2. 1ULTYahweh, our Lord, how magnificent is your name in all the earth,{ you} whose splendor is bestowed on the heavens.BSBBSB: For the choirmaster. According to Gittith. A Psalm of David. O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth! You have set Your glory above the heavens.
3. 2ULTOut of the mouth of children and nursing ones you have established strength because of your adversaries, to cause the enemy and avenger to end.BSBBSB: From the mouths of children and infants You have ordained praise on account of Your adversaries, to silence the enemy and avenger.
4. 3ULTWhen I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place,BSBBSB: When I behold Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have set in place—
5. 4ULTwhat is mankind that you remember him, or the son of man that you pay attention to him?BSBBSB: what is man that You are mindful of him, or the son of man that You care for him?
6. 5ULTYet you have made him to lack little from the heavenly beings, and{ with} glory and majesty you have crowned him.BSBBSB: You made him a little lower than the angels; You crowned him with glory and honor.
7. 6ULTYou made him rule over the works of your hands, everything you have put under his feet:BSBBSB: You made him ruler of the works of Your hands; You have placed everything under his feet:
8. 7ULTsheep and oxen— all of them, and also the animals of the field,BSBBSB: all sheep and oxen, and even the beasts of the field,
9. 8ULTbirds of the sky, and the fish of the sea, the passers{ on} the paths of the seas.BSBBSB: the birds of the air and the fish of the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas.
