1 ULB તેઓએ ઈશ્વરના કોશને અંદર લાવીને, તેને માટે દાઉદે બાંધેલા મંડપની વચ્ચે તેને મૂક્યો. તેઓએ ઈશ્વરની આગળ દહનીયાર્પણો તથા શાંત્યર્પણો ચઢાવ્યાં. BSB BSB: So they brought the ark of God and placed it inside the tent that David had pitched for it. And they presented burnt offerings and peace offerings before God.
2 ULB જયારે દાઉદ દહનીયાર્પણો તથા શાંત્યર્પણો ચઢાવી રહ્યો, ત્યારે તેણે યહોવાહને નામે લોકોને આશીર્વાદ આપ્યો. BSB BSB: When David had finished sacrificing the burnt offerings and peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the LORD.
3 ULB તેણે ઇઝરાયલના દરેક પુરુષ તથા સ્ત્રીને, એક એક ભાખરી, માંસનો કટકો તથા સૂકી દ્રાક્ષનો એકેક ઝૂમખો વહેંચી આપ્યો. BSB BSB: Then he distributed to every man and woman of Israel a loaf of bread, a date cake, and a raisin cake.
4 ULB યહોવાહના કોશની આગળ સેવા કરવા તથા ઇઝરાયલના ઈશ્વર યહોવાહનાં ગીત ગાવા, આભાર માનવા, સ્તુતિ કરવા તથા તેમની સંમુખ ઉજવણી કરવા માટે દાઉદે કેટલાક લેવીઓને નીમ્યા. BSB BSB: David appointed some of the Levites to minister before the ark of the LORD, to celebrate, to give thanks, and to praise the LORD, the God of Israel.
5 ULB આસાફ આગેવાન હતો. તેનાથી ઊતરતે દરજ્જે ઝખાર્યા, યઝીએલ, શમિરામોથ, યહીએલ, માત્તિથ્યા, અલિયાબ, બનાયા, ઓબેદ-અદોમ તથા યેઈએલ હતા. તેઓ સિતાર અને વીણા વગાડતા હતા. આસાફ મોટેથી ઝાંઝ વગાડતો હતો. BSB BSB: Asaph was the chief, Zechariah was second, then Jeiel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Mattithiah, Eliab, Benaiah, Obed-edom, and Jeiel. They were to play the harps and lyres, while Asaph sounded the cymbals
6 ULB બનાયા તથા યાહઝીએલ યાજકો ઈશ્વરના કરારકોશની આગળ નિયમિત રણશિંગડાં વગાડતા હતા. BSB BSB: and the priests Benaiah and Jahaziel blew the trumpets regularly before the ark of the covenant of God.
7 ULB પછી તે દિવસે દાઉદે આસાફ તથા તેના ભાઈઓની મારફતે યહોવાહની સ્તુતિ માટે નીમ્યા. BSB BSB: On that day David first committed to Asaph and his associates this song of thanksgiving to the LORD:
8 ULB ઈશ્વરનો આભાર માનો, તેમના નામે પ્રાર્થના કરો; લોકોમાં તેમના અદ્દભુત કાર્યો જાહેર કરો. BSB BSB: “Give thanks to the LORD; call upon His name; make known His deeds among the nations.
9 ULB તેમના ગુણગાન ગાઓ, તેમનાં સ્તુતિગાન કરો; તેમનાં સર્વ અદ્દભુત કાર્યોનું મનન કરો. BSB BSB: Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; tell of all His wonders.
10 ULB તમે તેમના પવિત્ર નામનું ગૌરવ જાળવો; યહોવાહના ભક્તોનાં હૃદયો આનંદમાં રહો. BSB BSB: Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice.
11 ULB યહોવાહને તથા તેમના સામર્થ્યને તમે શોધો; સદાસર્વદા તેમના મુખને શોધો. BSB BSB: Seek out the LORD and His strength; seek His face always.
12 ULB જે અદ્દભુત કામો તેમણે કર્યાં છે તે યાદ રાખો, તેમના ચમત્કારો તથા તેમના મુખનાં ન્યાયવચનો યાદ રાખો. BSB BSB: Remember the wonders He has done, His marvels, and the judgments He has pronounced,
13 ULB તમે ઈશ્વરના સેવક ઇઝરાયલના વંશજો છો, તમે યાકૂબના લોકો, તેમના પસંદ કરેલા છો. BSB BSB: O offspring of His servant Israel, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones.
14 ULB તે આપણા ઈશ્વર, યહોવાહ છે. તેમની સત્તા સમગ્ર પૃથ્વી પર છે. BSB BSB: He is the LORD our God; His judgments carry throughout the earth.
