1. 1GMVEሄሳፌ ጉዬ ጎዳይ ሙሴስ፥ «ታኒ ጊብጼ ካዎ ቦላ ኦꬃናይሳ ኔኒ ሃኢ ቤያና፤ ታ ዎልቃማ ቄሴ ጋሶን ኢዚ ኢስታ ዬዳና፤ ታ ዎልቃማ ቄሴፔ ዴንዲዳይሳን ኢዚ ኢስታ ባ ቢታፌ ኬሲ ጎዳና» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: But the LORD said to Moses, “Now you will see what I will do to Pharaoh, for because of My mighty hand he will let the people go; because of My strong hand he will drive them out of his land.”
2. 2GMVEጾሲ ቃሴካ ሙሴስ፥ «ታኒ ጎዳ፤BSBBSB: God also told Moses, “I am the LORD.
3. 3GMVEታኒ ኡባ ዳንዳይዛ ጾሳ ጊዳዳ ኣብራሃሜስ፥ ዪሳቃሲኔ ያቆቤስ ቆንጫዲስ ሺን ታኒ፥ ‹ጎዳ› ጌቴቲዛ ታ ሱንꬃን ታናቴꬃ ኢስታ ኤሪሳቤኬ።BSBBSB: I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as God Almighty, but by My name the LORD I did not make Myself known to them.
4. 4GMVEቃሴ ታኒ ኢስታስ ኢስቲ ቤቴ ጊዲዲ ዴኢዳ ካናኔ ቢታ ኢስታስ ኢማናስ ታ ኢስታራ ጫቄታዲስ።BSBBSB: I also established My covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan, the land where they lived as foreigners.
5. 5GMVEቃሴካ ጊብጼ ኣሳይ ኣይሌ ሂስቲ ዋዪሲዳ ኢስራኤሌ ናይታ ዋሶ ሲያዳ ታ ጌሊዳ ጫቆ ቃላ ቆፓዲስ።BSBBSB: Furthermore, I have heard the groaning of the Israelites, whom the Egyptians are enslaving, and I have remembered My covenant.
6. 6GMVE«ሄሳ ጊሻስ ኔኒ ኢስራኤሌ ናይታስ፥ ‹ታኒ ጎዳ፤ ታኒ ኢንቴና ጊብጼ ኣሳ ቆሆፔ ኬሳና፤ ታኒ ኢንቴና ኢስታ ኣይሌቴꬃፌካ ጎቻ ኬሳና፤ ቃሴ ታኒ ኢንቴና ታ ጊታ ዎልቃኒኔ ዱማ ዱማ ፒርዳን ዎዛና።BSBBSB: Therefore tell the Israelites: ‘I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians and deliver you from their bondage. I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with mighty acts of judgment.
7. 7GMVEታኒ ኢንቴና ታ ዴሬ ሂስታና፤ ታኒ ኢንቴ ጾሳ ጊዳና። ሄ ዎዴ ታ ኢንቴና ጊብጼ ኣሳ ኣይሌቴꬃፌ ኬሲዳ ኢንቴ ጎዳ ሜርና ጾሳ ጊዲዳይሳ ኢንቴ ኤራና።BSBBSB: I will take you as My own people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I am the LORD your God, who brought you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians.
8. 8GMVEቃሴ ታኒ ኢንቴና ኣብራሃሜስ፥ ዪሳቃሲኔ ያቆቤስ ኢማና ጋዳ ታ ኩሼ ዴንꬃዳ ጫቂዳ ቢታ ኤሃና፤ ሄ ቢታ ታኒ ኢንቴስ ኢንቴ ጋዴ ሂስታ ኢማና፤ ታኒ ጎዳ› ጋ» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: And I will bring you into the land that I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I will give it to you as a possession. I am the LORD!’”
9. 9GMVEሙሴይ ሄሳ ኢስራኤሌ ናይታስ ዮቲዴስ ሺን ኢስቲ ኡፋይስ ቃንጺዳ ጊሻሲኔ ኢታ ኣይሌቴꬃፌ ዴንዲዳይሳን ኢስታ ዎዚናይ ሜቂዳ ጊሻስ ኢስቲ ኢዛ ቃላ ሲዪቤቴና።BSBBSB: Moses relayed this message to the Israelites, but on account of their broken spirit and cruel bondage, they did not listen to him.
