1. 1GMVEታና ሃሳይሲዳ ኪታንቻዚ ሲሚ ዪዲ ኢሲ ኢሲ ኣሲ ꬊስኮፌ ቤጊዛ ማላ ታና ቤጎꬂዴስ።BSBBSB: Then the angel who was speaking with me returned and woke me, as a man is awakened from his sleep.
2. 2GMVEኢዚካ፥ «ሃይሶ ሄሲ ኔ ቤኢዛይሲ ኣዜ?» ጊዴስ። ታኒካ «ሄኮ ኢዛ ቦላ ዛይቴ ኦቶይ ዲዛ ኩሜꬃራ ዎርቃ ጊዲዳ ጾምፔ ዎꬂዛ ባላ ቤኣዲስ፤ ሄ ባላታ ቦላ ላፑን ቦምባይ ዲዛ ላፑን ጾምፔታ ቤኣዲስ።BSBBSB: “What do you see?” he asked. “I see a solid gold lampstand,” I replied, “with a bowl at the top and seven lamps on it, with seven spouts to the lamps.
3. 3GMVEቃሴካ ናምኡ ዎጋራ ሚꬃታ ቤኣዲስ፤ ኢስታፌ ኢሶይ ዛይቴራ ዲዛ ኦቶዛፔ ኡሻቻ ባጋራ ዲዛይሳ ቃሴ ኢሶይ ሃዲርሳ ባጋራ ዲዛይሳ ቤኣዲስ» ጋዲስ።BSBBSB: There are also two olive trees beside it, one on the right side of the bowl and the other on its left.”
4. 4GMVEታናራ ሃሳይዛ ኪታንቻዛ፥ «ታ ጎዶ! ሃይታንቲ ኣዜ?» ጋ ኦይቻዲስ።BSBBSB: “What are these, my lord?” I asked the angel who was speaking with me.
5. 5GMVEኢዚካ ታስ፥ «ሃይቲ ኣዛኮ ኔ ኤርኪ?» ጊ ዛሪዴስ። ታኒካ ኢዛስ፥ «ታ ጎዳዉ! ታ ኤሪኬ» ጋዲስ።BSBBSB: “Do you not know what they are?” replied the angel. “No, my lord,” I answered.
6. 6GMVEቃሴካ፥ «ጎዳይ ዜሩባቤሌስ ዮቲዳ ቃላይ ሃይሳ፥ ‹ታ ኣያናንፔ ኣቲን ዎልቃኒኔ ሚኖቴꬃን ጊዴና› ጌስ ኡባፌ ዎልቃማ ጎዳይ።BSBBSB: So he said to me, “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the LORD of Hosts.
7. 7GMVE«ሃይሶ ጊታ ዙማዞ ኔ ኣዜ? ኔ ዜሩባቤሌ ሲንꬃን ቲꬊ ጊዳ ዴምባ ጊዳና፤ ቃሴ ዜሩባቤሌይ ጾሳ ኬꬃ ኬጺ ጊጊዲ ቁስቴ ሹቻ ፑዴ ኬሲዛ ዎዴ ኣሳይ፥ ‹ሃሹ ሃሹ ሎኦን ፖሌቲዴስ› ጊ ሳባና» ጌስ።BSBBSB: What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain. Then he will bring forth the capstone accompanied by shouts of ‘Grace, grace to it!’”
8. 8GMVEቃሴ ጎዳ ቃላይ ታኮ ዪዴስ፤BSBBSB: Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
9. 9GMVE«ዜሩባቤሌ ኩሼይ ሃይሳ ጎዳ ኬꬃስ ዮቻ ሹች ዎꬂዴስ፤ ኢዛ ኩሼይ ኬጺ ፖላና፤ ሄሳፌ ጉዬ ኡባፌ ዎልቃማ ጎዳይ ታና ኢንቴኮ ኪቲዳይሳ ኢንቴ ኤራና።BSBBSB: “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house, and his hands will complete it. Then you will know that the LORD of Hosts has sent me to you.
10. 10GMVE«ጉꬃ ሚሻቲ ሃኒዛ ጋላሲ ካꬊዳይ ኦኔ? ኣሳይ ዜሩባቤሌ ኩሼን ቱምቤ ቤኢዲ ኡፋዬታና፤ ሄይቲ ላፑን ጾምፔታ ኢስታ ቦላ ዎꬂዛ ላፑን ባላቲ ኣላሜ ቦላ ዩዪ ጼሊዛ ጎዳ ኣይፌታ።»BSBBSB: For who has despised the day of small things? But these seven eyes of the LORD, which scan the whole earth, will rejoice when they see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel.”
11. 11GMVEሄሳፌ ጉዬ ታኒ ኪታንቻዛ፥ «ጾምፔዛፔ ኢስታ ቦላ ዎꬂዛ ባላታፔ ኡሻቻ ባጋራኔ ሃዲርሳ ባጋራ ዲዛይቲ ሃይቲ ዎጋራ ሚꬃቲ ኢስቲ ኣዜ?» ጋ ኦይቻዲስ።BSBBSB: Then I asked the angel, “What are the two olive trees on the right and left of the lampstand?”
12. 12GMVEቃሴካ፥ «ናምኡ ዎርቃ ቦምባታ ኣቻን ዎጋራ ዛይቴይ ኢስታፌ ጉኪዛ ናምኡ ቦምባታ ማታን ዲዛ ናምኡ ዎጋራ ሃጋቲ ኣዜ?» ጋ ኦይቻዲስ።BSBBSB: And I questioned him further, “What are the two olive branches beside the two gold pipes from which the golden oil pours?”
13. 13GMVEኢዚካ ታና፥ «ሄይቲ ኣዛኮ ኔ ኤርኪ?» ጊዴስ፤ ታኒካ ኢዛስ፥ «ታ ጎዶ! ታ ኤሪኬ» ጋዲስ።BSBBSB: “Do you not know what these are?” he inquired. “No, my lord,” I replied.
14. 14GMVEኢዚ ቃሴካ፥ «ሃይቲ ናምኣቲ ሜꬌቴꬃ ኡባ ጎዳ ሲንꬃን ኦꬃና ቲዬቲዳ ኣሳታ» ጊዴስ።BSBBSB: So he said, “These are the two anointed ones who are standing beside the Lord of all the earth.”
