1 UDB तब परमेश्वर के आत्मा ने मुझे उठा लिया और मुझे मन्दिर के पूर्व की ओर द्वार पर ले गया। द्वार पर पच्चीस पुरुष थे। उनमें से मैंने अज्जूर के पुत्र याजन्याह और बनायाह के पुत्र पलत्याह को देखा, जो लोगों के प्रधान थे। BSB BSB: Then the Spirit lifted me up and brought me to the gate of the house of the LORD that faces east. And there at the entrance of the gate were twenty-five men. Among them I saw Jaazaniah son of Azzur and Pelatiah son of Benaiah, who were leaders of the people.
2 UDB यहोवा ने मुझसे कहा, “हे मनुष्य के पुत्र, ये यरूशलेम के नए अगुवे हैं जो बुरे कार्य करने की योजना बना रहे हैं और जो इस नगर में लोगों को गलत परामर्श दे रहे हैं। BSB BSB: And the LORD said to me, “Son of man, these are the men who plot evil and give wicked counsel in this city.
3 UDB वे कहते हैं, ‘अभी घर बनाने का समय नहीं है, परन्तु जैसे माँस के टुकड़े ढके हुए बर्तनों में सुरक्षित रखे जाते हैं, वैसे ही हम उन बुराइयों से सुरक्षित रहेंगे जो दूसरों के साथ होंगी।’ BSB BSB: They are saying, ‘Is not the time near to build houses? The city is the cooking pot, and we are the meat.’
4 UDB इसलिए, हे मनुष्य के पुत्र, उन भयानक बातों की भविष्यद्वाणी कर जो उनके साथ होंगी।” BSB BSB: Therefore prophesy against them; prophesy, O son of man!”
5 UDB तब यहोवा का आत्मा मुझ पर आया और मुझे लोगों से कहने के लिए कहा, “यहोवा कहते हैं, ‘तुम इस्राएली लोग उन बातों को कहते हो, और मैं जानता हूँ कि तुम क्या सोच रहे हो। BSB BSB: And the Spirit of the LORD fell upon me and told me to declare that this is what the LORD says: “That is what you are thinking, O house of Israel; and I know the thoughts that arise in your minds.
6 UDB तुमने इस शहर में कई लोगों को मारा है और उनके शवों से सड़कों को भर दिया है। BSB BSB: You have multiplied those you killed in this city and filled its streets with the dead.
7 UDB इस कारण यहोवा परमेश्वर कहते हैं, ‘जिन लोगों को तुमने यहाँ मार डाला है, उनके शव माँस के समान हैं और यरूशलेम पात्र है, परन्तु मैं तुमको इस शहर से निकाल दूँगा! BSB BSB: Therefore this is what the Lord GOD says: The slain you have laid within this city are the meat, and the city is the pot; but I will remove you from it.
8 UDB तुम शत्रु की तलवारों से मारे जाने से डरते हो, इसलिए मैं तुम्हारे साथ ऐसा ही होने दूँगा। BSB BSB: You fear the sword, so I will bring the sword against you, declares the Lord GOD.
9 UDB मैं तुमको इस शहर से निकाल दूँगा और विदेशियों को इस योग्य कर दूँगा कि वे तुमको पकड़ें और दण्ड दें। BSB BSB: I will bring you out of the city and deliver you into the hands of foreigners, and I will execute judgments against you.
10 UDB वे तुमको तलवारों से मार डालेंगे; इस्राएल में तुमको दण्ड दिया जाएगा! तब वे लोग जान जाएँगे कि जो मैं कहता हूँ कि मैं करूँगा, वह करने की मुझ यहोवा, में शक्ति है। BSB BSB: You will fall by the sword, and I will judge you even to the borders of Israel. Then you will know that I am the LORD.
11 UDB यह शहर ऐसा स्थान नहीं होगा जहाँ तुम एक ढके हुए पात्र में माँस के समान सुरक्षित होगे। तुम इस्राएल में जहाँ भी हों, मैं तुमको दण्ड दूँगा। BSB BSB: The city will not be a pot for you, nor will you be the meat within it. I will judge you even to the borders of Israel.
12 UDB तब तुम जान जाओगे कि, यह भविष्यद्वाणी मेरी अर्थात् यहोवा ही की है कि ऐसा होगा, क्योंकि तुमने मेरे आदेशों और आज्ञाओं का पालन नहीं किया है; इसकी अपेक्षा, तुमने आस-पास के देशों के लोगों के दुष्ट व्यवहार की नकल की है।” BSB BSB: Then you will know that I am the LORD. For you have neither followed My statutes nor practiced My ordinances, but you have conformed to the ordinances of the nations around you.”
