15 DBY But thou, Lord, art a God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in goodness and truth. BSB BSB: But You, O Lord, are a compassionate and gracious God, slow to anger, abounding in loving devotion and faithfulness.
16 DBY Turn toward me, and be gracious unto me; give thy strength unto thy servant, and save the son of thine handmaid. BSB BSB: Turn to me and have mercy; grant Your strength to Your servant; save the son of Your maidservant.
17 DBY Shew me a token for good, that they which hate me may see it, and be ashamed; for thou, Jehovah, hast helped me and comforted me. BSB BSB: Show me a sign of Your goodness, that my enemies may see and be ashamed; for You, O LORD, have helped me and comforted me.
