1. 1LXXΚΑΙ ἐλάλησε Μαριὰμ καὶ Ἀαρὼν κατὰ Μωυσῆ, ἕνεκεν τῆς γυναικὸς τῆς Αἰθιοπίσσης ἣν ἔλαβε Μωυσῆς, ὅτι γυναῖκα Αἰθιόπισσαν ἔλαβε,BSBBSB: Then Miriam and Aaron criticized Moses because of the Cushite woman he had married, for he had taken a Cushite wife.
2. 2LXXκαὶ εἶπαν· μὴ Μωυσῇ μόνῳ λελάληκε Κύριος; οὐχὶ καὶ ἡμῖν ἐλάλησε; καὶ ἤκουσε Κύριος.BSBBSB: “Does the LORD speak only through Moses?” they said. “Does He not also speak through us?” And the LORD heard this.
3. 3LXXκαὶ ὁ ἄνθρωπος Μωυσῆς πραυ±ς σφόδρα παρὰ πάντας τοὺς ἀνθρώπους τοὺς ὄντας ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς.BSBBSB: Now Moses was a very humble man, more so than any man on the face of the earth.
4. 4LXXκαὶ εἶπε Κύριος παραχρῆμα πρὸς Μωυσῆν καὶ Ἀαρὼν καὶ Μαριάμ· ἐξέλθετε ὑμεῖς οἱ τρεῖς εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου·BSBBSB: And suddenly the LORD said to Moses, Aaron, and Miriam, “You three, come out to the Tent of Meeting.” So the three went out,
5. 5LXXκαὶ ἐξῆλθον οἱ τρεῖς εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου. καὶ κατέβη Κύριος ἐν στύλῳ νεφέλης καὶ ἔστη ἐπὶ τῆς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου, καὶ ἐκλήθησαν Ἀαρὼν καὶ Μαριὰμ καὶ ἐξήλθοσαν ἀμφότεροι.BSBBSB: and the LORD came down in a pillar of cloud, stood at the entrance to the Tent, and summoned Aaron and Miriam. When both of them had stepped forward,
6. 6LXXκαὶ εἶπε πρὸς αὐτούς· ἀκούσατε τῶν λόγων μου· ἐὰν γένηται προφήτης ὑμῶν Κυρίῳ, ἐν ὁράματι αὐτῷ γνωσθήσομαι καὶ ἐν ὕπνῳ λαλήσω αὐτῷ.BSBBSB: He said, “Hear now My words: If there is a prophet among you, I, the LORD, will reveal Myself to him in a vision; I will speak to him in a dream.
7. 7LXXοὐχ οὕτως ὁ θεράπων μου Μωυσῆς· ἐν ὅλῳ τῷ οἴκῳ μου πιστός ἐστι·BSBBSB: But this is not so with My servant Moses; he is faithful in all My house.
8. 8LXXστόμα κατὰ στόμα λαλήσω αὐτῷ, ἐν εἴδει καὶ οὐ δι' αἰνιγμάτων, καὶ τὴν δόξαν Κυρίου εἶδε· καὶ διατί οὐκ ἐφοβήθητε καταλαλῆσαι κατὰ τοῦ θεράποντός μου Μωυσῆ;BSBBSB: I speak with him face to face, clearly and not in riddles; he sees the form of the LORD. Why then were you unafraid to speak against My servant Moses?”
9. 9LXXκαὶ ὀργὴ θυμοῦ Κυρίου ἐπ' αὐτοῖς, καὶ ἀπῆλθε.BSBBSB: So the anger of the LORD burned against them, and He departed.
10. 10LXXκαὶ ἡ νεφέλη ἀπέστη ἀπὸ τῆς σκηνῆς, καὶ ἰδοὺ Μαριὰμ λεπρῶσα ὡσεὶ χιών· καὶ ἐπέβλεψεν Ἀαρὼν ἐπὶ Μαριάμ, καὶ ἰδοὺ λεπρῶσα.BSBBSB: As the cloud lifted from above the Tent, suddenly Miriam became leprous, white as snow. Aaron turned toward her, saw that she was leprous,
11. 11LXXκαὶ εἶπεν Ἀαρὼν πρὸς Μωυσῆν· δέομαι, κύριε, μὴ συνεπιθῇ ἡμῖν ἁμαρτίαν, διότι ἠγνοήσαμεν καθ' ὅτι ἡμάρτομεν·BSBBSB: and said to Moses, “My lord, please do not hold against us this sin we have so foolishly committed.
12. 12LXXμὴ γένηται ὡσεὶ ἴσον θανάτῳ, ὡσεὶ ἔκτρωμα ἐκπορευόμενον ἐκ μήτρας μητρὸς καὶ κατεσθίει τὸ ἥμισυ τῶν σαρκῶν αὐτῆς.BSBBSB: Please do not let her be like a stillborn infant whose flesh is half consumed when he comes out of his mother’s womb.”
13. 13LXXκαὶ ἐβόησε Μωυσῆς πρὸς Κύριον λέγων· ὁ Θεὸς δέομαί σου, ἴασαι αὐτήν.BSBBSB: So Moses cried out to the LORD, “O God, please heal her!”
14. 14LXXκαὶ εἶπε Κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν· εἰ ὁ πατὴρ αὐτῆς πτύων ἐνέπτυσεν εἰς τὸ πρόσωπον αὐτῆς, οὐκ ἐντραπήσεται ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας; ἀφορισθήτω ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας ἔξω τῆς παρεμβολῆς καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα εἰσελεύσεται.BSBBSB: But the LORD answered Moses, “If her father had but spit in her face, would she not have been in disgrace for seven days? Let her be confined outside the camp for seven days; after that she may be brought back in.”
15. 15LXXκαὶ ἀφωρίσθη Μαριὰμ ἔξω τῆς παρεμβολῆς ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας· καὶ ὁ λαὸς οὐκ ἐξῇρεν, ἕως ἐκαθαρίσθη Μαριάμ.BSBBSB: So Miriam was confined outside the camp for seven days, and the people did not move on until she was brought in again.
16. 16LXXΚΑΙ μετὰ ταῦτα ἐξῇρεν ὁ λαὸς ἐξ Ἀσηρώθ, καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ τοῦ Φαράν.BSBBSB: After that, the people set out from Hazeroth and camped in the Wilderness of Paran.
