1 ULB યહૂદિયાના રાજાઓ યોથામ, આહાઝ અને હિઝકિયાના શાસન દરમ્યાન યહોવાહનું વચન મીખાહ મોરાશ્તી પાસે આવ્યું. અને જે તેને સમરુન તથા યરુશાલેમ સંબંધીના સંદર્શનમાં પ્રાપ્ત થયું તે આ છે. BSB BSB: This is the word of the LORD that came to Micah the Moreshite in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah—what he saw regarding Samaria and Jerusalem:
2 ULB હે સર્વ પ્રજાઓ, સાંભળો. પૃથ્વી તથા તેના પર રહેનારાઓ સર્વ ધ્યાન આપો. પ્રભુ પોતાના પવિત્ર સભાસ્થાનમાંથી, એટલે પ્રભુ યહોવાહ તમારી વિરુદ્ધ સાક્ષી આપે છે. BSB BSB: Hear, O peoples, all of you; listen, O earth, and everyone in it! May the Lord GOD bear witness against you, the Lord from His holy temple.
3 ULB જુઓ, યહોવાહ પોતાના સ્થાનમાંથી આવે છે; તે નીચે ઊતરીને પૃથ્વીનાં ઉચ્ચસ્થાનો પર ચાલે છે. BSB BSB: For behold, the LORD comes forth from His dwelling place; He will come down and tread on the high places of the earth.
4 ULB તેમના પગ નીચે, પર્વતો મીણની જેમ ઓગળે છે, અને ઢોળાવવાળી જગ્યા ઉપરથી વહી જતાં પાણીના ધોધની જેમ, ખીણો ફાટી જાય છે. BSB BSB: The mountains will melt beneath Him, and the valleys will split apart, like wax before the fire, like water rushing down a slope.
5 ULB આ બધાનું કારણ યાકૂબના અપરાધો છે, અને ઇઝરાયલના કુળના અપરાધોને લીધે એ સર્વ થયું છે. યાકૂબનો અપરાધ શો છે? શું તે સમરુન નથી? અને યહૂદિયાનાં ઉચ્ચસ્થાન ક્યાં છે? શું તે યરુશાલેમ નથી? BSB BSB: All this is for the transgression of Jacob and the sins of the house of Israel. What is the transgression of Jacob? Is it not Samaria? And what is the high place of Judah? Is it not Jerusalem?
6 ULB "તેથી હું સમરુનને ખેતરના ઢગલા જેવું, અને દ્રાક્ષવાડી રોપવાના સ્થાન જેવું કરીશ. તેના પથ્થરોને હું ખીણોમાં ગબડાવી દઈશ; અને તેના પાયાને ઉઘાડા કરી દઈશ. BSB BSB: Therefore I will make Samaria a heap of rubble in the open field, a planting area for a vineyard. I will pour her stones into the valley and expose her foundations.
7 ULB તેની મૂર્તિઓના ટુકડે ટુકડા થઈ જશે, તેની બધી કમાણી આગમાં ભસ્મ થઈ જશે. અને તેના બધા જૂઠા દેવોની પ્રતિમાઓના હું ચૂરેચૂરા કરી નાખીશ. કેમ કે તેણે એ બધું ગણિકાની કમાણી રૂપે મેળવ્યું છે, અને તે ગણિકાની કમાણી તરીકે જ પાછું જશે.'' BSB BSB: All her carved images will be smashed to pieces; all her wages will be burned in the fire, and I will destroy all her idols. 9 ULB તેના પ્રહાર રુઝવી શકાય એવું નથી, કેમ કે યહૂદિયા સુધી ન્યાયચુકાદો આવ્યો છે. તે મારા લોકોના દરવાજા સુધી, છેક યરુશાલેમ સુધી આવી પહોંચ્યો છે. BSB BSB: For her wound is incurable; it has reached even Judah; it has approached the gate of my people, as far as Jerusalem itself.
10 ULB ગાથમાં તે કહેશો નહિ; બિલકુલ વિલાપ કરશો નહિ; બેથ-લેઆફ્રાહમાં, હું પોતાને ધૂળમાં ઢાંકું છું. BSB BSB: Do not tell it in Gath; do not weep at all. Roll in the dust in Beth-leaphrah.
11 ULB હે શાફીરના રહેવાસીઓ, નિર્વસ્ત્ર તથા બદનામ થઈને તું ચાલ્યો જા. સાનાનના રહેવાસીઓ, પોતાના ઘરની બહાર નીકળતા નથી. બેથ-એસેલ વિલાપ કરે છે, તમારી પાસેથી તેનું સ્થળ લઈ લેશે. BSB BSB: Depart in shameful nakedness, O dwellers of Shaphir. The dwellers of Zaanan will not come out. Beth-ezel is in mourning; its support is taken from you.
12 ULB કેમ કે મારોથના લોકો ચિંતાતુર થઈને કંઈ સારું થાય તેની રાહ જોએ છે, કેમ કે, યહોવાહ તરફથી, યરુશાલેમના દરવાજા સુધી આફત આવી પહોંચી છે. BSB BSB: For the dwellers of Maroth pined for good, but calamity came down from the LORD, even to the gate of Jerusalem.
13 ULB હે લાખીશના લોકો, રથને ઘોડા જોડો. સિયોનની દીકરી માટે પાપની શરૂઆત કરનાર તે હતી, અને તમારામાં ઇઝરાયલના અપરાધ મળ્યા હતા. BSB BSB: Harness your chariot horses, O dweller of Lachish. You were the beginning of sin to the Daughter of Zion, for the transgressions of Israel were found in you.
14 ULB અને તેથી તું મોરેશેથ-ગાથને વિદાયની ભેટ આપશે. આખ્ઝીબના કુળો ઇઝરાયલના રાજાઓ સાથે કપટ કરશે. BSB BSB: Therefore, send farewell gifts to Moresheth-gath; the houses of Achzib will prove deceptive to the kings of Israel.
15 ULB હે મારેશાના રહેવાસી, હું તારા માટે એક એવો વારસ લાવીશ કે જે તને કબજે કરશે. ઇઝરાયલનું ગૌરવ અદુલ્લામની ગુફામાં પણ આવશે. BSB BSB: I will again bring a conqueror against you, O dweller of Mareshah. The glory of Israel will come to Adullam.
