5 IEV यीशु ने उनसे कहा,“तुम्हारे मन की कठोरता के कारण उसने तुम्हारे लिए यह आज्ञा लिखी। BSB BSB: But Jesus told them, “Moses wrote this commandment for you because of your hardness of heart.
6 IEV परन्तु परमेश्वर ने जब मनुष्यों को बनाया, तो लिखा है,‘परमेश्वर ने उन्हें नर और नारी करके बनाया।’ BSB BSB: However, from the beginning of creation, ‘God made them male and female.’
7 IEV इससे यह भी स्पष्ट होता है कि क्यों परमेश्वर ने कहा,‘जब कोई पुरुष विवाह करता है, तो उसे अपने माता- पिता को छोड़ कर अपनी पत्नी से जुड़ना होगा। BSB BSB: ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife,

10 IEV जब यीशु और उनके शिष्य एक घर में अकेले थे, तो शिष्यों ने इस विषय में फिर से उनसे पूछा। BSB BSB: When they were back inside the house, the disciples asked Jesus about this matter.

13 IEV लोग अब बच्चों को यीशु के पास ला रहे थे कि वह उन पर हाथ रख कर आशीष दें। परन्तु शिष्यों ने उन लोगों को रोका। BSB BSB: Now people were bringing the little children to Jesus for Him to place His hands on them, and the disciples rebuked those who brought them.
14 IEV जब यीशु ने यह देखा तो, वह क्रोधित हो गए। उन्होंने शिष्यों से कहा,“बच्चों को मेरे पास आने दो! उन्हें मना मत करो! जिन लोगों में बच्चों के समान गुण होंगे परमेश्वर उन पर शासन करने के लिए सहमत होंगे। BSB BSB: But when Jesus saw this, He was indignant and told them, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them! For the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.

16 IEV फिर उन्होंने बच्चों को गले लगा कर उन पर हाथ रखा और परमेश्वर से प्रार्थना की कि उनका भला करें। BSB BSB: And He took the children in His arms, placed His hands on them, and blessed them.
17 IEV जब यीशु अपने शिष्यों के साथ फिर से यात्रा पर निकल रहे थे, तो एक व्यक्ति उनके पास दौड़ा आया। उसने यीशु के सामने घुटने टेक कर पूछा,“हे अच्छे गुरु, मुझे अनन्त जीवन पाने के लिए क्या करना चाहिए?” BSB BSB: As Jesus started on His way, a man ran up and knelt before Him. “Good Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
18 IEV यीशु ने उससे कहा,“तू मुझे अच्छा क्यों कहता है? केवल परमेश्वर ही अच्छे हैं! BSB BSB: “Why do you call Me good?” Jesus replied. “No one is good except God alone.
19 IEV परन्तु तेरे प्रश्न के उत्तर के लिए, तू मूसा की आज्ञाओं को जानता है:“किसी की हत्या ना करना, व्यभिचार नहीं करना, चोरी नहीं करना, झूठा आरोप नहीं लगाना, किसी को धोखा न दो, और अपने पिता और माता का आदर करना।” BSB BSB: You know the commandments: ‘Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not bear false witness, do not cheat others, honor your father and mother.’”
