1 ULB પછી તે માણસ મને સભાસ્થાનના પ્રવેશદ્વાર પાસે પાછો લાવ્યો, મેં જોયું તો જુઓ, સભાસ્થાનના ઉંબરા નીચેથી નીકળીને પાણી પૂર્વ તરફ વહેતું હતું, કેમ કે તે સભાસ્થાનનો આગળનો ભાગ પૂર્વ તરફ હતો. પાણી નીચેથી સભાસ્થાનની જમણી બાજુએથી વહીને વેદીની દક્ષિણે આવતું હતું. BSB BSB: Then the man brought me back to the entrance of the temple, and I saw water flowing from under the threshold of the temple toward the east (for the temple faced east). The water was coming down from under the south side of the temple, south of the altar.
2 ULB પછી તે માણસ મને ઉત્તરને દરવાજેથી બહાર લાવ્યો અને ફેરવીને પૂર્વ તરફના દરવાજે લઈ ગયો. જુઓ, દક્ષિણ બાજુએથી પાણી વહી જતાં હતાં. BSB BSB: Next he brought me out through the north gate and led me around the outside to the outer gate facing east, and there I saw the water trickling out from the south side.
3 ULB તે માણસ માપવાની દોરી હાથમાં લઈને પૂર્વ તરફ ગયો, એક હજાર હાથનું અંતર માપ્યું અને તેણે મને પાણીમાં ચલાવ્યો. પાણી ઘૂંટણ સુધી હતાં. BSB BSB: As the man went eastward with a measuring line in his hand, he measured off a thousand cubits and led me through ankle-deep water.
4 ULB પછી તેણે બીજા એક હજાર હાથ અંતર માપ્યું અને ફરી મને પાણીમાં ચલાવ્યો, પાણી ઘૂંટી સુધી હતાં. ફરીથી તેણે એક હજાર હાથ અંતર માપ્યું, મને પાણીમાં ચલાવ્યો, અહીં પાણી કમરસુધી હતું. BSB BSB: Then he measured off a thousand cubits and led me through knee-deep water. Again he measured a thousand cubits and led me through waist-deep water.
5 ULB પછી તેણે એક હજાર હાથ અંતર માપ્યું, ત્યાં એક નદી હતી હું તેમાં થઈને જઈ શકતો ન હતો, તે ઘણી ઊંડી હતી. તેમાં તરી શકાય નહિ. BSB BSB: Once again he measured off a thousand cubits, but now it was a river that I could not cross, because the water had risen and was deep enough for swimming—a river that could not be crossed on foot.
6 ULB તે માણસે મને કહ્યું "હે મનુષ્યપુત્ર, શું તેં આ જોયું?" તે મને બહાર લાવ્યો અને મને નદી કિનારે ચલાવ્યો. BSB BSB: “Son of man, do you see this?” he asked. Then he led me back to the bank of the river.
7 ULB હું પાછો આવ્યો ત્યારે જુઓ તો, નદીને બન્ને કિનારે પુષ્કળ વૃક્ષો હતાં. BSB BSB: When I arrived, I saw a great number of trees along both banks of the river.
8 ULB તે માણસે મને કહ્યું, "આ પાણી પૂર્વ તરફના પ્રદેશમાં અને નીચે આરાબાહ સુધી જશે; તે પાણી વહીને ખારા સમુદ્રમાં જશે અને તેનાં પાણી મીઠાં થઈ જશે. BSB BSB: And he said to me, “This water flows out to the eastern region and goes down into the Arabah. When it empties into the Dead Sea, the water there becomes fresh.
9 ULB જ્યાં તે પાણી વહેશે ત્યાં બધી જાતનાં પશુઓનાં ટોળાં થશે. તેઓ જીવતાં રહેશે. આ પાણીને કારણે તેમાં માછલાંઓ થશે, ખારા સમુદ્રનું પાણી મીઠું થઈ જશે. જ્યાં જ્યાં આ નદી ગઈ છે ત્યાં દરેક વસ્તુમાં ચૈતન્ય આવશે. BSB BSB: Wherever the river flows, there will be swarms of living creatures and a great number of fish, because it flows there and makes the waters fresh; so wherever the river flows, everything will flourish.
10 ULB અને એવું થશે કે પાણી પાસે માછીમારો ઊભા રહેશે, એન-ગેદીથી એન-એગ્લાઈમ સુધી જાળો પાથરવાની જગા થશે. ત્યાં મહાસમુદ્રની માછલીઓની જેમ તેમાં વિવિધ પ્રકારની માછલીઓ થશે. BSB BSB: Fishermen will stand by the shore; from En-gedi to En-eglaim they will spread their nets to catch fish of many kinds, like the fish of the Great Sea.
11 ULB પણ ખારા સમુદ્રની ભેજવાળી જમીન તથા કાદવકીચડનાં પાણી મીઠાં નહિ થાય, પણ તેમાંથી મીઠું પકવવામાં આવશે. BSB BSB: But the swamps and marshes will not become fresh; they will be left for salt.
