1 ULB Après ces choses, je regardai et je vis une porte ouverte dans le ciel. And the voice I had previously heard speak to me like a trumpet was saying, “Come up here, and I will show you what must happen after these things.”
2 ULB En même temps, je fus en esprit et je vis qu'il y avait un trône placé au ciel avec quelqu'un qui y était assis. BSB BSB: At once I was in the Spirit, and I saw a throne standing in heaven, with someone seated on it.
3 ULB Celui qui y était assis ressemblait à une pierre de jaspe et de rubis. Il y avait un arc-en-ciel autour du trône. L'arc-en-ciel ressemblait à de l'émeraude. BSB BSB: The One seated there looked like jasper and carnelian, and a rainbow that gleamed like an emerald encircled the throne.
4 ULB Tout autour du trône, il y avait vint quatre trônes et vingt quatre anciens y étaient assis, habillés de vêtements blancs avec des couronnes en or sur leurs têtes. BSB BSB: Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and on these thrones sat twenty-four elders dressed in white, with golden crowns on their heads.
5 ULB Du trône sortaient des éclairs, des grondements et des bruits du tonnerre. sept lampes étaient allumées devant le trône, les lampes étaient les sept esprits de Dieu. BSB BSB: From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings, and peals of thunder. Before the throne burned seven torches of fire. These are the seven spirits of God.
6 ULB En plus, devant le trône il y avait une mer de vitre, comme du cristal. Au milieu et autour du trône, il y avait quatre êtres vivants remplis d'yeux en avant et en arrière. BSB BSB: And before the throne was something like a sea of glass, as clear as crystal. In the center, around the throne, were four living creatures, covered with eyes in front and back.
7 ULB Le premier être-vivant ressemblait à un lion, le deuxième ressemblait à un veau, le troisième avait une face d'homme et le quatrième ressemblait à un aigle volant. BSB BSB: The first living creature was like a lion, the second like a calf, the third had a face like a man, and the fourth was like an eagle in flight.
8 ULB Les quatre êtres vivants avaient chacun six ailes remplies d'yeux au dessus et en dessous. Ils disent sans cesse nuit et jour«Saint, saint, saint est le Seigneur notre Dieu, celui qui était, qui est et qui vient.» BSB BSB: And each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around and within. Day and night they never stop saying: “Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!”
9 ULB A chaque fois que les êtres vivants rendirent gloire, honneur et remerciements à celui qui était assis sur le trône, celui qui vit d'éternité en éternité, BSB BSB: And whenever the living creatures give glory, honor, and thanks to the One seated on the throne, who lives forever and ever,
10 ULB les vingt quatre anciens se prosternèrent devant celui assit sur le trône. Ils se prosternèrent devant celui qui vit à jamais et ils jetaient leurs couronnes devant le trône en disant: BSB BSB: the twenty-four elders fall down before the One seated on the throne, and they worship Him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying:
11 ULB «Digne es-tu, notre Seigneur et notre Dieu de recevoir la gloire, l'honneur et la puissance. Car tu as créé toutes choses, et par ta volonté, elles ont été créées et ont existé.» BSB BSB: “Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things; by Your will they exist and were created.”
