1. 1GYLኮትᎺይካ Ꮊድሶ፥ ጵላጦስ ኬታ ማቀስንም ካሲንካ ክክን ቡቅሳንካንታ ገሊላ ኤድንከስጎካ Ꮊድሰኮ የሱሰደር ኬዘኬ።BSBBSB: At that time some of those present told Jesus about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mixed with their sacrifices.
2. 2GYLኖየረ “ይና ኬና ገሊላ ኤድንከስም ኮና ማጠና የልሳንዳ ገሊላ ኤድን አብንከዘንካ ሙዳ ስግ ጎመንባብከስ ከት ማቻን ካንታ የንደር ካምዶ?BSBBSB: To this He replied, “Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans, because they suffered this way?
3. 3GYL“ኩን ካዬ፥ ጎማ ፍክስን የንታ የ ዎይሳክንዳ ማቼ የታ ሙደና ከትግንዳ ካይደቴ የም ጋይድቴ።BSBBSB: No, I tell you. But unless you repent, you too will all perish.
4. 4GYLአነረ ሰልሆማር ሰይን ኤሄና ዎርግምስንካ ደእስባብከስ ታመከ ልማካይ ኤድ የሩሳሌም ካተመናር ዶቅድባብ ኤድ ሙደንዘንካ ስግሶ ባችባብ ከት ማቻን የንደር ካምዶ?BSBBSB: Or those eighteen who were killed when the tower of Siloam collapsed on them: Do you think that they were more sinful than all the others living in Jerusalem?
5. 5GYLኩን ካዬ! ጎማ ፍክስን የ ዎይሳክንዳ ማቼ የታ ሙደና ከትግንዳ ካይደቴ የም ጋይድቴ” ኩን ጋይሴ።BSBBSB: No, I tell you. But unless you repent, you too will all perish.”
6. 6GYLጉጅሰረ “ዋልቃ ኤችታ ዎይን Ꮊቀን ኮረርሳን Ꮊምናር ዋልቃ Ꮊቃ ባለስ ኮርምሶ Ꮊቄ። ኖየረ አፍ ዝግሶ ክት Ꮊድንካ Ꮊረሰነረ Ꮊፋክዬ።BSBBSB: Then Jesus told this parable: “A man had a fig tree that was planted in his vineyard. He went to look for fruit on it but did not find any.
7. 7GYLዎይን Ꮊቀንታ Ꮊምናር ፍግዝድባብም፥ ይና አፍ Ꮊፍካንታ ዝግሶ ማከን ስላ ኦግዝቴ፥ ማችንከረ Ꮊረነረ ኮታርንካ አፍ Ꮊፋክቴ ታ ማቼ ፓካ እስታ ፍጨንም Ꮊረቶክ ባጅዳ ጋይሴ፥ ኩንጋየሮ ኮም ካምስካ ኬዜ።BSBBSB: So he said to the keeper of the vineyard, ‘Look, for the past three years I have come to search for fruit on this fig tree and haven’t found any. Therefore cut it down! Why should it use up the soil?’
8. 8GYL“ኖ ኤችን ፍክስንባብ ማቼ፥ እስታ ማታቆልስባቦ! ኮታ ካንተንካ ቦክሰርቶ ዝክ እ ኦይተርን የለልታ ታ ስለን ኮም Ꮊክ ኮትም ዛእካ፥BSBBSB: ‘Sir,’ the man replied, ‘leave it alone again this year, until I dig around it and fertilize it.
9. 9GYLኦስ እሪ ኮት ኡሴ ኡርሜ፥ ኡሳክንዳ ማቼ ኮትም ፋክተረዬ” ኩንጋየሮ ማስሴ።BSBBSB: If it bears fruit next year, fine. But if not, you can cut it down.’”
10. 10GYLየሱስ አይሁድንታ Ꮊዉስ ሰጨንካ ዋልቃ ከታ ምክስ ኤሄንከሳርንካ ዋልቀናር ኤስዝድ Ꮊቄ።BSBBSB: One Sabbath Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues,
11. 11GYLኮታረረ ቱና አያንና ታሜከ ላመካይ ስላ ሙዳ ዎብ ኮትም ማስሳንዳ ዋልቃ ኤተን Ꮊቄ፥ ናየረ ይንታ ባዝደን ኩዘንዘንካ አምሳንዳ ቦድሶ ጬክን ጋይዳክ Ꮊቄ።BSBBSB: and a woman there had been disabled by a spirit for eighteen years. She was hunched over and could not stand up straight.
12. 12GYLየሱስ ኮትም ይ ሰዳንደትካ ኮትም ኤልሶ “የና ኤተኖ! የስታ ሰቅምናርንካ ፋጭተዬ” ኮትም ጋይሴ።BSBBSB: When Jesus saw her, He called her over and said, “Woman, you are set free from your disability.”
13. 13GYLይንታ አንንም ኮታዘን ዎጄ፥ ናየረ ሳነካ ጋዝድን ጋይሶ ዎእሴ። ሳብመረ ና ጋለቼ።BSBBSB: Then He placed His hands on her, and immediately she straightened up and began to glorify God.
