   (Psalm 135:1–21)

2. 1UEBNot to us, Yahweh, not to us, but to your name bring honor, for your covenant faithfulness and for your trustworthiness.BSBBSB: Not to us, O LORD, not to us, but to Your name be the glory, because of Your loving devotion, because of Your faithfulness.
3. 2UEBWhy should the nations say, "Where is their God?"BSBBSB: Why should the nations say, “Where is their God?”
4. 3UEBOur God is in heaven; he does whatever he pleases.BSBBSB: Our God is in heaven; He does as He pleases.
5. 4UEBThe nations' idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.BSBBSB: Their idols are silver and gold, made by the hands of men.
6. 5UEBThose idols have mouths, but they do not speak; they have eyes, but they do not see;BSBBSB: They have mouths, but cannot speak; they have eyes, but cannot see;
7. 6UEBthey have ears, but they do not hear; they have noses, but they do not smell.BSBBSB: they have ears, but cannot hear; they have noses, but cannot smell;
8. 7UEBThose idols have hands, but do not feel; they have feet, but they cannot walk; nor do they speak from their mouths.BSBBSB: they have hands, but cannot feel; they have feet, but cannot walk; they cannot even clear their throats.
9. 8UEBThose who make them are like them, as is everyone who trusts in them.BSBBSB: Those who make them become like them, as do all who trust in them.
10. 9UEBIsrael, trust in Yahweh; he is your help and shield.BSBBSB: O Israel, trust in the LORD! He is their help and shield.
11. 10UEBHouse of Aaron, trust in Yahweh; he is your help and shield.BSBBSB: O house of Aaron, trust in the LORD! He is their help and shield.
12. 11UEBYou who honor Yahweh, trust in him; he is your help and shield.BSBBSB: You who fear the LORD, trust in the LORD! He is their help and shield.
13. 12UEBYahweh takes notice of us and will bless us; he will bless the family of Israel; he will bless the family of Aaron.BSBBSB: The LORD is mindful of us; He will bless us. He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron;
14. 13UEBHe will bless those who honor him, both young and old.BSBBSB: He will bless those who fear the LORD—small and great alike.
15. 14UEBMay Yahweh increase your numbers more and more, yours and your descendants'.BSBBSB: May the LORD give you increase, both you and your children.
16. 15UEBMay you be blessed by Yahweh, who made heaven and earth.BSBBSB: May you be blessed by the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
17. 16UEBThe heavens belong to Yahweh; but the earth he has given to mankind.BSBBSB: The highest heavens belong to the LORD, but the earth He has given to mankind.
18. 17UEBThe dead do not praise Yahweh, nor do any who go down into silence;BSBBSB: It is not the dead who praise the LORD, nor any who descend into silence.
19. 18UEBBut we will bless Yahweh now and forevermore. Praise Yahweh.BSBBSB: But it is we who will bless the LORD, both now and forevermore. Hallelujah!
