4 HGLT परन्तु सरदीस में तेरे पास कुछ ऐसे नाम वाले हैं, जिन्होंने अपने वस्त्रों पर दाग नहीं लगाया, और वे मेरे साथ श्वेत वस्त्र पहने हुए चलेंगे, क्योंकि वे योग्य हैं। BSB BSB: But you do have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their garments, and because they are worthy, they will walk with Me in white.

Behold, I have placed before you an open door, which no one can shut. I know that you have only a little strength, yet you have kept My word and have not denied My name.

11 HGLT मैं शीघ्र आने वाला हूँ। जो कुछ तेरे पास है उसे पकड़े रह ताकि कोई भी तेरा मुकुट छीन न पाए। BSB BSB: I am coming soon. Hold fast to what you have, so that no one will take your crown.
12 HGLT जो जय पाए, उसे मैं अपने परमेश्वर के मन्दिर में एक खम्भा बनाऊँगा, और वह निश्चय ही फिर कभी बाहर नहीं जाएगा, और मैं अपने परमेश्वर का नाम और अपने परमेश्वर के नगर अर्थात् नये यरूशलेम का नाम, जो मेरे परमेश्वर के पास से स्वर्ग से उतरने वाला है, और अपना नया नाम उस पर लिखूँगा। BSB BSB: The one who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he will never again leave it. Upon him I will write the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God (the new Jerusalem that comes down out of heaven from My God), and My new name.

15 HGLT “मैं तेरे कामों को जानता हूँ, कि तू न तो ठण्डा है और न गर्म। मैं चाहता हूँ कि तू ठण्डा या गर्म होता! BSB BSB: I know your deeds; you are neither cold nor hot. How I wish you were one or the other!
16 HGLT अत:, क्योंकि तू गुनगुना है और न तो गर्म है और न ही ठण्डा, इसलिए मैं तुझे अपने मुँह से उगलने पर हूँ। BSB BSB: So because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to vomit you out of My mouth!
17 HGLT क्योंकि तू कहता है,‘मैं धनी हूँ और धनवान हो गया हूँ और मेरी कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है,’ और तू नहीं जानता कि तू अभागा और दयनीय और कंगाल और अंधा और नंगा व्यक्ति है। BSB BSB: You say, ‘I am rich; I have grown wealthy and need nothing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind, and naked.
18 HGLT मैं तुझे सम्मति देता हूँ कि तू आग में ताया हुआ सोना मुझसे मोल ले ताकि तू धनी हो जाए, और श्वेत वस्त्र ले ताकि तू स्वयं को ढाँप ले और तेरे नंगेपन की लज्जा दिखाए न दे, और अपनी आँखों में लगाने के लिये सुरमा ले ताकि तू देखने लगे। BSB BSB: I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, white garments so that you may be clothed and your shameful nakedness not exposed, and salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see.
19 HGLT मैं जितनों से प्रेम रखता हूँ, उन सभों को डाँटता और ताड़ना देता हूँ। इस कारण जलन रख, और मन फिरा। BSB BSB: Those I love I rebuke and discipline. Therefore be earnest and repent.