14. 14GYLአይሁድንከስታ ምክስ ኤሄንታ ገችንባብ ማቼ የሱስ ከታ Ꮊዉስ ሰጨንካ፥ ፋችሳንካንታ ዋጭሶ ዎርሰንም “ፍክስካንታ ዝግዝድንዳ ላ ሰጨንከስ ዶቅደኬ፥ ኮካንታ ከትኬና ሰጨንካ Ꮊደረቶ ፋጭከት ዳት አይሁድንታ Ꮊዉስ ሰጨንካ Ꮊይማታ” ከደር ጋይሴ።BSBBSB: But the synagogue leader was indignant that Jesus had healed on the Sabbath. “There are six days for work,” he told the crowd. “So come and be healed on those days and not on the Sabbath.”
15. 15GYLጮይስ የሱስ ማስሶ፥ “የታ ኦትረንባብከሶ፥ የንታ ዎክያርንካ ዋልቃ ኤችታ ገዝምን ካላርንካ አነረ ክታ ኡክልን ገቻንዘንካ አይሁድንከስታ Ꮊዉስ ሰጨንካ ቡልትዮ ሎቃ ዎእስካንታ ተይ አይዳ ካዮ?BSBBSB: “You hypocrites!” the Lord replied. “Does not each of you on the Sabbath untie his ox or donkey from the stall and lead it to water?
16. 16GYLይና ኮና ኤተና አብራሀመታ ሱሳ ማቻንዳ ታሜከ ላማካይ ስላ ሙዳ ሰጣንካ ዞከርሶ ዶቅድንካ፥ ኮ ዞክነናርንካ አይሁድንታ Ꮊዉስ ሰጨንካ ቡልም ኮትም ዝክሳዮ?” ኩን ጋይሴ።BSBBSB: Then should not this daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has kept bound for eighteen long years, be released from her bondage on the Sabbath day?”
17. 17GYLኮም ክት ኬዛንደትካ ክትም ግርድባብከስ ሙደና ኦስንሰከ፥ ዎርሰንከስ ማቼ ክት ይሳን አታ ፍክስ ሙደንካ ከታ ጉርምሰኬ።BSBBSB: When Jesus said this, all His adversaries were humiliated. And the whole crowd rejoiced at all the glorious things He was doing.
18. 18GYLኮታዘንከረ የሱስ “ሳብታ ባንችምና Ꮊረሞክ ካምዳ? አነረ Ꮊረክስ የክስተ?BSBBSB: Then Jesus asked, “What is the kingdom of God like? To what can I compare it?
19. 19GYLዋልቃ ኤች ይንታ ዎንᎺምናር ሰናፍጭ ጋየርድንደትም ማሰርሳን አፍ ቶክምንም ና ካምዴ፥ ና ጋጵሶ Ꮊቃ ማቼ፥ አፍትንከሰረ ኮታ እክመንከዘን ኤሄንም ዎጀኬ” ኩን ጋይሴ።BSBBSB: It is like a mustard seed that a man tossed into his garden. It grew and became a tree, and the birds of the air nested in its branches.”
20. 20GYLጉጅሰረ “ሳብታ ባንችምን Ꮊረክስ የክስስተ?BSBBSB: Again He asked, “To what can I compare the kingdom of God?
21. 21GYLሳብታ ባንችምና ዋልቃ ኤተን ማጠና ሙዳ ኡዝድንግንዳ ጋበትካ ማከን ማቻን እለናር ኦይተርሳን ኡስዝድን እርስንም ካምዴ” ኩን ጋይሴ።BSBBSB: It is like leaven that a woman took and mixed into three measures of flour, until all of it was leavened.”
22. 22GYLኮታ ቡር የሱስ ኦስ የሩሳሌማር አይድዮ ካተመንከሳርኬ ሞረንከሳር ኤድን ኤሰሮ ስጋᎺቄ።BSBBSB: Then Jesus traveled throughout the towns and villages, teaching as He made His way toward Jerusalem.
23. 23GYLኮትᎺይካ ዋልቃ ኤች “ጮይስዮ! ፋጭድባብከስ ቶክም ኤድ Ꮊክ ዳቶ?” ጋየሮ ኦይሴ።BSBBSB: “Lord,” someone asked Him, “will only a few people be saved?” Jesus answered,
24. 24GYLየሱሰረ “ጩንጭማ ፍልተንካ አርድካንታ ጉርከቴ፥ ኮትኮ ፍልተንካ አርድካንታ ዝግድባብ በድንከሴ፥ ኬዛርንካ ማቼ ከደር አርድማዬ፥BSBBSB: “Make every effort to enter through the narrow door. For many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able.