13 UDB जब मैं यह भविष्यद्वाणी कर रहा था, तब बनायाह का पुत्र पलत्याह अकस्मात ही मर गया। तब मैं भूमि पर मुँह के बल गिर गया और जोर से रोने लगा, “हे यहोवा मेरे परमेश्वर, क्या आप इसी तरह के सब इस्राएली लोगों का ऐसे ही नाश करेंगे जो अभी भी जीवित हैं?” BSB BSB: Now as I was prophesying, Pelatiah son of Benaiah died. Then I fell facedown and cried out in a loud voice, “Oh, Lord GOD, will You bring the remnant of Israel to a complete end?”
14 UDB तब यहोवा ने मुझे यह सन्देश दिया, BSB BSB: Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
15 UDB “हे मनुष्य के पुत्र, जो लोग यरूशलेम में अभी भी हैं, वे तेरे सम्बन्धियों, तेरे वंश और अन्य इस्राएली लोगों के विषय में बात कर रहे हैं, जिन्हें बन्धुआ बनाया गया था और कह रहे हैं, ‘वे बाबेल में हैं, यहोवा से बहुत दूर हैं। उन्होंने यहाँ इस्राएल में उनकी सम्पत्ति को छोड़ दिया है, इसलिए उनकी सम्पत्ति अब हमारी है।’” BSB BSB: “Son of man, your brothers—your relatives, your fellow exiles, and the whole house of Israel—are those of whom the people of Jerusalem have said, ‘They are far away from the LORD; this land has been given to us as a possession.’
16 UDB इसलिए उनसे कह, “यहोवा परमेश्वर कहते हैं: यद्दपि मैंने उन्हें इस्राएल से बहुत दूर जाने दिया और उन्हें अन्य देशों में तितर बितर कर दिया, थोड़े समय के लिए मैं उन देशों में उनके लिए शरणस्थान बन गया हूँ जिनमें उन्हें ले जाया गया है।” BSB BSB: Therefore declare that this is what the Lord GOD says: ‘Although I sent them far away among the nations and scattered them among the countries, yet for a little while I have been a sanctuary for them in the countries to which they have gone.’
17 UDB इसलिए उनसे यह भी कह, “यहोवा परमेश्वर कहते हैं: एक दिन मैं तुमको उन देशों में एकत्र करूँगा जिसमें तुमको ले जाया गया है और तुमको वापस इस्राएल में ले आऊँगा, और तुम फिर से अपने देश में रहोगे। BSB BSB: Therefore declare that this is what the Lord GOD says: ‘I will gather you from the peoples and assemble you from the countries to which you have been scattered, and I will give back to you the land of Israel.’
18 UDB जब तुम अपने देश लौट आओगे, तब तुम उन सब अशुद्ध देवताओं की प्रतिमाओं से और घृणित मूर्तियों को त्याग दोगे। BSB BSB: When they return to it, they will remove all its detestable things and all its abominations.
19 UDB मैं तुम इस्राएली लोगों को एक नया मन दूँगा और जब तुम इस्राएल लौट जाओगे तब मैं तुमको सोचने की एक नई विधि दूँगा। तुम हठीले नहीं आज्ञाकारी होंगे। BSB BSB: And I will give them singleness of heart and put a new spirit within them; I will remove their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh,
20 UDB जब मैं ऐसा करूँगा, तब तुम मेरे सब नियमों का ध्यानपूर्वक पालन करोगे। तुम मेरे लोग होगे, और मैं तुम्हारा परमेश्वर होऊँगा। BSB BSB: so that they may follow My statutes, keep My ordinances, and practice them. Then they will be My people, and I will be their God.
21 UDB परन्तु उनके लिए जो लोग अपनी अपवित्र प्रतिमाओं और घृणित मूर्तियों की उपासना करने के लिए समर्पित हैं, जैसा उन्होंने किए है, उन बुरे कार्यों के कारण मैं उनको उनके योग्य ही दण्ड दूँगा।” यहोवा ने यही घोषित किया है। BSB BSB: But as for those whose hearts pursue detestable things and abominations, I will bring their conduct down upon their own heads, declares the Lord GOD.”
22 UDB तब पंख वाले प्राणियों ने उनके बगल के अपने पहियों के साथ, अपने पंख फैलाए और हवा में उड़ गए, और यहोवा की उज्जवल चमक उनके ऊपर थी। BSB BSB: Then the cherubim, with the wheels beside them, spread their wings, and the glory of the God of Israel was above them.
23 UDB वह प्रकाश शहर से दूर चला गया और पर्वत के ऊपर शहर के पूर्व में रुक गया। BSB BSB: And the glory of the LORD rose up from within the city and stood over the mountain east of the city.
24 UDB दर्शन में जो मैं देख रहा था, उसमें परमेश्वर के आत्मा ने मुझे उठा लिया और मुझे बाबेल में बन्धुओं के पास वापस ले आया। फिर दर्शन समाप्त हो गया, BSB BSB: And the Spirit lifted me up and carried me back to Chaldea, to the exiles in the vision given by the Spirit of God. After the vision had gone up from me,
25 UDB और मैंने बन्धुओं को सब कुछ बताया जो यहोवा ने मुझे दर्शन में दिखाया था। BSB BSB: I told the exiles everything the LORD had shown me.
