10 IEV परन्तु गरीब लोग बिना कपड़ों के चारों ओर घूमते हैं; जिस समय वे अन्य लोगों के अनाज के गट्ठों को उन स्थानों पर ले जाने के लिए कार्य कर रहे हैं जहाँ उनके अनाज को दाँवनी किया जाता है। BSB BSB: Without clothing, they wander about naked. They carry the sheaves, but still go hungry.
11 IEV तब वे भूखे होते हैं, उनके लिए जैतून का तेल बनाने के लिए गरीब लोगों को भाड़े पर लेते है; वे दाखमधु के लिए अँगूर का रस निकालने के लिए अँगूर कुचलते हैं, परन्तु जब वे प्यासे होते हैं तो उन्हें इसमें से कुछ भी पीने को नहीं दिया जाता है। BSB BSB: They crush olives within their walls; they tread the winepresses, but go thirsty.

14 IEV हत्यारे रात के समय वस्तुएँ चुरा लेते हैं, और फिर वे भोर से पहले उठ जाते हैं कि वे फिर से बाहर जा सकें और गरीब तथा अभावग्रस्त लोगों को मार सकें। BSB BSB: When daylight is gone, the murderer rises to kill the poor and needy; in the night he is like a thief.
15 IEV जो लोग व्यभिचार करना चाहते हैं वे शाम के होने की प्रतीक्षा करते हैं; वे कहते हैं,‘मैं नहीं चाहता कि कोई मुझे देखे,’ इसलिए वे अपने चेहरों को ढाँपे रखते हैं। BSB BSB: The eye of the adulterer watches for twilight. Thinking, ‘No eye will see me,’ he covers his face.
16 IEV यह रात का समय है कि लुटेरों ने वस्तुएँ चुराने के लिए घरों को तोड़ दिया, परन्तु दिन के समय वे छिप जाते हैं क्योंकि वे प्रकाश में देख लिए जाने से बचना चाहते हैं। BSB BSB: In the dark they dig through houses; by day they shut themselves in, never to experience the light.
17 IEV ये सब लोग रात में अपने बुरे कार्यों को करना चाहते हैं, दिन में नहीं जब प्रकाश होता है, क्योंकि वे रात में होने वाली उन बातों से डरते नहीं हैं जो दूसरों को डराती हैं। BSB BSB: For to them, deep darkness is their morning; surely they are friends with the terrors of darkness!
18 IEV परन्तु दुष्ट लोग अति शीघ्र लोप हो जाएँगे, और परमेश्वर उस भूमि को श्राप देंगे जो उनके स्वामित्व में थी; कोई भी अब उनकी दाख की बारियाँ में कार्य करने के लिए नहीं जाएगा। BSB BSB: They are but foam on the surface of the water; their portion of the land is cursed, so that no one turns toward their vineyards.
19 IEV जिस प्रकार गर्म हो जाने पर बर्फ पिघल जाती है और वर्षा नहीं होती है, जिन्होंने पाप किए हैं वे उस स्थान में जा कर लोप हो जाएँगे जहाँ मृत लोग हैं। BSB BSB: As drought and heat consume the melting snow, so Sheol steals those who have sinned.
20 IEV यहाँ तक कि उनकी माताएँ भी उन्हें स्मरण नहीं रखेंगी; दुष्ट लोग काट दिए गए पेड़ के समान नष्ट हो जाएँगे, और उनके शवों को कीड़े खाएँगे। BSB BSB: The womb forgets them; the worm feeds on them; they are remembered no more. So injustice is broken like a tree.
21 IEV दुष्ट लोग उन स्त्रियों के साथ बुरा व्यवहार करते हैं जो उन बच्चों को जन्म देने में असमर्थ रही हैं जो उनकी देखभाल करने के लिए बड़े हो गए होते; दुष्ट लोग कभी भी विधवाओं की सहायता नहीं करते हैं। BSB BSB: They prey on the barren and childless, and show no kindness to the widow.
22 IEV परन्तु परमेश्वर, अपनी शक्ति से, सामर्थी लोगों से छुटकारा पाते हैं। वह दुष्ट लोगों को मर जाने देते हैं। BSB BSB: Yet by His power, God drags away the mighty; though rising up, they have no assurance of life.
23 IEV परमेश्वर उन्हें यह सोचने की अनुमति देते हैं कि वे सुरक्षित और भयरहित हैं, परन्तु वह उन्हें हर समय देख रहे होते हैं। BSB BSB: He gives them a sense of security, but His eyes are on their ways.
24 IEV वे थोड़े समय के लिए समृद्ध हुए, और फिर अकस्मात ही वे चले गए हैं; परमेश्वर उन्हें अन्य सब लोगों के समान मर जाने देंगे; वे अनाज के डंठलों के समान होंगे जिन्हें किसानों ने काट दिया है। BSB BSB: They are exalted for a moment, then they are gone; they are brought low and gathered up like all others; they are cut off like heads of grain.
25 IEV यदि यह सच नहीं है, तो क्या कोई ऐसा व्यक्ति है जो दिखाएगा कि मैं झूठा हूँ और मुझे गलत सिद्ध करेगा?” BSB BSB: If this is not so, then who can prove me a liar and reduce my words to nothing?”