15 ULB તેમના કરાર તમે સદાકાળ યાદ રાખો, એટલે હજારો પેઢીઓ સુધી કાયમ રાખવાનું જે વચન તેમણે આપ્યું, તે યાદ રાખો. BSB BSB: Remember His covenant forever, the word He ordained for a thousand generations—
16 ULB ઇબ્રાહિમની સાથે જે કરાર તેમણે કર્યો અને ઇસહાકની સાથે જે પ્રતિજ્ઞા તેમણે કરી. BSB BSB: the covenant He made with Abraham, and the oath He swore to Isaac.
17 ULB એ જ વચન યાકૂબને માટે નિયમ તરીકે અને ઇઝરાયલને માટે સદાકાળના કરાર તરીકે રહેશે. BSB BSB: He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant:
18 ULB તેમણે કહ્યું, "હું તને આ કનાન દેશ આપીશ, તે તારા વારસાનો ભાગ થશે." BSB BSB: ‘I will give you the land of Canaan as the portion of your inheritance.’
19 ULB જયારે મેં આ કહ્યું ત્યારે તમે સંખ્યામાં થોડા જ હતા, તદ્દન થોડા જ અને તમે અજાણ્યા હતા. BSB BSB: When they were few in number, few indeed, and strangers in the land,
20 ULB તેઓ એક દેશથી બીજે દેશ અને એક રાજ્યમાંથી બીજા રાજ્યમાં ભટક્યા કરતા હતા. BSB BSB: they wandered from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another.
21 ULB ત્યારે ઈશ્વરે તેઓ પર કોઈને જુલમ કરવા દીધો નહિ; તેઓને લીધે તેમણે રાજાઓને શિક્ષા કરી. BSB BSB: He let no man oppress them; He rebuked kings on their behalf:
22 ULB તેમણે કહ્યું, "મારા અભિષિક્તોને અડશો નહિ અને મારા પ્રબોધકોને નુકસાન પહોંચાડશો નહિ." BSB BSB: ‘Do not touch My anointed ones! Do no harm to My prophets!’
23 ULB હે આખી પૃથ્વીના લોકો, યહોવાહના ગુણગાન કરો; દિનપ્રતિદિન તેમના તારણને જાહેર કરો. BSB BSB: Sing to the LORD, all the earth. Proclaim His salvation day after day.
24 ULB રાષ્ટ્રોમાં તેમનો મહિમા પ્રગટ કરો. સર્વ દેશજાતિઓમાં તેમનાં અદ્દ્ભુત કાર્યો જાહેર કરો. BSB BSB: Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.
25 ULB કેમ કે યહોવાહ મહાન છે તથા અતિ વિશેષ સ્તુતિપાત્ર છે, અને બીજા દેવો કરતાં તેઓનું ભય રાખવું યોગ્ય છે. BSB BSB: For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods.
26 ULB કેમ કે લોકોના સર્વ દેવો મૂર્તિઓ જ છે, પણ યહોવાહે તો આકાશો બનાવ્યાં છે. BSB BSB: For all the gods of the nations are idols, but it is the LORD who made the heavens.
27 ULB તેમની સંમુખ ગૌરવ તથા મહિમા છે. તેમના ભક્તિસ્થાનમાં સામર્થ્ય તથા આનંદ છે. BSB BSB: Splendor and majesty are before Him; strength and joy fill His dwelling.
28 ULB હે લોકોનાં કુળો, તમે યહોવાહને, હા, યહોવાહને જ, ગૌરવ તથા સામર્થ્યનું માન આપો. BSB BSB: Ascribe to the LORD, O families of the nations, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength.
29 ULB યહોવાહના નામને ઘટિત ગૌરવ આપો. અર્પણ લઈને તેમની હજૂરમાં આવો. પવિત્ર વસ્ત્રો ધારણ કરીને યહોવાહની આગળ નમો. BSB BSB: Ascribe to the LORD the glory due His name; bring an offering and come before Him. Worship the LORD in the splendor of His holiness;
30 ULB સમગ્ર પૃથ્વી તેમની સમક્ષ ધ્રૂજે. જગત પણ એવી રીતે સ્થપાયેલું છે કે, તેને હલાવી શકાય તેમ નથી. BSB BSB: tremble before Him, all the earth. The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved.
31 ULB આકાશો આનંદ કરે તથા પૃથ્વી હરખાય; વિદેશીઓ મધ્યે એવું કહેવાય કે, "યહોવાહ રાજ કરે છે." BSB BSB: Let the heavens be glad, and the earth rejoice. Let them say among the nations, ‘The LORD reigns!’
32 ULB સમુદ્ર તથા તેમા જે છે તે ગર્જના કરે છે. ખેતરો તથા તેઓમાં જે છે, તે સર્વ ઉત્સાહ કરે છે. BSB BSB: Let the sea resound, and all that fills it; let the fields exult, and all that is in them.
