishes, like chaff blown from a threshing floor, like smoke through an open window.

11. 11CMNSWCB我在怒气中给了你王， 又在烈怒中把他夺去。BSBBSB: So in My anger I gave you a king, and in My wrath I took him away.
12. 12CMNSWCB以法莲的罪责被封存起来； 他的罪被收藏起来。BSBBSB: The iniquity of Ephraim is bound up; his sin is stored up.
13. 13CMNSWCB产妇的疼痛必临到他。 他是无智慧的儿子， 因为到了时候，他却不来到母腹的产门。BSBBSB: Labor pains come upon him, but he is an unwise son. When the time arrives, he fails to present himself at the opening of the womb.

His fountain will fail, and his spring will run dry. The wind will plunder his treasury of every precious article.
