DBY And so shalt thou do with his ass; and so shalt thou do with his clothing; and so shalt thou do with everything that is lost of thy brother, which he loseth, and thou findest: thou mayest not hide thyself. BSB BSB: And you shall do the same for his donkey, his cloak, or anything your brother has lost and you have found. You must not ignore it.

DBY There shall not be a man's apparel on a woman, neither shall a man put on a woman's clothing; for whoever doeth so is an abomination to Jehovah thy God. BSB BSB: A woman must not wear men’s clothing, and a man must not wear women’s clothing, for whoever does these things is detestable to the LORD your God.
DBY If a bird's nest chance to be before thee in the way, in any tree, or upon the ground, with young or with eggs, and the dam sitting upon the young or upon the eggs, thou shalt not take the dam with the young: BSB BSB: If you come across a bird’s nest with chicks or eggs, either in a tree or on the ground along the road, and the mother is sitting on the chicks or eggs, you must not take the mother along with the young.
DBY thou shalt in any case let the dam go, and thou mayest take the young to thee, that it may be well with thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days. BSB BSB: You may take the young, but be sure to let the mother go, so that it may be well with you and that you may prolong your days.
DBY When thou buildest a new house, thou shalt make a parapet for thy roof, that thou bring not blood upon thy house, if any one should in any wise fall from it. BSB BSB: If you build a new house, you are to construct a railing around your roof, so that you do not bring bloodguilt on your house if someone falls from it.
DBY Thou shalt not sow thy vineyard with seed of two sorts, lest the whole of thy seed which thou hast sown, and the produce of thy vineyard, be forfeited. Marriage Violations 13 DBY If a man take a wife, and go in unto her and hate her, BSB BSB: Suppose a man marries a woman, has relations with her, and comes to hate her,
DBY and charge her with things for scandalous talk, and cause an evil name against her to be spread abroad, and say, This woman have I taken, and I came in unto her, and I did not find her a virgin; BSB BSB: and he then accuses her of shameful conduct and gives her a bad name, saying, “I married this woman and had relations with her, but I discovered she was not a virgin.”
DBY then shall the father of the damsel, and her mother, take and bring forth the tokens of the damsel's virginity unto the elders of the city in the gate; BSB BSB: Then the young woman’s father and mother shall bring the proof of her virginity to the city elders at the gate
DBY and the damsel's father shall say unto the elders, I gave my daughter unto this man as wife, and he hates her; BSB BSB: and say to the elders, “I gave my daughter in marriage to this man, but he has come to hate her.
DBY and behold, he charges her with things for scandalous talk, saying, I found not thy daughter a virgin; and here are the tokens of my daughter's virginity. And they shall spread the cloth before the elders of the city. BSB BSB: And now he has accused her of shameful conduct, saying, ‘I discovered that your daughter was not a virgin.’ But here is the proof of her virginity.” And they shall spread out the cloth before the city elders.
DBY And the elders of that city shall take the man and chastise him; BSB BSB: Then the elders of that city shall take the man and punish him.
DBY and they shall fine him a hundred shekels of silver, and give them unto the father of the damsel, because he hath caused an evil name to be spread abroad against a virgin in Israel. And she shall remain his wife: he may not put her away all his days. BSB BSB: They are also to fine him a hundred shekels of silver and give them to the young woman’s father, because this man has given a virgin of Israel a bad name. And she shall remain his wife; he must not divorce her as long as he lives.
DBY But if this thing is true, and virginity hath not been found with the damsel; BSB BSB: If, however, this accusation is true, and no proof of the young woman’s virginity can be found,
DBY then they shall bring out the damsel unto the entrance of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought infamy in Israel, committing fornication in her father's house; and thou shalt put evil away from thy midst. BSB BSB: she shall be brought to the door of her father’s house, and there the men of her city will stone her to death. For she has committed an outrage in Israel by being promiscuous in her father’s house. So you must purge the evil from among you.
DBY If a man be found lying with a man's wife, they shall both of them die, the man that lay with the woman, and the woman; and thou shalt put away evil from Israel. 24 DBY then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city, and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife; and thou shalt put evil away from thy midst. BSB BSB: you must take both of them out to the gate of that city and stone them to death—the young woman because she did not cry out in the city, and the man because he has violated his neighbor’s wife. So you must purge the evil from among you.
DBY But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her, then the man only that lay with her shall die; BSB BSB: But if the man encounters a betrothed woman in the open country, and he overpowers her and lies with her, only the man who has done this must die.
DBY and unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing: there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death; for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and murdereth him, so is this matter; BSB BSB: Do nothing to the young woman, because she has committed no sin worthy of death. This case is just like one in which a man attacks his neighbor and murders him.

He must not divorce her as long as he lives.
DBY A man shall not take his father's wife, nor uncover his father's skirt. BSB BSB: A man is not to marry his father’s wife, so that he will not dishonor his father’s marriage bed.
