2 UST How fortunate are those who do what he tells them to do! Those are the people who sincerely want to know him. BSB BSB: Blessed are those who keep His testimonies and seek Him with all their heart.
3 UST They certainly do not want to cheat other people; they live in a way that pleases Yahweh. BSB BSB: They do no iniquity; they walk in His ways.
4 UST Yahweh, you have given us your instructions so that we would carefully obey them. BSB BSB: You have ordained Your precepts, that we should keep them diligently.
5 UST I want very much to continually obey everything that you command! BSB BSB: Oh, that my ways were committed to keeping Your statutes!

155 UST Wicked people do not obey what you have decreed that we should do, so you will certainly not save them. BSB BSB: Salvation is far from the wicked because they do not seek Your statutes.
156 UST Yahweh, you are constantly being merciful{ to me} in many ways; because you always do what is right, please allow me{ to continue} to live. BSB BSB: Great are Your mercies, O LORD; revive me according to Your ordinances.
157 UST Many people cause me to suffer, but I continue to obey what you have instructed us to do. BSB BSB: Though my persecutors and foes are many, I have not turned from Your testimonies.
158 UST When I look at those who are not faithful to you, I feel disgust because they do not obey what you have instructed us to do. BSB BSB: I look on the faithless with loathing because they do not keep Your word.
159 UST Yahweh, please notice that I love what you have declared that we should do; because you faithfully love me, please allow me{ to continue} to live. BSB BSB: Consider how I love Your precepts, O LORD; give me life according to Your loving devotion.

163 UST I thoroughly hate{ all} lies but I love your instructions. BSB BSB: I hate and abhor falsehood, but Your law I love.
164 UST I praise you throughout the day because everything that you tell us to do is completely right. BSB BSB: Seven times a day I praise You for Your righteous judgments.
165 UST Those who love your instructions live very peacefully; they will continually do the right thing. BSB BSB: Abundant peace belongs to those who love Your law; nothing can make them stumble.
166 UST Yahweh, I confidently expect that you will rescue me, and I obey what you have commanded{ us}. BSB BSB: I wait for Your salvation, O LORD, and I carry out Your commandments.
167 UST I obey what you have told us to do; I love all of it very much. BSB BSB: I obey Your testimonies and love them greatly.

170 UST Please pay attention to me while I pray to you to help me, and rescue me as you said that you would do. BSB BSB: May my plea come before You; rescue me according to Your promise.
171 UST I intend to continue praising{ you} abundantly because you teach me what you have told us to do. BSB BSB: My lips pour forth praise, for You teach me Your statutes.
172 UST I intend to continue singing about your instructions because everything that you command us to do is right. BSB BSB: My tongue sings of Your word, for all Your commandments are righteous.
173 UST Please be always ready to help me because I have chosen to obey what you have declared that we should do. BSB BSB: May Your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen Your precepts.
174 UST Yahweh, I eagerly desire for you to rescue me{ from my enemies}, and I greatly enjoy your instructions. BSB BSB: I long for Your salvation, O LORD, and Your law is my delight.
175 UST Please allow me to{ continue to} live in order that I may{ continue to} praise you and may the things that you tell us to do{ continue to} help me. BSB BSB: Let me live to praise You; may Your judgments sustain me.
176 UST I am as vulnerable as a sheep that has left its flock; please search for me, your servant, because I have not forgotten what you have commanded{ us}. BSB BSB: I have strayed like a lost sheep; seek Your servant, for I have not forgotten Your commandments.
