4 ULT The one redeeming your life from the pit; the one crowning you with covenant faithfulness and mercy. BSB BSB: who redeems your life from the Pit and crowns you with loving devotion and compassion,
5 ULT The one satisfying your ornaments with good; your youth renews itself like the eagle. BSB BSB: who satisfies you with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
6 ULT Yahweh, doing righteousness and justice for all those being oppressed. BSB BSB: The LORD executes righteousness and justice for all the oppressed.
7 ULT He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the children of Israel. BSB BSB: He made known His ways to Moses, His deeds to the people of Israel.
8 ULT Yahweh{ is} merciful and gracious, long of nostrils and abundant in covenant faithfulness. BSB BSB: The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in loving devotion.
9 ULT He will not contend to the end, and he will not maintain forever. BSB BSB: He will not always accuse us, nor harbor His anger forever.
10 ULT He does not deal with us according to our sins, and he does not treat us according to our iniquities. BSB BSB: He has not dealt with us according to our sins or repaid us according to our iniquities.
11 ULT For as the heavens are high above the earth, his covenant faithfulness is strong toward those fearing him. BSB BSB: For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His loving devotion for those who fear Him.
12 ULT As far as the sunrise{ is} from the sunset, he has removed our transgressions from us. BSB BSB: As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.
13 ULT As a father has compassion on his children, Yahweh has compassion on those fearing him. BSB BSB: As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him.
14 ULT For he, he knows our form; remembering that we{ are} dust. BSB BSB: For He knows our frame; He is mindful that we are dust.
15 ULT A man, his days{ are} like grass; like a flower of the field, thus he flourishes. BSB BSB: As for man, his days are like grass—he blooms like a flower of the field;
16 ULT For the wind passes over it, and it is no more, and its place does not acknowledge it again. BSB BSB: when the wind passes over, it vanishes, and its place remembers it no more.
17 ULT But the covenant faithfulness of Yahweh{ is} from everlasting to everlasting on those fearing him, and his righteousness{ is} to the children of children, BSB BSB: But from everlasting to everlasting the loving devotion of the LORD extends to those who fear Him, and His righteousness to their children’s children—
18 ULT to the ones keeping his covenant, and to the ones remembering his precepts, to do them. BSB BSB: to those who keep His covenant and remember to obey His precepts.
19 ULT Yahweh has established his throne in the heavens, and his kingdom rules over all. BSB BSB: The LORD has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules over all.
20 ULT Bless Yahweh, his angels, warriors of strength, doers of his word, listening to the voice of his word! BSB BSB: Bless the LORD, all His angels mighty in strength who carry out His word, who hearken to the voice of His command.
21 ULT Bless Yahweh, all his hosts, ministering to him, doing his pleasure! BSB BSB: Bless the LORD, all His hosts, you servants who do His will.
22 ULT Bless Yahweh, all his works, in all the places of his reign! Bless Yahweh, my soul! BSB BSB: Bless the LORD, all His works in all places of His dominion. Bless the LORD, O my soul!
