Lɨdɨŋ huaci hameŋ laci hameŋ laci hɨnihɨni agasaŋ haiabɨla iahaiaha naludɨ abɨlalu uami. Vaka Iaganu hula hɨniadami agaŋ haiabɨla iahɨci igamɨlu agasaŋ naludɨ sulɨlalu uami. BSB BSB: And this is the life that was revealed; we have seen it and testified to it, and we proclaim to you the eternal life that was with the Father and was revealed to us.
3 ENA Alaŋ nudɨ igavɨla nudɨ ciaŋ agadɨ igahɨlamɨlu uami. La namɨlaŋ avi alaŋ hula humɨgaŋ pam hɨnibalaŋ aba haiabɨla iahaiaha naludɨ abɨlalu uami. Lavɨla alaŋ ahuata Iaganu hula humɨgaŋ pam hɨnibalu uami. Nudɨ Ninanu Jisasɨ Kɨlaisɨ hula avi humɨgaŋ pam hɨnibalu uami. BSB BSB: We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And this fellowship of ours is with the Father and with His Son, Jesus Christ.
4 ENA Lɨdɨŋ hameŋ laci hɨjɨŋalaŋala hɨnibalu agasaŋ ciaŋ nagadɨ nalusaŋ lɨbadalu uami. BSB BSB: We write these things so that our joy may be complete.
5 ENA Alaŋ igahɨlɨdamɨli Jisasɨ Kɨlaisɨ ciaŋ sulami agadɨ cɨhu haiabɨla iahaiaha naludɨ abɨlalu uami. Asɨ nɨbu abɨlu sɨbaŋ sadaŋ hɨfɨlɨ nudɨ hɨvɨ ma sɨbaŋ hɨnilalɨ aba abɨlalu uami. BSB BSB: And this is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you: God is light, and in Him there is no darkness at all.
6 ENA Alaŋ nameŋ abavɨlu uami. Viaŋ Asɨ hula humɨgaŋ pam hɨnin aba abavɨlu uami. Agadɨ ala alaŋ hɨfɨlɨ hɨvɨ hɨniavɨla hameŋ abɨmɨli ha aludɨ ciaŋ agaŋ nɨbu analɨ ciaŋ hɨnivi uami. Alaŋ ciaŋ amɨŋ agadɨ ma lubiahɨlavɨlu uami. BSB BSB: If we say we have fellowship with Him yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
7 ENA Asɨ agaŋ abɨlu hɨvɨ hɨnidi uami. Alaŋ avi nɨbu me abɨlu hɨvɨ hɨniavɨla ha nudɨ hulaŋ iamɨgali agɨlaŋ hula humɨgaŋ pam hɨnibalu uami. Asɨ dɨ Ninaŋ Jisasɨ hɨmɨci mɨdɨ mɨgami uami. Lɨci Asɨ agaŋ nudɨ mɨdɨ mɨgami agasaŋ igahɨlahɨla aludɨ hugɨ sɨkasɨkan agɨladɨ hivɨdaci hugɨ apalɨ hɨnilalu uami. BSB BSB: But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.
9 ENA Asɨ agaŋ aludɨ hugɨ hivahiva saŋ abami uami. Nɨbu hameŋ abami sadaŋ hameŋ laci ala lɨlalɨ uami. Aludɨ lusɨŋ sɨbɨlɨ sɨbɨlɨ agɨladɨ haiabɨla iahaiaha Asɨ dɨ abɨdamɨli nɨbu aludɨ hugɨ agɨladɨ hivɨlalɨ uami. Asɨ nɨbu nudɨ nukeŋ hɨji huaci agadɨ lubiahɨlɨlalɨ sadaŋ aludɨ hugɨ agɨladɨ hivɨlalɨ uami. Nɨbu nukeŋ lɨdaci alaŋ akuaba akuaba hɨji sɨbɨlɨ sɨbɨlɨ aludɨ hɨvɨ hɨniavɨlalɨ agɨladɨ valɨlalu uami. BSB BSB: If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10 ENA Asɨ agaŋ nameŋ abami uami. Hulaŋ iamɨgali sɨkasɨkan agɨlaŋ lusɨŋ sɨbɨlɨ vihavɨlalɨ aba abami uami. Asɨ dɨ ciaŋ agaŋ hameŋ hɨnidaci alaŋ nameŋ abɨmagalu uami. Alaŋ lusɨŋ sɨbɨlɨ ma vilalu aba abɨmagalu uami. Alaŋ hameŋ aba aba Asɨ saŋ nameŋ abɨlalu uami. Nɨbu analɨ ciaŋ abɨlalɨ aba abɨlalu uami. Lɨdamɨli nudɨ ciaŋ agaŋ aludɨ hɨji hɨvɨ ma hɨnilalɨ uami. BSB BSB: If we say we have not sinned, we make Him out to be a liar, and His word is not in us.
