2 UDB परन्तु अब इस्राएली बेतेल गए और सूर्य के अस्त हो जाने तक पूरे दिन यहोवा के आगे ज़ोर-ज़ोर से रोते रहे। BSB BSB: So the people came to Bethel and sat there before God until evening, lifting up their voices and weeping bitterly.

23 UDB इसलिए बिन्यामीन के गोत्र के पुरुषों ने यही किया। वे पर्व के समय शीलो गए। और जब जवान स्त्रियाँ नाच रही थीं, तो हर एक व्यक्ति ने उनमें से एक को पकड़ा और उसे घर ले गया और उससे विवाह किया। तब वे अपनी पत्नियों को उस देश में वापस ले गए जिसे परमेश्वर ने उन्हें दिया था। उन्होंने उनके नगरों का फिर से निर्माण किया जिनको जला दिया गया था, और वे वहाँ रहने लगे। BSB BSB: The Benjamites did as instructed and carried away the number of women they needed from the dancers they caught. They went back to their own inheritance, rebuilt their cities, and settled in them.