12 ULB નદીના બન્ને કિનારાઓ પર ખાવાલાયક ફળ આપનાર વૃક્ષ થશે. તેઓનાં પાંદડાં કરમાશે નહિ અને તેમને ફળ આવતાં કદી બંધ થશે નહિ. દર મહિને તેમને નવાં ફળ આવશે, કેમ કે, તેમને પાણી પવિત્રસ્થાનમાંથી મળે છે, તેમના ફળ ખાવા માટે અને પાંદડાં સાજાપણા માટે છે. BSB BSB: Along both banks of the river, fruit trees of all kinds will grow. Their leaves will not wither, and their fruit will not fail. Each month they will bear fruit, because the water from the sanctuary flows to them. Their fruit will be used for food and their leaves for healing.”
13 ULB પ્રભુ યહોવાહ આમ કહે છે: 'આ રસ્તેથી અમારે ઇઝરાયલનાં બાર કુળો માટે જમીનનો વારસો વહેંચી લેવો: યૂસફને બે ભાગ મળે. BSB BSB: This is what the Lord GOD says: “These are the boundaries by which you are to divide the land as an inheritance among the twelve tribes of Israel; Joseph shall receive two portions.
14 ULB અને તમે તમારા ભાઈઓએ તે વારસો વહેંચી લેવો. કેમ કે તમારા પિતૃઓને આ દેશ આપવાના મેં સમ ખાધા હતા અને તેઓને તેનો વારસો મળશે. BSB BSB: You are to divide it equally among them. Because I swore with an uplifted hand to give it to your forefathers, this land will fall to you as an inheritance.
15 ULB ભૂમિની સરહદ ઉત્તર બાજુએ મહા સમુદ્રથી હેથ્લોન તથા લબો હમાથથી સદાદ સુધી છે. BSB BSB: This shall be the boundary of the land: On the north side it will extend from the Great Sea by way of Hethlon through Lebo-hamath to Zedad,
16 ULB હમાથ બેરોથાહ, દમસ્કસની સરહદ તથા હમાથની સરહદ વચ્ચેનું સિબ્રાઇમ હૌરાનની સરહદે આવેલા હાસેર-હત્તીકોન સુધી છે. BSB BSB: Berothah, and Sibraim (which is on the border between Damascus and Hamath), as far as Hazer-hatticon, which is on the border of Hauran.
17 ULB સમુદ્રથી સરહદ દમસ્કસની સરહદ પરના હસાર એનોન સુધી છે, ઉત્તર બાજુએ હમાથની સરહદ છે. આ ઉત્તર બાજુ છે. BSB BSB: So the border will run from the Sea to Hazar-enan, along the northern border of Damascus, with the territory of Hamath to the north. This will be the northern boundary.
18 ULB પૂર્વબાજુ, હૌરાન, દમસ્કસ, ગિલ્યાદ તથા ઇઝરાયલના પ્રદેશ વચ્ચે યર્દન નદી આવે છે. આ સરહદ છેક તામાર સુધી જાય છે. BSB BSB: On the east side the border will run between Hauran and Damascus, along the Jordan between Gilead and the land of Israel, to the Eastern Sea and as far as Tamar. This will be the eastern boundary.
19 ULB દક્ષિણ બાજુ, દક્ષિણ તામારથી મરીબા કાદેશના પાણી સુધી, મિસરનાં ઝરણાંથી મહા સમુદ્ર સુધી હોય, આ દક્ષિણ તરફની સરહદ છે. BSB BSB: On the south side it will run from Tamar to the waters of Meribath-kadesh, and along the Brook of Egypt to the Great Sea. This will be the southern boundary.
20 ULB પશ્ચિમ સરહદ હમાથના ઘાટની સામે સુધી મહા સમુદ્ર આવે ત્યાં સુધી. આ પશ્ચિમ બાજુ છે. BSB BSB: And on the west side, the Great Sea will be the boundary up to a point opposite Lebo-hamath. This will be the western boundary.
21 ULB આ રીતે તું તારાં અને ઇઝરાયલનાં કુળો માટે દેશ વહેંચી લે. BSB BSB: You are to divide this land among yourselves according to the tribes of Israel.
22 ULB તમારા પોતાના માટે તથા તમારી મધ્યે વસતા પરદેશીઓ, જેઓને તમારા દેશમાં સંતાન થશે અને જેઓ તારી સાથે છે, એટલે ઇઝરાયલ દેશના મૂળ વતનીઓ જેવા, તેઓને માટે આ દેશ વારસા તરીકે ચિઠ્ઠીઓ નાખીને વહેંચી લેવો. તમારે ઇઝરાયલનાં કુળો મધ્યે વારસા માટે ચિઠ્ઠીઓ નાખવી. BSB BSB: You shall allot it as an inheritance for yourselves and for the foreigners who dwell among you and who have children. You are to treat them as native-born Israelites; along with you, they shall be allotted an inheritance among the tribes of Israel.
23 ULB ત્યારે એવું થશે કે જે કુળમાં પરદેશી રહેતો હોય. તમારે તેને વારસો આપવો.' આમ પ્રભુ યહોવાહ કહે છે." BSB BSB: In whatever tribe a foreigner dwells, you are to assign his inheritance there,” declares the Lord GOD.
