And there are many other traditions for them to observe, including the washing of cups, pitchers, kettles, and couches for dining.

Instead, they eat with defiled hands.”
6 HGLT परन्तु उसने, उत्तर देते हुए उनसे कहा,“यशायाह ने तुम कपटियों के विषय में बहुत ठीक भविष्यद्वाणी की थी; जैसा लिखा है,‘ये लोग{ अपने} होठों से तो मेरा आदर करते हैं, पर उनका हृदय मुझसे दूर है। BSB BSB: Jesus answered them, “Isaiah prophesied correctly about you hypocrites, as it is written: ‘These people honor Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me.
7 HGLT परन्तु मनुष्यों की आज्ञाओं को धर्मोपदेश करके सिखाते हुए ये व्यर्थ मेरी आराधना करते हैं।’ BSB BSB: They worship Me in vain; they teach as doctrine the precepts of men.’
8 HGLT तुम परमेश्वर की आज्ञा को त्यागकर, मनुष्यों की परम्पराओं को मजबूती से पकड़ते हो।” BSB BSB: You have disregarded the commandment of God to keep the tradition of men.”
10 HGLT क्योंकि मूसा ने कहा था,‘अपने पिता और अपनी माता का आदर करना,’ और‘जो कोई{ अपने} पिता या माता को बुरा कहे— वह मृत्यु से समाप्त हो जाए।’ BSB BSB: For Moses said, ‘Honor your father and your mother’ and ‘Anyone who curses his father or mother must be put to death.’

12 HGLT अब तुम उसको{ अपने} पिता या{ अपनी} माता के लिए कुछ करने नहीं देते, BSB BSB: he is no longer permitted to do anything for his father or mother.
13 HGLT और तुम अपनी परम्पराओं से, जिन्हें तुमने ही ठहराया है, परमेश्वर के वचन को निष्प्रभावी कर देते हो, और तुम ऐसे- ऐसे बहुत से{ काम} करते हो।” BSB BSB: Thus you nullify the word of God by the tradition you have handed down. And you do so in many such matters.”
15 HGLT ऐसी कोई वस्तु नहीं जो बाहर से मनुष्य में प्रवेश करके उसे अशुद्ध कर सके; परन्तु{ जो}{ वस्तुएँ} मनुष्य के भीतर से निकलती हैं, वे{ वस्तुएँ} ही हैं जो मनुष्य को अशुद्ध करती हैं।” BSB BSB: Nothing that enters a man from the outside can defile him; but the things that come out of a man, these are what defile him.”
16 HGLT यदि किसी व्यक्ति के पास सुनने के लिए कान हों, तो वह सुन ले। BSB BSB: Not in the BSB

21 HGLT क्योंकि भीतर से, अर्थात् मनुष्य के हृदय से, बुरे- बुरे विचार, यौन अनैतिकता, चोरी, हत्या, BSB BSB: For from within the hearts of men come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery,
22 HGLT व्यभिचार, लोभ, दुष्टता, छल, लुचपन, कुदृष्टि, निन्दा, अभिमान,{ और} मूर्खता निकलती हैं। BSB BSB: greed, wickedness, deceit, debauchery, envy, slander, arrogance, and foolishness.
23 HGLT ये सब बुराइयाँ भीतर ही से निकलती हैं, और मनुष्य को अशुद्ध करती हैं।” BSB BSB: All these evils come from within, and these are what defile a man.”
24 HGLT अब वह वहाँ से उठकर सोर और सीदोन के देशों में आया, और एक घर में प्रवेश करके वह चाहता था कि कोई यह बात न जाने, परन्तु वह छिप न सका। BSB BSB: Jesus left that place and went to the region of Tyre. Not wanting anyone to know He was there, He entered a house, but was unable to escape their notice.
25 HGLT परन्तु तुरन्त ही, एक स्त्री जिसकी छोटी बेटी में अशुद्ध आत्मा थी, उसके विषय में सुनकर, उसके पाँवों पर आकर गिरी। BSB BSB: Instead, a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit soon heard about Jesus, and she came and fell at His feet.

31 HGLT और सोर देश से निकलकर, दिकापुलिस देश के बीच सीदोन से होते हुए वह गलील की झील पर पहुँचा। BSB BSB: Then Jesus left the region of Tyre and went through Sidon to the Sea of Galilee and into the region of the Decapolis.
32 HGLT और लोग उसके पास एक बहरे और हकलाने वाले{ मनुष्य} को लाए, और उन्होंने उससे विनती कि कि वह उस पर{ अपना} हाथ रखे। BSB BSB: Some people brought to Him a man who was deaf and hardly able to speak, and they begged Jesus to place His hand on him.

37 HGLT और वे अत्यन्त विस्मित होकर कहने लगे,“उसने सब{ बातों} को सही कर दिया है। यहाँ तक कि वह बहरों को सुनने और गूँगों को बोलने में सक्षम करता है।” BSB BSB: The people were utterly astonished and said, “He has done all things well! He makes even the deaf hear and the mute speak!”
