Your Word Is a Lamp to My Feet 1 UDB How fortunate are those about whom no one can say truthfully that they have done wrong things, those who always obey the laws of Yahweh. BSB BSB: Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the Law of the LORD.
2 UDB How fortunate are those who obey his weighty commands, those who request him with their entire inner beings to help them to do that. BSB BSB: Blessed are those who keep His testimonies and seek Him with all their heart.
3 UDB They do not do things that are wrong; they behave as Yahweh wants them to. BSB BSB: They do no iniquity; they walk in His ways.
4 UDB Yahweh, you have given us your principles of behavior, and you told us to obey them faithfully. BSB BSB: You have ordained Your precepts, that we should keep them diligently.
5 UDB I want so much to faithfully keep everything that you command. BSB BSB: Oh, that my ways were committed to keeping Your statutes!
6 UDB If I did that, I would not be ashamed when I thought about your commands. BSB BSB: Then I would not be ashamed when I consider all Your commandments.
7 UDB When I learn all of your just regulations, I will praise you with a pure inner being. BSB BSB: I will praise You with an upright heart when I learn Your righteous judgments.