10. 10GMVEሄሳፌ ጉዬ ጎዳይ ሙሴ፥BSBBSB: So the LORD said to Moses,
11. 11GMVE«ሄ ባዳ ጊብጼ ካዋስ፥ ‹ኢስራኤሌ ናይታ ኔ ቢታፌ ኬሳ ዬዳ› ጋዳ ዮታ» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: “Go and tell Pharaoh king of Egypt to let the Israelites go out of his land.”
12. 12GMVEጊዶ ኣቲን ሙሴይ ጎዳስ፥ «ኢስራኤሌ ናይቲ ታይሳ ሲዮንታ ኢጺዳ ሺን ታኒ ዶናይ ቢርሾንታ ኣስ ጊዲሺን ካዎይ ታ ጊዛይሳ ዎስቲ ሲያኔ?» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: But in the LORD’s presence Moses replied, “If the Israelites will not listen to me, then why would Pharaoh listen to me, since I am unskilled in speech?”
13. 13GMVEጎዳይ ሙሴኔ ኣሮኔ፥ «ቢዲ ኢንቴ ኢስራኤሌ ኣሳ ጊብጼፔ ኬሳና ማላ ታኒ ኢንቴና ዬዲዳይሳ ኢስራኤሌ ኣሳሲኔ ጊብጼ ካዎስ ዮቲቴ» ጊ ኣዛዚዴስ።BSBBSB: Then the LORD spoke to Moses and Aaron and gave them a charge concerning both the Israelites and Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring the Israelites out of the land of Egypt.
14. 14GMVEሃይሳፌ ካሊ ዲዛይቲ ኢስታ ኬꬃ ኬꬃ ሃላቃታ። ኢስራኤሌስ ባይራ ና ኦሮቤሌ ኣቱማ ናይቲ፥ ሄኖኬ፥ ፓሉ፥ ሄጺሮሜኔ ካርሜ፤ ሃይታንቲ ኦሮቤሌ ቆሞታ። ኢስታ ሶ ኣሳታ ሃላቃቲ ሃይታ።BSBBSB: These were the heads of their fathers’ houses: The sons of Reuben, the firstborn of Israel, were Hanoch and Pallu, Hezron and Carmi. These were the clans of Reuben.
15. 15GMVEቃሴ ሲሞና ኣቱማ ናይቲ፥ ዪሙኤሌ፥ ያሚኔ፥ ኦሃዴ፥ ያኪኔ፥ ጾሃሬኔ ካናኔ ቢታ ማጫሳታፔ ዬሌቲዳ ሳኦሌ፤ ሃይቲ ሲሞና ቆሞታ።BSBBSB: The sons of Simeon were Jemuel, Jamin, Ohad, Jachin, Zohar, and Shaul, the son of a Canaanite woman. These were the clans of Simeon.
16. 16GMVEሌዌ ባጋቲ ባ ዬሌታ ማራ ማላ ጌርሾኔ፥ ቃኣቴኔ ሜራሬ። ሌዌይ 137 ላይꬅ ዴኢዴስ።BSBBSB: These were the names of the sons of Levi according to their records: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari. Levi lived 137 years.
17. 17GMVEጌርሾኔ ኣቱማ ናይቲ ባ ቆሞን ቆሞን ሊቢናኔ ሺምኤ ጌቴቴቴስ።BSBBSB: The sons of Gershon were Libni and Shimei, by their clans.
18. 18GMVEቃሄቴ ኣቱማ ናይቲ ኣሚራሜ፥ ዪጺሃሬ፥ ኬብሮኔኔ ኡዚኤሌ። ቃኣቴይ 133 ላይꬅ ዴኢዴስ።BSBBSB: The sons of Kohath were Amram, Izhar, Hebron, and Uzziel. Kohath lived 133 years.
19. 19GMVEሜራሬ ኣቱማ ናይቲ ማሂሌኔ ሙሼ ጌቴቲዛይታ። ባ ዬሌታ ማራን ሌዌ ዛሬቲ ሃይታንታ።BSBBSB: The sons of Merari were Mahli and Mushi. These were the clans of the Levites according to their records.
