1. 1GOFEሄሳፈ ጉየ፥ ታራ ሃሳያ ኪታንቾይ ስሚድ ይድ፥ ꬍስክዳ አስ ባርክያ መላ ታና ባርክስስ።BSBBSB: Then the angel who was speaking with me returned and woke me, as a man is awakened from his sleep.
2. 2GOFEእ ታኮ፥ “ኔኒ አይ በአይ?” ያግስ። ታኒ ዛራዳ፥ “ታኒ ዎርቃ ፃላላፐ ኦሰትዳ ፆምፐ ዎꬅያ ኮጫ በአይስ፤ እያ ፄራን ዛይተ ፃሮይ ደኤስ። ቃስ እያ ቦላ ላፑን ፆምፐት ደኦሶና፤ ሄ ላፑን ፆምፐታስ ላፑን ላፑን ፒቀት ደኦሶና።BSBBSB: “What do you see?” he asked. “I see a solid gold lampstand,” I replied, “with a bowl at the top and seven lamps on it, with seven spouts to the lamps.
3. 3GOFEሄ ፆምፕያ ዎꬅያ ኮጫ ማታን ናምኡ ሻማሆ ምꬃት ደኦሶና። ኤንቲ ዛይተ ፃሩዋፐ ኡሻቻ ባጋራነ ሀድርሳ ባጋራ ደኦሶና” ያጋስ።BSBBSB: There are also two olive trees beside it, one on the right side of the bowl and the other on its left.”
4. 4GOFEታራ ሃሳያ ኪታንቹዋ፥ “ታ ጎዳዉ፥ ሀይስ አይቤ?” ያጋዳ ኦይቻስ።BSBBSB: “What are these, my lord?” I asked the angel who was speaking with me.
5. 5GOFEኪታንቾይ ዛሪድ፥ “ሀይሳቲ አይበኮ ኤርኪ?” ያግስ። ታኒ ዛራዳ፥ “ታ ጎዳዉ፥ ታኒ ኤርከ” ያጋስ።BSBBSB: “Do you not know what they are?” replied the angel. “No, my lord,” I answered.
6. 6GOFEእ ታኮ፥ “ዛሩባበላስ ጎዳይ ኦድዳ ቃላይ ሀይሳ፤ ‘ታ አያናናፐ አትሽን፥ ዎልቃን ዎይኮ ምኖተꬃን ግደና’ ያጌስ ኡባፈ ዎልቃማ ጎዳይ።BSBBSB: So he said to me, “This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit, says the LORD of Hosts.
7. 7GOFEግታ ዙማዉ፥ ኔኒ አይቤ? ኔኒ ዛሩባበላ ስንꬃን ልች ግዳ ደምባ ግዳና። ዛሩባበል ፆሳ ኬꬃ ኬፅ ፖልድ፥ ዉርሰꬃ ሹቻ ከስያ ዎደ አሳይ፥ ‘ሀሹ! ሀሹ ፖለትስ’ ” ያጋና።BSBBSB: What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain. Then he will bring forth the capstone accompanied by shouts of ‘Grace, grace to it!’”
8. 8GOFEቃስካ ጎዳ ቃላይ ታኮ ሀይሳዳ ያግድ ይስ።BSBBSB: Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
9. 9GOFE“ፆሳ ኬꬃ ባሱዋ ዛሩባበላ ኩሸት ባስዶሶና፤ እያ ኩሸት ኬፅድ ፖላና። ሄሳፈ ጉየ፥ ኡባፈ ዎልቃማ ጎዳይ ታና ህንተኮ ኪትዳይሳ ህንተ ኤራና።BSBBSB: “The hands of Zerubbabel have laid the foundation of this house, and his hands will complete it. Then you will know that the LORD of Hosts has sent me to you.
10. 10GOFEሀ ጉꬃ ዶመꬃ ካꬍያ ኦንካ ጉየፐ ኡፋይታና፤ ኤንቲ ዛሩባበላ ኩሸን ቱምብያ በአና። ሀይሳቲ ላፑን ፆምፐት ቢታ ኡባ ዩይድ ፄልያ ጎዳ አይፈታ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: For who has despised the day of small things? But these seven eyes of the LORD, which scan the whole earth, will rejoice when they see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel.”
11. 11GOFEታኒ ኪታንቹዋ ዛራዳ፥ “ሀ ፆምፐ ዎꬅያ ኮጫፐ ኡሻቻ ባጋራነ ሀድርሳ ባጋራ ደእያ ሀ ናምኡ ሻማሆት አይቤ?” ያጋዳ ኦይቻስ።BSBBSB: Then I asked the angel, “What are the two olive trees on the right and left of the lampstand?”
12. 12GOFEጉጃዳካ፥ “ዛይተይ ኤንታፈ ጎግያ ናምኡ ዎርቃ ፒቀታ ማታን ደእያ ናምኡ ሻማሆ ምꬃ ታሸት አይቤ?” ያጋዳ ኦይቻስ።BSBBSB: And I questioned him further, “What are the two olive branches beside the two gold pipes from which the golden oil pours?”
13. 13GOFEእ ዛሪድ፥ “ሀይሳቲ አይበኮ ኔኒ ኤርኪ?” ያግስ። ታኒ ዛራዳ፥ “ታ ጎዳዉ፥ ታኒ ኤርከ” ያጋስ።BSBBSB: “Do you not know what these are?” he inquired. “No, my lord,” I replied.
14. 14GOFEእ ዛሪድ፥ “ሀይሳቲ ሳአ ኡባ ጎዳስ ኦꬅያ ናምኡ ትየትዳ አሳታ” ያግስ።BSBBSB: So he said, “These are the two anointed ones who are standing beside the Lord of all the earth.”