33 ULB પછી જંગલનાં વૃક્ષો યહોવાહની આગળ હર્ષનાદ કરશે, કેમ કે તેઓ પૃથ્વીના લોકોનો ન્યાય કરવા આવે છે. BSB BSB: Then the trees of the forest will sing for joy before the LORD, for He is coming to judge the earth.
34 ULB યહોવાહનો આભાર માનો, કેમ કે તેઓ કૃપાળુ છે, કેમ કે તેમનું વિશ્વાસુપણું સદાકાળ રહે છે. BSB BSB: Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His loving devotion endures forever.
35 ULB બોલો, "હે અમારા ઉદ્ધારનાર ઈશ્વર અમારો ઉદ્ધાર કરો. બીજી પ્રજાઓથી અમારી રક્ષા કરો અને અમને એકત્રિત કરો, કે જેથી અમે તમારા પવિત્ર નામનો આભાર માનીએ અને તમારી સ્તુતિ ગાઈએ." BSB BSB: Then cry out: ‘Save us, O God of our salvation; gather and deliver us from the nations, that we may give thanks to Your holy name, that we may glory in Your praise.’
36 ULB ઇઝરાયલના ઈશ્વર, યહોવાહ અનાદિકાળથી તે અનંતકાળ માટે સ્તુત્ય થાઓ. પછી સર્વ લોકોએ "આમીન" કહીને યહોવાહની સ્તુતિ કરી. BSB BSB: Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting.” Then all the people said, “Amen!” and “Praise the LORD!”
37 ULB ત્યાર પછી દાઉદે ત્યાં યહોવાહના કરારકોશની સેવા કરવા માટે આસાફની તથા તેના ભાઈઓની, કોશની આગળ રોજના કામની જરૂરિયાત પ્રમાણે નિત્ય સેવા માટે નિમણૂક કરી. BSB BSB: So David left Asaph and his associates there before the ark of the covenant of the LORD, to minister there regularly according to the daily requirements,
38 ULB તેમ જ યદૂથૂનનો પુત્ર ઓબેદ-અદોમ તથા હોસા અને તેઓના અડસઠ સંબંધીઓને દ્વારપાળો તરીકે નીમ્યા. BSB BSB: along with Obed-edom and his sixty-eight relatives. Obed-edom son of Jeduthun, and also Hosah, were to be gatekeepers.
39 ULB સાદોક યાજકને તથા તેના સાથી યાજકોને ગિબ્યોનમાંના ઘર્મસ્થાનોમાં યહોવાહના મંડપની સેવા માટે પસંદ કર્યો. BSB BSB: And David left Zadok the priest and his fellow priests before the tabernacle of the LORD at the high place in Gibeon
40 ULB યહોવાહે, ઇઝરાયલને ફરમાવેલા નિયમશાસ્ત્રમાં જે સર્વ લખેલું છે, તે પ્રમાણે દરરોજ સવારે તથા સાંજે દહનીયાર્પણની વેદી પર યહોવાહને દહનીયાર્પણો ચઢાવવા માટે તેઓને નીમ્યા. BSB BSB: to regularly present burnt offerings to the LORD on the altar of burnt offerings, morning and evening, according to all that was written in the Law of the LORD, which He had commanded Israel to keep.
41 ULB તેઓની સાથે તેણે હેમાન તથા યદૂથૂન તથા બાકીના પસંદ કરેલા અન્યો કે જેઓ નામવાર નોંધાયેલા હતા, તેઓને યહોવાહ કે જેમની કરુણા સર્વકાળ સુધી ટકે છે તેમની આભારસ્તુતિ કરવા માટે નીમ્યા. BSB BSB: With them were Heman, Jeduthun, and the rest of those chosen and designated by name to give thanks to the LORD, for “His loving devotion endures forever.”
42 ULB હેમાન તથા યદૂથૂનને ગીતોને માટે રણશિંગડાં, ઝાંઝ તથા અન્ય વાજિંત્રો આપવામાં આવ્યાં. યદૂથૂનના પુત્રોને દ્વારપાળોનું કામ સોંપવામાં આવ્યું હતું. BSB BSB: Heman and Jeduthun had with them trumpets and cymbals for the music and instruments for the songs of God. And the sons of Jeduthun were stationed at the gate.
43 ULB પછી સર્વ લોકો પાછા પોતપોતાને ઘરે ગયા અને દાઉદ પોતાના કુટુંબનાં માણસોને આશીર્વાદ આપવા માટે પોતાના મહેલમાં પાછો ગયો. BSB BSB: Then all the people departed for their homes, and David returned home to bless his household.
