6 IEV एक नए विश्वासी को अध्यक्ष नहीं होना चाहिए, क्योंकि वह यह सोच सकता है कि वह अन्य लोगों से अच्छा है। अगर ऐसा हुआ तो परमेश्वर ने जैसे शैतान को दण्ड दिया था, उसे भी दण्ड दे सकते हैं। BSB BSB: He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same condemnation as the devil.

13 IEV अच्छे सेवक(डीकन) वे हैं जिन्हें दूसरे विश्वासी अत्यधिक सम्मान देते हैं। उनका यीशु मसीह में बहुत भरोसा हो। BSB BSB: For those who have served well as deacons acquire for themselves a high standing and great confidence in the faith that is in Christ Jesus.