20. 20GMVEኣሚራሜይ ባ ኣዋ ሚቼዮ ዮካቤዶ ማቾ ኤኪዴስ። ኢዛካ ኢዛስ ኣሮኔኔ ሙሴ ዬላዱስ። ኣሚራሜይ 137 ላይꬅ ዴኢዴስ።BSBBSB: And Amram married his father’s sister Jochebed, and she bore him Aaron and Moses. Amram lived 137 years.
21. 21GMVEዪጺሃሬ ኣቱማ ናይቲ፥ ቆሬ፥ ኔፌጌኔ ዚኪሬ።BSBBSB: The sons of Izhar were Korah, Nepheg, and Zichri.
22. 22GMVEኡዚኤሌ ኣቱማ ናይቲ፥ ሚሻኤሌ፥ ኤልጻፋኔኔ ሲቲሬ።BSBBSB: The sons of Uzziel were Mishael, Elzaphan, and Sithri.
23. 23GMVEኣሮኔይ ኣሚናዳቤ ናዮ፥ ኔኣሶኔ ሚቼዮ ኤሊሼቦ ማቾ ኤኪዴስ። ሂስቲን ኢዛ ኢዛስ ናዳቤ፥ ኣቢሁ፥ ኤልኤዜሬኔ ኢታማሬ ዬላዱስ።BSBBSB: And Aaron married Elisheba, the daughter of Amminadab and sister of Nahshon, and she bore him Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
24. 24GMVEቆሬ ኣቱማ ናይቲ፥ ኣሲሬ፥ ሂልቃናኔ ኣቢያሳፌ፤ ሃይታንቲ ቆሬ ቆሞታስ ኣዋታ።BSBBSB: The sons of Korah were Assir, Elkanah, and Abiasaph. These were the clans of the Korahites.
25. 25GMVEኣሮኔ ና ኤልኤዜሬይ ፑቲኤሌ ናይታፔ ኢሲኒዮ ማቾ ኤኪዴስ፤ ኢዛካ ኢዛስ ፊኒሃሴ ዬላዱስ። ሃይታንቲ ባ ቆሞን ቆሞን ሌዌ ኬꬃ ኣሳ ሃላቃታ።BSBBSB: Aaron’s son Eleazar married one of the daughters of Putiel, and she bore him Phinehas. These were the heads of the Levite families by their clans.
26. 26GMVEጎዳይ፥ «ጊብጼ ቢታፌ ኢስራኤሌ ናይታ ኢስታ ጩጋን ጩጋን ኬሲቴ» ጊዲ ኣዛዚዳይ ሃይታ ሙሴኔ ኣሮኔ።BSBBSB: It was this Aaron and Moses to whom the LORD said, “Bring the Israelites out of the land of Egypt by their divisions.”
27. 27GMVEኢስራኤሌ ናይታ ጊብጼ ቢታፌ ኬሲዛይሳ ጊብጼ ካዋስ ዮቲዳይቲ ሙሴኔ ኣሮኔ።BSBBSB: Moses and Aaron were the ones who spoke to Pharaoh king of Egypt in order to bring the Israelites out of Egypt.
28. 28GMVEጎዳይ ጊብጼን ሙሴስ ዮቲዛ ዎዴ ኢዛስ፥BSBBSB: Now on the day that the LORD spoke to Moses in Egypt,
29. 29GMVE«ታኒ ጎዳ፤ ታኒ ኔስ ዮቲዛይሳ ኡባ ኔኒ ጊብጼ ካዋስ ዮታ» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: He said to him, “I am the LORD; tell Pharaoh king of Egypt everything I say to you.”
30. 30GMVEሙሴይ ቃሴ ጎዳስ፥ «ታኒ ዶናይ ቢርሾንታ ኣስ ጊዲዳ ጊሻስ ካዎይ ታኒ ዮቲዛይሳ ዎስቲ ሲያኔ?» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: But in the LORD’s presence Moses replied, “Since I am unskilled in speech, why would Pharaoh listen to me?”
