3 ULT Indeed, all the ones waiting on you will not have shame; the ones acting treacherously without cause will have shame. BSB BSB: Surely none who wait for You will be put to shame; but those who engage in treachery without cause will be disgraced.
4 ULT Make me know your ways, Yahweh; teach me your paths. BSB BSB: Show me Your ways, O LORD; teach me Your paths.
5 ULT Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation; on you I wait all the day. BSB BSB: Guide me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; all day long I wait for You.
6 ULT Remember your compassion, Yahweh, and your covenant faithfulness, for they are from ancient times. BSB BSB: Remember, O LORD, Your compassion and loving devotion, for they are from age to age.
7 ULT Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions; according to your covenant faithfulness remember me, for the sake of your goodness, Yahweh! BSB BSB: Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my rebellious acts; remember me according to Your loving devotion, because of Your goodness, O LORD.
8 ULT Good and upright is Yahweh, therefore he teaches the sinful in the way. BSB BSB: Good and upright is the LORD; therefore He shows sinners the way.
9 ULT He leads the humble in justice, and he teaches the humble his way. BSB BSB: He guides the humble in what is right and teaches them His way.
10 ULT All the paths of Yahweh are covenant love and faithfulness for the ones keeping his covenant and his testimonies. BSB BSB: All the LORD’s ways are loving and faithful to those who keep His covenant and His decrees.
11 ULT For the sake of your name, Yahweh, forgive my iniquity, for it is great. BSB BSB: For the sake of Your name, O LORD, forgive my iniquity, for it is great.
12 ULT Who is the man fearing Yahweh? He will teach him in the way he is to choose. BSB BSB: Who is the man who fears the LORD? He will instruct him in the path chosen for him.
13 ULT His soul will remain in good, and his seed will inherit the earth. BSB BSB: His soul will dwell in prosperity, and his descendants will inherit the land.
14 ULT The secret of Yahweh is for the ones fearing him and his covenant, to cause them to know it. BSB BSB: The LORD confides in those who fear Him, and reveals His covenant to them.
15 ULT My eyes are continually toward Yahweh, for he will make my feet go out of the net. BSB BSB: My eyes are always on the LORD, for He will free my feet from the mesh.
16 ULT Turn toward me and be gracious to me, for I am alone and afflicted. BSB BSB: Turn to me and be gracious, for I am lonely and afflicted.
17 ULT The troubles of my heart are enlarged; bring me out of my distresses. BSB BSB: The troubles of my heart increase; free me from my distress.
18 ULT See my affliction and my trouble, and forgive all of my sins. BSB BSB: Consider my affliction and trouble, and take away all my sins.
19 ULT See my enemies, for they are many, and with hatred of violence they hate me. BSB BSB: Consider my enemies, for they are many, and they hate me with vicious hatred.
20 ULT Guard my life and deliver me; do not let me have shame, for I take refuge in you! BSB BSB: Guard my soul and deliver me; let me not be put to shame, for I take refuge in You.
21 ULT May integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for you. BSB BSB: May integrity and uprightness preserve me, because I wait for You.
22 ULT God, redeem Israel from all of his troubles! BSB BSB: Redeem Israel, O God, from all its distress.