25. 25GYLኤሄንባበረ አምሶ ፍልተንም ዝጭተሬ፥ የተረ ፍልተንም ቆንከረቶ ‘ማታቆልስባቦ! ዋደ ዎካንታ ፎችካ’ ጋይተረቴ። “ኖ የተረ የ Ꮊምንካ Ꮊዳናንከረ ኤዝዳክቴ ጋይሶ የካንታ ማስተሬ።BSBBSB: After the master of the house gets up and shuts the door, you will stand outside knocking and saying, ‘Lord, open the door for us.’ But he will reply, ‘I do not know where you are from.’
26. 26GYL“ኮትᎺይካ የታ ‘የስካ ክክን የካ እችቶቴ፥ የካ ዎጭቶቴ፥ ዎንታ መለንዘነረ ኤስስተዬ’ ክደር ጋይተረቴ።BSBBSB: Then you will say, ‘We ate and drank with you, and you taught in our streets.’
27. 27GYL“ኖየረ አነታ፥ ‘Ꮊብርንካ የ Ꮊዳናንከረ ኤዝዳክቴ፥ የታ ባችንባብከስ ሙደና እዘንካ ጎተርከቴ!’ የም ጋይተሬ።BSBBSB: And he will answer, ‘I tell you, I do not know where you are from. Depart from me, all you evildoers.’
28. 28GYLአብራሀመም፥ ይሳቀም ያይቆብም፥ ሳብዘንካ ኤሰርሶ ከዛቅባብከስመረ ሙዳ ሳብታ ባንችምናር ከትም ሰተረቴ፥ የታ ማቼ ማልጎካ ዛቅምሰቶ የ ነግድንደትᎺይካ ኤፍከ አች ቅርጭካ የም የልተሬ።BSBBSB: There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth when you see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but you yourselves are thrown out.
29. 29GYLበድ ኤድንከስ Ꮊይታ ዉትንታጎከ Ꮊይታ አርድንታጎካ፥ ፈስጎከ ሶስ ጎካ Ꮊተረከ፥ ሳብታ ባንችምናረረ እችምዘን ዶቅተረኬ።BSBBSB: People will come from east and west and north and south, and will recline at the table in the kingdom of God.
30. 30GYLኮካንታ ቡርንባብከስ እር፥ እርንባብከስ ቡርንባብ ማተረከ” ኩንጋየሮ ከትካንታ ማስሴ።BSBBSB: And indeed, some who are last will be first, and some who are first will be last.”
31. 31GYLኮትᎺይካ ዋልቃ ዋልቃ ፈረሳውያንንከስ ፈንክ የሱሰደር Ꮊድሰኮ፥ “ሄሮድስ የስም ደይሳካንታ ዝግድንኦል ካርን ካርንካ ዉትሰዮ አይካ” ክትም ጋይሰኬ።BSBBSB: At that very hour, some Pharisees came to Jesus and told Him, “Leave this place and get away, because Herod wants to kill You.”
32. 32GYLየሱስ ማቼ ከትም “አይሰቶ ኮ ደበንን ካንታ፥ ይና ታከከ ሰናከካ ግምዘንም ዉችዝድቴ፥ ሰቀርስባብከስም ፋችዝድቴ፥ ማክምስን ሰጨንከረ እስታ ፍክስን በይዝድተ ጋይዴ ክደር ጋይከቴ።BSBBSB: But Jesus replied, “Go tell that fox, ‘Look, I will keep driving out demons and healing people today and tomorrow, and on the third day I will reach My goal.’
33. 33GYLማታጋካ ዳት ታከከ ሰናከካ ሰናካ Ꮊቄ ኦክስ የሩሳሌም ካተመናር አይ እም ዝግዝዴ፥ ሳብዘንካ ኤሰርሶ ኬዝድባብ የሩሳሌም ካተመንታ ላማር ዳት አብ ካርዘን ደእ ዝግሳዬ።BSBBSB: Nevertheless, I must keep going today and tomorrow and the next day, for it is not admissible for a prophet to perish outside of Jerusalem.
34. 34GYL“የሩሳለሞ፥ የሩሳሌሞ፥ የና ሳብዘንካ ኤሰርሶ ኬዝድባብከስም ደይዝድንዶ፥ ኦስ የዝደር ኦይትምስን ክተርስባብከስም ሰይንካ አቅድንዶ! ባቼና ይንታ ይንችንም ይንታ ካፍንታ ጎይናር ሳንዝድንግንዳ፥ እተረ መምᎺይክስ የስታ ይንችንከስም ሳንስካንታ ዝግዛረ፥ የስኬ የስታ ዎርሰንካ ማቼ ዋይ ጋይሰቴ።BSBBSB: O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those sent to her, how often I have longed to gather your children together as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were unwilling!
35. 35GYLኮካንታ የንታ ሳብንታ ጭል ኤሄና ኦና ማትሶ ነገተሬ። ዶፈን የም ጋይድቴ፥ ጮይስታ ላምካ Ꮊድባብና አንጅምስባቤ የ ጋይተርን ሰጫ የለልታ ኮዘንካ እም ሰተራከቴ” ኩን ጋይሴ።BSBBSB: Look, your house is left to you desolate. And I tell you that you will not see Me again until you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord.’”
