1. A Thankful Heart

2. 1UEBI will give you thanks with my whole heart; before the gods I will sing praises to you.BSBBSB: Of David. I give You thanks with all my heart; before the gods I sing Your praises.
3. 2UEBI will bow down toward your holy temple and give thanks to your name for your covenant faithfulness and for your trustworthiness. You have made your word and your name more important than anything else.BSBBSB: I bow down toward Your holy temple and give thanks to Your name for Your loving devotion and Your faithfulness; You have exalted Your name and Your word above all else.
4. 3UEBOn the day that I called you, you answered me; you made me bold and strengthened my soul.BSBBSB: On the day I called, You answered me; You emboldened me and strengthened my soul.
5. 4UEBAll the kings of the earth will give you thanks, Yahweh, for they will hear the words from your mouth.BSBBSB: All the kings of the earth will give You thanks, O LORD, when they hear the words of Your mouth.
6. 5UEBIndeed, they will sing of the deeds of Yahweh, for great is the glory of Yahweh.BSBBSB: They will sing of the ways of the LORD, for the glory of the LORD is great.
7. 6UEBFor though Yahweh is high, yet he cares for the lowly, but the proud he knows from far off.BSBBSB: Though the LORD is on high, He attends to the lowly; but the proud He knows from afar.
8. 7UEBThough I walk in the middle of danger, you will preserve my life; you will reach out with your hand against the anger of my enemies, and your right hand will save me.BSBBSB: If I walk in the midst of trouble, You preserve me from the anger of my foes; You extend Your hand, and Your right hand saves me.
9. 8UEBYahweh is with me to the end; your covenant faithfulness, Yahweh, endures forever. Do not forsake the ones whom your hands have made.BSBBSB: The LORD will fulfill His purpose for me. O LORD, Your loving devotion endures forever—do not abandon the works of Your hands.
